I opted for a store credit for my exchange. This new bathing suit is gorgeous, very high quality. The bathing suits are a bit tight, however, you are going into the water which will loosen them. When swimming, loose bathing suits drag you. And the top feels like its being pulled down. They need to be tight to fit comfortably as you swim.
I ordered a swim cap and paid over $23. The cap was too big, which means the company should return for free. Well, I just received my reimbursement (after returning said purchase)...$10. Really? What a scam!
Wow! I have never had such a rude experience ANYWHERE! I would like to tell you her name, but I didn't get it. She had an accent. The time was 1:50 pm on Thursday, September 3rd. Horrible experience.
The swimwear was way too small. On a purchase of $30 they charged over $11 of fees.
Return charge, plus the discount on the swimwear originally given to me.

Bought a tankini from them, the top alone cost $90, wore it twice and the underwires both came out! They will not refund my money or even exchange the item, BECAUSE I WASHED IT! Well of course I washed it, I wore it in the ocean.
I will never buy from them again. I recommend Lands End, their suits are great and they have a no question asked return policy.
I have shopped at Swim Outlet multiple times, but this last time there was a technical glitch when submitting the order and I was charged for and sent a duplicate order. I've shopped online almost exclusively and have never seen a site duplicate an order this way. I confirmed the back-end nature of this glitch by comparing the timestamp of the email confirmation, which was identical. At any rate, I called immediately and was told they couldn't cancel the order so I would have to return it. Whatever. So I do this and then review my bill and find they subtracted shipping from the return! I've had to call a second time to get these improper shipping charges reversed, and the CS rep even flipped me some attitude like this whole thing was my fault and they were doing me a favor. To sum it up, a disconcerting technical problem resulting in a duplicate order, followed by unsatisfactory customer service to get it corrected. Great product selection, but buyer beware, the site may charge you twice and the service sucks.
Don't return merchandise if you don't have to. If you use their recommended return method which costs you $4.99, it can take WEEKS before your merchandise is received by their warehouse in Ohio. The reason for that is that their use a third party vendor which will WAIT until they get a number of returns before they would go to USPS to retrieve yours and other people's return and ship them in a TRUCK to Ohio. I am sure that's why it is cheap ($4.99) and it costs NOTHING to SwimOutlet
It seems that SwimOutlet pedals defective equipment and then hides behind a restrictive return policy. The last 2 products received from the company were faulty due to no fault of our own.
The return request I made was met with a snarky and insulting response from Ms Chavez:
"It seems that you are already aware of our 60 days return policy and defect liability period per the issue of the "Turbo Women's Comfort Water Polo Suit" on your order last year. Please be reminded again that the period starts on the date the order is placed not when the order/item was opened or used since deterioration or breakage can happen if they are not properly stored.
Please be advised that the order for the goggles is now 91 days old. With regard to the previous return of the defective suit outside of the return policy which was a one-time courtesy, I apologize, we are no longer able to replace the goggles. Also, Speedo itself has only 30 days return."
We have removed ourselves from the SwimOutlet email list and have already switched our allegiance to our local swim store and Amazon.com. I apologize, we are no longer a customer of SwinOulet.
Tried shopping Swimoutlet.com as their website clearly says "ships to Europe" After waiting a month and noticing my shipment was being returned to sender I contacted support who blaimed me for giving them the incorrect zip even though this exact same zip number has always worked fined. After a whole other month of waiting (2 months in total) the exact same thing happens agains. Contacting support again they start by twice asking me if I want refund which I refuse, saying I want ordered products. They then try to tell me that their still waiting for my package being returned from first time around. I have two tracking numbers in my hands so easy for me to show that is not correct. At this point the support enforces a refund on me, telling me that I was never even suppose to be able to order the items that the only reason I could was because of a system glitch. Website looks fine but their tactics and extremely $#*!ty customer support does not. Will not do business with again and will not recommend anyone doing business with them.
Ordered a swimskirt. It was a skirt with no bottom inside. How are you supposed to swim without a bottom. When i went to return they took half of it off. Ridiculous. NEVER SHOP HERE EVER!
I have probably unsubscribed 10+ times but continue to receive their emails EVERY SINGLE DAY and have for months. I don't know what else to do. I didn't think it was legal to spam someone when they have unsubscribed.
I made the return and exchange the swim fin which I ordered too big. The website shows that the actual size I wanted was only fewer left. So I called customer service and explain him that I am going to return the one I have and going to order the right size over the phone since the items shows low stock. He wave the shipping as my item was exchange one BUT he did not tell me anything about my account status or use whatever appears on my account. Somehow, after I returned the first order fin and they refunded $10 less and they put it as promo credit and which will expired by 1/31 ( 10 days before).
I chat with Brittany and she said they can only refund partial and other part is put it in promotional credit. I told her " This is not fair, who would buy swim accessaries every month! I would use them in future and asked her to keep that amount as credit for future purchase" She said "she can't do it and I have to use it before the valid date. I have two swimmers and always recommend swimoutlet when someone asked for. I am with the swim team and I will not recommend this website any more. Really inconvenient, and hard to get fully refund once you return the merchandise. Better go to local sports store and try them on, feel the material and even if you don't like it after purchase, you can always return or exchange without paying postage which swimoutlet chage $4.99 for each return. NOT RECOMMENDED SITE.
Scumbags were hacked I lost over $3,000 and they did nothing! Now they have the nerve to email promotions even though I've labeled it spam. Theif products are garbage too. DONT BUY HERE!
I ordered a pair of swim fins and although the label on the package showed the correct size that I ordered, the fins inside the package were not the correct size that I ordered and were too small. I got an RMA return number but they didn't provide a pre-paid return label and if I took it to a Return Bar outlet I would have been charged a return fee. It took them 8 days to get them here between Ohio and Michigan and then they wanted to charge me more to return the fins eventhough it was their fault they were the wrong size. HORRIBLE internet retail experience.

