I'm honestly baffled by the negative reviews. I received my order very promptly and it was packaged very nicely. Four boxes of goodies for less than $65 including shipping! I really don't know how you could have a problem with that. The petit fours are wonderful.
I placed an order with my account with Swiss Colony and the recipient didn't get it, they delivered to someone else and then after hours of being on hold it finally gets sorted out and my recipient gets the product. Fast forward 30 days and the recipient gets a bill instead of me. Very embarrassing. After another 2 hours making phone calls each person sends to another each telling something different like Brandon said I had to get a letter notarized stating the matter but finally I got someone with some common since and fixed it while we were on the phone. I was thankful for that hopefully she is correct in saying that. I then ask how they would compensate me for all the frustration and she said she could take off $9.56. WOW! This is a money hungry company not in the business of good customer service. I will now tear up my Credit Card to never use again and tell everyone I know.
My grandfather and grandmother ordered over $400 worth of product from Swiss colony and has never received any of it. We called today, 2 days before Christmas, to find out they canceled the order without telling them. No phone call, no letter, not anything. These were Christmas presents for the family and they had to rush out 2 days before Christmas to try and find gifts for 5 different families. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. You all should be ashamed of yourself for running a so called business like this. So thank you for ruining Christmas for our family.

They'll tell you your order is shipped when it hasn't been shipped. I ordered on Friday, November 10,2023. On Monday, November 13, I received an email saying my order was shipped. This is Wednesday, November 15 and FedEx still shows it as nothing more than "Label created". Knowing that everyday FedEx recipients might not see the most detail about their package, I signed into my FedEx account and see nothing other than that.

The website suggest to add everything to your cart offering to ship to multiple addresses, not true. After your order is place it will take you over 2hrs to receive an email that your order has been placed.
I received an email showing everything going to the same address. When I called customer service they said there was nothing they could do. So… after placing a $400 order I assumed that they would offer to assist getting the products to the right addresses. Nope, no offer to assist in this matter.
They told me to wait for the items to be delivered and take them to the Salvation Army, get a receipt and submit to get a refund.
So basically after the New Year I will get my money so I can finally get gifts for my friends and family. Thanks for turning my holiday into a nightmare.
Not the same company they were 25 years ago. My last order was to be sent to North Carolina but ended up in Michigan. Never received and they still charged. Tried and tried to get credit but never could. Customer service is the worst!
We ordered A Christmas Gift wanted this delivered The Week of Christmas. When all Family members would be there to enjoy.
This Arrived Dec 10 so was not enjoyed by all, had to send an additional gift so it would be there Christmas week.
Customer service said they deal with to high of volume to honor a delivery date.
This is a problem of a company getting to big.

I ordered the beef log and cheese set from Swiss Colony. When it arrive it was not in a protected box but the original package container the box was beaten and I open the box cheese was crushed called them and was told to give it away. But I open it and mold cheese. Sent pic to company and they so sorry and that was it.
Very happy with everything i ordered. Beef log is always fresh. Chocolate delicious. Everything came on time or early. Seafood dips are very good. My mom ordered for years and now that my mom is no longer with us, i order. And i am hoping that my niece and nephews will continue ordering when they are older with families.
I ordered from Swiss Colony on the credit I have had for years. They would not process the orders and finally cancelled them. I am 83 years old and the only way I can send Christmas presents is through mail order. My daughter contacted the corporate office and I reordered for the fifth time. Finally they sent the orders. All the orders were late and followed by bill addressed to and in the name of each recipient. Now they will not allow me to pay the bills because they are investigating me for fraud. I can't sleep because of this mess. No one at Swiss Colony will take ownership for this mess.

Placed 4 orders in December to be delivered by Christmas. The items were shipped to family members totaling about $300. I have had an account with Swiss for about 5 years now with a credit line of $2200. I placed all four orders on the account. Now, my account shows 3 or the orders. I do not have a statement and cannot get one to download, nor has one been mailed or emailed to me. I have gotten a separate letter from Swiss on the 4th order asking me to pay in full directly. In addition to this the other parties that received the gifts have gotten letters from Swiss, requesting payments on their orders. According to Swiss my account is active with a 0 balance on a credit line of $2200. I have been unable to get them to correct the problem. How can they bill the parties in receipt of the gifts that I ordered? Unable to get billing and customer service to correct the mistake.
I ordered a gift to be sent overseas to a family member in the military on Nov. 30th. I got a message on December 18th that the items were no longer available. How could that be if I ordered them on November 30th? And if they were not available Nov 30th, why did I not get the message until Dec. 18th? Then, when I tried to call to get an explanation, it took forever to get through the AI assistant to a real person. I've ordered from Swiss Colony often, but will go elsewhere from now on.
Ordered items in November to be delivered December 13. Got an email on December 1st that my order was shipped. On December 9 that my order was delivered and left at the front door. Never got it. Took over a day to get in touch with them to tell them I didn't receive it only to be told Fed Ex says I did. Had to argue with them and talk to multiple people telling them they must have delivered it to the wrong address to get a credit. Second half of the order came 2 days later. After sitting for 10 days at the Fed Ex depot and spending over 12 hours on the truck waiting to be delivered the cheese was like mush. Called again and got a credit for that. Will never order from them again.
I thought I liked "The Swiss Colony" a lot,
But after trying to order, did not.
I entered all the addresses with care
In hopes that my gifts would really be there.
December 24th they said was the date
For all the deliveries -- no one must wait.
But alas, it is now January 5th.
Nothing is delivered; no records exist.
I know the best way to cope with this bomb --

