I ordered blinds from Swags Galore a few weeks ago and they are perfect for my living room! Great product! I want to also say that when I called the lady who I spoke to was so professional and polite. You don't see that kind of service anymore. It was refreshing.

I contacted the company a few days ago and have left voice mails and two e-mail postings to obtain a "return authorization number"---still haven't heard from anyone! If I don't hear soon, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and other reporting sites. Unfortunate if the prior complaints I've read about their return policy are accurate. My kitchen swag was not the color as shown on line. They would not allow me to return them. Apparently they need a brush up on customer service and must be so successful that they don't care about repeat customers or losing one. I will never order from them again and tell everyone I know the same.

Don't order the lace curtains - they are total junk, paper thin, and not likely to survive even one washing. This company's customer service is useless, and when you make a complaint, they fail to allow you to review their garbage product. Fake reviews all over their site. Do not shop here!

Tip for consumers:
Poor quality. Don't shop here if you want a quality product.

I bought valances for several windows but kept them in the box for a few months until I was ready to hang them. I ironed each valance and one scalloped pattern is so poorly sewn that one washing will pull it apart. Stitching did not catch the edge. The hemming is atrocious with extra fabric every few inches so it won't hang straight! This is a huge disappointment!

They seem to have a great selection but their return policy is the worst. I had to return a set of curtains b/c the color was not right and they charge a restocking fee and will only issue a store credit. Well, it has been 9 months and I have tried to use that $85.00 store credit. They won't give me a promo number to use it and keep saying to just let them know when I want to use it but never answer my emails or phone calls. The worst Customer Service. Just avoid this hassell and don't buy from them.

I ordered a valance 52x18 and when I finally got it, I got out my measuring tape and it was only 16 inches long which is far too short for the window. If the person who is measuring the product can't tell the difference between a "6" and an "8" they need to get another job. I'm not even going to try to send it back based on the terrible reviews about returns. You can be sure neither I, nor my friends and family will ever waste a penny on this company again!

I ordered 7 panels of semi sheer 84 inch panels. They were great sending them to me within days but I only received 6. I have been calling since and always asked to leave a message which wouldn't be a problem but they just never call back. I am now going to return the order and will never again do business with them again!

I purchased new valances. One valance is 3/4 of a inch shorter on one end than the other. And I had two extra valances despite the fact I used their measurements. I called this morning and was told this variance of the inches is normal and that I could in fact send the two back but at my expense. I have never head of a company that you paid for shipping getting it to you but now you have to pay to send something back. I won't be using this company again.

I ordered a Festoon Valance from Swags Galore. The item that I received had all the correct information on the package, however the valance was not the same as the one pictured on the website. I had to request a return authorization, which I did. They had very expensive shipping requirements for their return. I tracked the package and received a confirmation that they got it. However, I never got my refund. This company is not reputable.

I ordered the splendor batiste drapes in olive because I was told June 27 the valances in olive would be available. Called this morning to be told ohhhhh, they won't be available until August. Told them I need to return the drapes then and needed info. Just send them back in the same box. They have been pressed and ready to hang for a month!

We ordered 2 Panel that were adversited on the SwagsGalore website as being Thermal.
When they arrived both panels were light and could be use for a home in Florida not in Connecticut. Those panels are far from being Thermal. They lie on their website while posting the panels under thermal category.
The customer service was awafull when I tried to exchanged. I might loose money on this order as the quality is poor and I can't find anything that is near thermal and in the burgundy brick. Stay awau from this business

I ordered 6 cranberry ascot valances 6 black ascot valances 2 blue swags 2 blue valances I paid 143.84 they took my money instantly and I only received 5 black ascot valances they will not respond so I am going to file a complaint against them with the bbb and my bank

I am generally very forgiving with respect to honest mistakes, but I do not react well to blatant, outright lying. Having ordered some curtains as a Christmas gift, I called Swaggs Galore when the package had not arrived at the promised time. Their representative told me that in looking at the tracking, they were in El Paso and would be delivered the next day. Since the tracking information I was looking at indicated they had not yet been shipped, I asked him what tracking number he was using. He said that it was a long number and that he would email it to me. He never did. When the package did not arrive by the end of the day on which he had said it would be delivered and for several days thereafter, I tried to call customer service, but was shunted off to voice mail where I left messages to call me back. They never returned my calls. I sent them a couple of email messages, but they were apparently ignored. Finally, after about a week, I started seeing some movement on the tracking number I had. Since we were spending Christmas out of town, the package was finally delivered after we had left. When we returned, we sent the item back. It cost me $20 to ship back a $38 item. I doubt anyone has ever mistaken Shaggs Galore for Amazon.com, and that's ok, but the lying and deceipt is not ok. Obviously, I will never order anything from them again.

Swags Galore will not accept return of defective curtain rods. I ordered crane rods which sag in the middle when hung plumb.

Ordered the Windsor Blue layered valance, got it in 3 days which i was surprised and it turned out to be perfect for my window. Just ordered more.

They have the best variety of window trimmnigs anywhere we have found online or in retail stores. They shipped us our curtains fast too.

Received my curtains and rods in a timely manner at the best price I could find plus I received Free Shipping, I LOVE Swags Galore. I will buy all my curtains from them in the future.

I spent quite a bit of money with Swags Galore. They had exactly what I needed at good prices. I needed three more curtains so I didn't qualify for free shipping - which I could get through Home Depot. I called Swags Galore to ask if they would price match Home Depot. ANY and EVERY time I have contacted an online vendor for a price match, they have GLADLY satisfied my request.

The rep on the phone told me they couldn't price match because their curtains were better quality and that they couldn't give me free shipping because they "still had to pay for the box." I couldn't believe my ears, so I sent a contact form through their website to let someone know of the ridiculous excuses I received.

A week went by and there was no response. So I left a review on their Facebook page. No response. So I left a review on their website, which elicited this response: "Thank you for your inquiry, what seems to the issue so we can correct it asap. Thank you" That's it. No salutation, no "we're sorry," and no signature.

I wrote back explaining the whole situation again. I also told them that I ultimately purchased the curtains from Home Depot and they were EXACTLY the same as the ones I had previously purchased from Swags Galore... no "better quality." I got this response: "We have a policy against price matching. If you want to return the item, please contact customer service." That's it. Again, no salutation, no apology, no signature... and they didn't even respond to the concerns in my email. I NEVER said I wanted to return anything.

These people have their heads where the sun doesn't shine. I DO NOT recommend shopping with Swags Galore. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