I order a pair of swim goggles and received a message that it had shipped. Eight days later I still hadn't received it and called to learn they had neglected to ship the product all together.
The nose plugs I ordered and received are completely worthless. Disgusting product that is designed and sold not to work.

I bought myself a pair of Keen sandals for Christmas-on sale. It was too cold to use them at the time, so a few months later I put them on and went for a walk. After a few blocks one shoe started sqeaking loudly. I check the laces, bottoms and adjusted but they still SQUEAKED LOUDLY and were DEFECTIVE. When I call customer service they didnt offer to exchange them, except a return, repair then or give me store credit. They said because they'd been worn they couldn't resell themWHAT? They are Defective?!? Their only offer was 20% off my next purchace. NO THANK YOU, I won't be coming back!

I ordered our team suits for the first time using swimoutlet.com this season. For so many reasons I will never use swimoutlet.com again for our team suits. Just overall at every turn something went wrong. When this happened it would entail me calling them, which I came to dread. I burned up several of my lunches on the phone nothing was ever quick and easy.
A few of the notable issues were:
We were quoted a lower price when ordering our sizing kit. When we went to place our team order they increased the price by several dollars per suit. I later learned that I was supposed to get a quote emailed to me which they admit to not doing. This caused me to spend most of one day going back and forth with them on price huge waste of my time and all because I was not given a quote when ordering our sizing kit.
Our team order (nearly $1000 worth of suits) was incomplete (missing a few suits, but included suits we never ordered).
The team sales phone service was down for 2-3 days near the end of November which was frustrating
Not being fully refunded for the sizing kit once all the suits were returned. I counted and rechecked my return to make sure all were accounted for. They said I was one suit short.
Having to follow-up on returns because the status on swimoutlet.com said "waiting" when it had been delivered to them weeks ago
Every phone call to swimoutlet.com took a long time overall very clunky and inefficient. For example I had to give my card number three times because the "system timed out" or she was "on the wrong screen".
I would recommend if you are going to use swimoutlet.com for your team suits you have a lot of patience and a lot of free time.
I wear L/XL, tankini was supposed to be XL. Way small not just a little small, $4.99 to return it. Shop elsewhere for bathing suits.
