I'm honestly baffled by the negative reviews. I received my order very promptly and it was packaged very nicely. Four boxes of goodies for less than $65 including shipping! I really don't know how you could have a problem with that. The petit fours are wonderful.

I placed an order with my account with Swiss Colony and the recipient didn't get it, they delivered to someone else and then after hours of being on hold it finally gets sorted out and my recipient gets the product. Fast forward 30 days and the recipient gets a bill instead of me. Very embarrassing. After another 2 hours making phone calls each person sends to another each telling something different like Brandon said I had to get a letter notarized stating the matter but finally I got someone with some common since and fixed it while we were on the phone. I was thankful for that hopefully she is correct in saying that. I then ask how they would compensate me for all the frustration and she said she could take off $9.56. WOW! This is a money hungry company not in the business of good customer service. I will now tear up my Credit Card to never use again and tell everyone I know.

Swiss colony allowed someone to open an account in my name and has been using my identity since 2012.
When I call to inform that I am a victim of identity theft, then suddenly the blame shifts to me. The company is opening up fradulent accounts thru the use of inline and phone calls, without asking for no form of id, or pictures. I will be filing a lawsuit because I am sure I am not the only victim.

My friend ordered from swiss colony and apparently their card didnt go through, my phone was used to place the order and 4 months later all of a sudden it ended up on my credit report dropped my score 73 points and they didnt get in touch with me about it and they refuse to take it off. It wasnt my card or order, all I did was let a friend borrow my phone.

Dont have any dealings with them

This one went the the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. And that's just the beginning. I'll be contact the government agency that regulates shipping/mail issues

This company is robbing people With their shipping rates. There is no way just because you state a shipping rate that it is accurate. They charged my elderly mother $17.00 for some nuts and one pasty and were evasive and nasty when questions. They should be investigated. They make no attempt to resolve any unhappiness whether it be financial or with their goods/services and basically bait and switch with a free gift. They entice their older clientele into falling for a free gift of insignificance and sneak in exhorbitant shipping. It's isnt even special shipping. It's not fedex or ups. It was thrown in the mailbox. They are definitely worth looking into

I placed an order on 10/21/2021, and i got all my items on 10/24/2021, that fast service and very dependable and liable company. I am very happy with them as i am every year. Been a customer for years, great company, and great prices and the customer service people are always kind and friendly on the phone, i highly recommend them to everyone.

I ordered an item for $24.95. The order form indicated that the shipping charge is $9.99. My credit card was charged $11.98 for shipping plus tax on the same amount. I called Customer Service & they said that their shipper has a surcharge! I believe that they should have indicated on their order form the amount of the "surcharge". I would have not placed the order if I knew that the shipping+ the "surcharge" equals almost half of the order's price. I believe that hey are dishonest & fraudulent.

Before ordering aks them if the have a "surcharge", in addition to the listed shipping charge & whether they tax that "surcharge". They add a "surcharge" that is NOT indicated on their order form & they add tax on that "surcharge", with the result that the shipping plus the "surcharge" & the tax on the "surcharge" an additional charge equals to half of the price of the item!!

The on line ordering is not at all conducive to multiple shipping addresses (although they say it is). Shipping is ridiculously expensive. I just got my $20 fruitcake-- it is literally 4" x 2". Not at all worth it. Their signature dobosh torte is good but gets smaller each year. Sadly, this will be the last year i order from them, thus ending a 50 year family tradition.

I have been a customer with swiss colony for 10 years I have a credit card with a $1650 limit. I always get stuff for the holidays. This year I ordered about $400 worth of stuff for my work crew. After waiting a week for my order I called to check on it and was told they wanted a $95 deposit. I don't understand why after all this time. Needless to say a week before Christmas I'm scrambling to find 35 new gifts for my work crew. I will never order from this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone

In 2018 someone changed my address with Swiss Colony (had an account with them over 20 years) and purchased over $800.00. Never knew about it until a collection agency called me. I made a police report and fraud report. They claim they didnt get it and refused to correct my credit report. However they did change my address back to my actual address. Spoke to some rude man in credit and he called me a liar and hung up on me. Will never do business with them

I placed an order over two weeks before Christmas, they decided to hold the order and never contact me. Hmm. Good thing I checked and resolved the problem. However my family may not got their gifts for Christmas. Fingers crossed they get thier gifts, however I will never ever use this company again. There absolutely disregard for customers is very clear, and my absolute refuseal to do we bussiness with this company is equal.

Be careful with ordering with the Swiss Colony I was overcharged paid in full all of my orders were wrong one half of all the items were damaged or ruin some of them takes outdated not worth buying when it came to the clothing the jackets were small and should have been large the shirts or small the blanket came in the wrong design I highly recommend you go to your local stores Harris Teeters Publix Costco and buy better than this for yourself for that special love one but not with Swiss Colony

If I can give a zero stars at this company I will. My friend sent me a gift from this company. This company messed up my credit score because they charged me from the gift I received from my friend. I did not ordered anything from this company. Be careful receiving any items from this company or they will messed up your credit history. The food was not even good.

Swiss Colony reported to the credit bureaus the I had missed 2 payments despite the fact I had paid off the account 2 months prior to when they said I missed the payments. At the time they claim I missed the payments I had a zero balance. I have disputed this with the credit bureaus and Swiss Colony will not admit their mistake. I have request they close my account which they did, but they still report the account as open to the credit bureaus, another lie. This is the worst company and I will never do business with then again.

