Hayward was of no help and after holding for 45 minutes asking for callback and instead got an email sending me back through trouble shootingsite. Called Poolsupply4less and within 2 minutes he was shipping me a replacement pump. No runaround and no hassle! EXCELLENT customer service. Will use them next time I need anything for the pool!
