Diabolical doesn't even begin to describe Swimcici. They are undoubtedly the worst company I have EVER dealt with - online or otherwise. On their website they clearly offer a refund provided you pay return shipping, but when I tried to do this they continued to refuse to provide any return information, instead offering me a US$4 refund and suggesting I give my purchases to charity. Then they ignored all my messages completely. One star and a Bad rating is way too high for this company. I don't normally write reviews, but am disgusted by this company.
A total fraud of a company. Sent swimsuits in poor condition, wouldn't accept refund, PayPal denied claim. Do not purchase from them
Poor quality, sizing, and these products come from China. You cannot return items and get your money back. Some products took 3 months to get.