I received my $200 order NO Cheese logs In 2 of my what I attended to give as Christmas Presents. BUT I did receive damn Chocolate Balls from the Dollar Tree would've been a credit to what I got for my $200 order. I'm going to keep the gift boxes or Buy more cheese to give. Honestly, I'm embarrassed to give the 2 sets! I've never received such $#*! from them. I do know I'll Never order from them Again. Waste of Money and Waste of Time! Folks save your hard earned money shop elsewhere! Oh and the Size of what's in those boxes even more of a Embarrassment! Never Again Never Again. Don't have to take my word apparently A LOT more folks thinks the same scroll through the reviews! One thing I do know word of mouth travels fast!

Comes in a nice tin, but the product inside tastes awful. Like eating plastic with stale peanuts embedded. Worst that I have ever eaten.

"I ordered something and it said 5-7 days for shipping. Got an email it would arrive on Thursday. Then another one saying Saturday. Then another saying Wednesday the following week. I contacted them through email and they just replied saying sorry for the inconvenience it's the shippers fault. So I said you pick the shipper, it's your fault. No response. So I called explained it to the rep and she said standard is 7-10 days. I told her it does not say that online. She said oh well standard is 7-10. I said no it doesn't say that and went on to explain the emails and how my package hasn't moved in 2 days and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I have recommended so many people to them and used them for so many occasions, NEVER AGAIN!

About a year ago I set up account. Moved in June, changed address on account. Placed order online but they didn't show it on my account. I thought the order had not gone through; waited over a week, still no show. I placed the order this time getting a confirmation number from them. Now they want me to pay for TWO orders - neither one of which show up on my account. I contacted them by email and they said I set up new account - nope; just a change of address. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

DON'T BUY - DON'T SET UP ACCOUNT'! STAY AWAY FROM SWISS COLONY AND ALL THEIR OTHER COMPANIES. GO IN AND READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER ANYTHING!!

This is Christmas gift for my sister. Their "shipping time" is 7-10 business days to go from Aurora, Colorado to Colorado Springs, Colorado -- something like a 3 hour drive.

Placed an order Dec 10, and finally talk to a human and says. Oh your order was canceled out of stock and got no email or phone call Here it is Dec 20 and No gift for my family. Pooor customer service!

While i ordered in plenty of time for Christmas for my sisters, i recieved a letter 2 days before Christmas stating that they could not find enough verification of my credit to approve me unless i pay them $8.00. $8.00 are you kidding me, what a joke and to let me know 2 days before Christmas. Im a home owner with 2 cars, a motorcycle payment, 3 credit cards obviously pleanty good credit so it really seems that they are not only incompetent but also inconsiderate.

Placed 500$ order with credit card several days later tried but could not add 3 pkgs to order tried to order those on their credit was sent a letter saying wasn't approved asking me to pay after the date that I would have to pay express shipping for those 3pkgs not notified by phone or email yet they had my info this is dirty pool the orders received were of good quality but I won't order from them again

I have just been dipped by Swiss colony! I prefers a couple of things for my daughter for Christmas. When I got to the checkout. I was sent an email that said" this is an error email your order did not go through. Go back and reorder" so I did! A couple of hours later. I get two email confirmations for both orders! WHAT? I was charged for both orders! I called them to see if they could straighten this out I only want the one order and a refund for the second. ButThey told me that both orders were shipped before I could cancel which was only 5 hours from time of order to shipping! Really? Dammnnn. I will not shop there ever again! It was their mistake for sending me the email telling me that my order did not go through! So I ordered again!? They did try to tell me that I could donate the second order get a receipt and then they would reimburse my money! WHAT?

I recently ordered from Swiss colony they delivered my stuff but they delivered it to somebody else. When we called to ask where our order was the supervisor told us it was delivered. Then she told us to kock on everyone's door in the neighborhood and ask for our order. Do not order from this company their delivery service is Is irresponsible can't read and cannot follow directions it seems like the people they hire to delivery are all idiots. Don't order from this company order elsewhere.

Order from a different company Swiss colony is nothing but a thief their incompetent and they do not deliver the service to people their delivery drivers are thieves

I ordered 8 blankets and sock sets for Christmas gifts. I received 1 that was spelled wrong. The correct spelling is STEPHANIE, So I called the company and told them of the mistake and they were sending out another one corrected. Well as it is my Christmas gift was a week late and today on 1/2/2023 I received the second one with the name STILL spelled wrong. It is NOT STEPHNAIE! As you can tell I'm not to happy. I will keep the 2 mistakes because at this point it's not worth it to me. I will pay my monthly bill until it is paid off. I do not consider using this company again. Thank you for your time.

Every thing else was good but I'm just unhappy with the Christmas gift being late and waiting an extra week for the same problem

This is a very bad experience.Buyer beware! I order 3 products base on the pics on their magazine,what I got was a poor resemblance of what they show. Never again Swiss colony! Even the taste of the broken Baklava wasn't good,what a scam!

For 2 years in a row now Swiss Colony has used FedEx to ship my orders to me. I will start by saying in my opinion FedEx is a terrible shipper. I wouldn't use them if they were the last company available. I placed an order on Dec 4th and received updates this past week several times. Pkg was supposed to be delivered this coming Sat the 16th. Instead it was misdelivered today Dec 12th at an address 15 miles from me. I received a confirmation email with a photo of where pkg was left. Not my house! I called Sw Colony and asked for either a new shipment or to get a credit on account. They could not guarantee shipment by Christmas so they gave me a credit on account. Will NOT be using them ever again.

Tip for consumers:
I asked Swiss Colony to please NOT ship anything by FedEx. They did not listen. They lost a customer.
