The worst place ever to send people with dementia here especially critical level. Some staffs are very bad where they only clean the resident properly, make everything looks ok when they know resident 's family will be coming. Some staffs being so rude and acted aggressively when resident accidentally
Open bowel on the floor. I've been working here for almost 2years now and think I can't take it anymore. Management won't do much sometimes, keep bringing new staffs and didn't respect senior staffs.