Someone opened an account and credit line without my approval. I suddenly get all this stuff sent to my house in my name with a note saying Gift from me. I called and they were no help. Wouldn't refund me and they don't care. They obviously didn't ask for any form of ID or picture. This sounds like an inside job at the company just trying to scam people. I will be filing with the FCC, BBB and look into a lawsuit. I will not have my credit report be damaged by a fraud company that's either not checking peoples identity and/or have criminal activity within the company to profit from.
This is one of the most unhealthy things I could eat. Read the label. Also it must have been left over from Christmas 2019. It was nearly impossible to cut, and the small chunks that resulted had a very unhealthy taste. Sriss Colony, you should get an A-plus for contributing to the obeseity epidemic.
Please do not send me another one. I do not want it! Thumbs down-down-down.

I did my order for Christmas delivery. They mailed it out on the 10th of December and today is the 26th of December and I have yet to receive my order.
When I called to find out what could be done, they just kept telling me that I would get it by 24 December.
They offer no recourse for their quarantine delivery.
I will never order from them again. Customer service is a joke and they were/are rude
I ordered 5 gift packages,,, on December 12,, I called some of the people to see if they liked the gift,,, 3 familys didn't receive anything,,, called the company they said my card was declined,,, this makes no sense,,, two went through three did not,,, same card,, same bank,,, now their out of everything I ordered on December 12,,, I'm so angry at this co. For ruining my Christmas,,, never again,, social media will be flooded with my disappointment in Swiss Colony. Your customer satisfaction is sadly lacking...
I live in Dallas Texas and have for over 4 years now... and magically they gave someone a credit card in my name. With a Waco po box. Then when I disputed it they said they where within their right and I still owe them and they still are putting negative points on my credit...

I ordered 27 Spring Favorites from the Spring Sale catalog on 4/9/2023, for my son's bday on 4/13/2023. Today is 4/18/2023, and it still has not arrived. FedEx Tracking showed that it sat in Wisconsin, then in Arizona for days. It's going to Arizona so why hasn't it been delivered?! Yesterday FedEx updated saying delivery by USPS by end of day 4/17/2023. Today another update saying delivery by end of day 4/18/2023. When I contacted Swiss Colony, Lacey was apologetic, but said that I should've requested expited shipping. Why should I request expedited shipping? One would think that normal shipping should be within 3-5 business days, not 10. She said their shipping is 7-10 days,and she could refund me the shipping and that's all she could do for me. They could use a few pointers from AMAZON! If you want to order something, be sure to order it at least 20 days in advance. Simply unexceptable shipping.
They assured me my order would be there for Christmas it was for my mother in assisted living center as you know we can't visit and to another elderly person. They lied and didn't send any type of notice. I will be sending every thing back and canceling my account what a terrible Christmas my mom is very dear to me and to have her think I forgot about her on Christmas day broke my heart. Rest assure I told both not to even open the boxes because im sending every thing back. They lied and im not ok with that wtf... stay away
We used to order frequently a number of years ago and were quite pleased with the products and service.
This year we received a gift box and what a difference time has made... unfortunately.
The cheese spreads appear to be little more than flavored Velvetta, the quantities are minuscule and the box requirement to refrigerate is laughable. I have little doubt that the contents could outlast the infamous McDonalds French fries without refrigeration.
I received a gift box for the holidays. The first thing I opened was a stick of cheese and it had green mold growing on it! There aren't any expiration dates on the items so I am a little reluctant to try anything else. I tried for over a week to get through to customer service. I finally got through today just to be told that they couldn't help me because I was not the person who ordered it. I now have to either tell my sweet relative who sent it to me that she has to try to make the complaint or just throw the items away and forget about it.

Third year in a row item is missing from the order. Nobody really cares. Also received 4 days after Christmas. Customer service told me to give it to charity and TAKE A RECEIT. Probably nobody from Wisconsin heard about covid and no food donation rule. I was a customer for 29 years, but not any more.

I just went on to swiss coloneys web sit and found out I owed them a 107.00 which I no was paid but they did not have any info about it just a charge of 68.00 so I payed them what they wanted so be very care ful fromm year to year with them.
