First time I've purchased Swarovski product it was in Nice, France. I bought as the gift to me dear friend. It was the best gift I've ever given! I've purchased a pair of earrings for myself as well. When I first tried them on at home the bottom part of it separated from the hook and could not fix it. I've called the Swarovski store in US and asked if they could repair it, I would be happy to pay for it, but Swarovski Outlet said to bring them and they would be happy to replaced them. That's what Ive done. The service was superb! I love my earrings and I bought another pair. I'd highly recommend this store if Swarovski is your deal!

Ordered something online. Had to return item and they didn't let me return at store. Paid for shipping to return item and it is more than two weeks since they received it and no refund has been issued yet. They did not answer my email questioning why it is taking so long. Customer service could not explain why it takes so long to credit my account. The purchase money was taken immediately. No problem there!
Swarovski is one of those tried and true, consistent, jewelry brands. Pricing can be a little expensive, but for what you get and somewhat unique items, the price is worth it to me. I purchased a necklace for my mom, and it was high quality, looked better in person, and the 'diamonds' looked as authentic as possible considering it isn't real. The only complaint I have is some of the necklaces are pretty short, and they don't easily sell necklace extenders, so watch out for that.
Tip for consumers:
Pay close attention to jewelry length and sizing.
My second time in the store customer service is just amazing, the stuff makes people feel very welcome, quality of the products very good and the overall impressions is on the high level.
Visited the place a month ago to buy a set of jewelry when I entered the store a very MEAN AND IMPOLITE staff yelled at me and said that I have to sanitize my hands when she saw me entering and sanitizing my hands already with a wipe. I told her and she spoke louder and said: YOU HAVE TO SANITIZE YOUR HANDS IF YOU WANT TO ENTER! What an a______! You do not talk to customers like that. Why are you in customer service? You got a job because of customers - w/o customers, you dont have a job!
Tip for consumers:
Better try going to another Swarovski location and avoid Metrotown location - unless you want to be yelled at or treated impolitely by staff.

I did not and was not even able to stay in the store because of that HORRIBLE STAFF AT METROTOWN LOCATION. Too bad...they just lost a sale. And will lose more than that coz I have been advertising how bad the customer service is at that location.
