I've been a customer for years. Those small pocket knives with all the specialized designs make great gifts. For example, I've just given the Wild Horses one to a woman who runs a horse sanctuary and, previously, i've given the cat paws one to my daughter who is a vet. And I have various models of the larger Swiss army knives for myself, including one of those huge ones that is really too big to carry around very often...

When you are selling something that sells itself; it is easy to do a good job. I have been dealing with SwissKnifeshop for years and they have come through for me every time. I have my swiss army knife in my pocket all the time, it is a very useful tool.

There are many vendors who tout original replacement accessories for Victorinox Swiss Army Knives. The piece I ordered was as original as possible.
One word of advice, vendors should always include measurements and a close up of the cap of the accessory. Reason being, if the item sits on the curve of the knife body it has a unique fitted cap; as opposed to the straight line.of larger body knives.

I appreciate the service at this time. Bought 3 knives for my grandkids. I had mine over 40 yrs. A gift from my dad. (till disney took it away) But the quality seems every bit as good and delivery was quick. This is a very convenient knife to have in a shaving kit when traveling.

Ordered the Leatherman Surge for my son's 27th birthday. Got his name & phone # engraved on it (long name, used both sides). He is beyond thrilled, and will use this outstanding tool long beyond its 25 year warranty.

Great customer service from Swiss Knife Shop! When one of the items I had ordered was out of stock till a few days later, a rep called me and asked if I wanted them to ship the other items first, or wait till everything was ready to ship. This personal service is unusual these days.

We love the Victorinox serrated knives, and our new Wusthof paring knife. Items come quickly. I'm happy to give them by business instead of the giant online stores that you can't even call when there's a problem or question.

I ordered 96 pink knives for a women's golf tournament. A few were back ordered so I contacted customer service. They rushed the order to me just in time! We gave out several tee prizes but the knives were the number one hit! Thank you so much!

I have been shopping with the Swiss Knife Shop for many years. Very friendly service. If you have a question, they are fast to respond, and address your concerns. There product line is extensive. I have bought old discontinued Wenger knifes to the newest limited edition Victorinox models, and every thing in between. They have great selection of pouches, parts and even Victorinox books. Other brands I have purchased from Swiss Knife Shop are Leatherman, and Swiza. Prices are great, shipping is fast and packaged really well. Love the Swiss Knife Shop and there excellent service.

I purchased a fine knife set with block for my wife for Christmas. Soon after I began shopping for knives to add to the block, The brand I had selected were quite pricey but I found a "must have" size on the SwissKnifeShop website.
Upon ordering the knife the entire process was very sophisticated and satisfying: Confirmation email, shipping email, tracking number and so forth.The knife arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and ready to use.

I was asked, with not much lead time, to take my nephew on a cub scout trip for the weekend. He didn't have his own knife so I bought him one from SwissKnife Shop but had less than a week to get it. In the comments for the order I had asked that whatever they could do to speed up the order would be greatly appreciated. Both the knife and case were to be engraved and they were able to ship it out in one day, so thanks to them for providing such great customer service! He loves the knife and will have something from his childhood that he can keep and pass down to his kids one day.

I wish you could have seen my grandson's face when he open his present from his grandparents and saw he had finally gotten a leatherman wave with his name engraved on it. It was a site to see... We are a leatherman wave family. All three of our son's have one, and of course Grandpa! So of course our grandson was wanting one. They are a quality knife that with proper care will last a life time. Also we like that they are a company in the USA and the shipping was timely. Thank you keep up the quality work.

Delivery was on time. And like always the product works great. The climber knife is my favorite knife and has all the extras I need. Not a day goes by that I do not use this knife. Additionally, I have ordered in the past from Swiss Knife and have never been disappointed in the timeliness of delivery or the product. Will be ordering again in the next few days for cutlery. I ordered replacement bits for my cyber-knife as i dropped a couple and was not able to find them. The prices from SwissKnife were better than Amazon and other sites. I highly recommend SwissKnife shop.

The wooden handles of the knives were beautiful and were comfortable to hold. Opened and closed with ease. I cant wait to order duplicates so I can carry one set and put one in my personal collection. A job well done!

I have carried a Rambler for many years and I have bought a lot of them to share with others. I use to get them in different colors and metal custom inlays for advertisements.
I would like to find a source for metal inlays and a verity of colors.

I have purchased many knives from the shop. Each time, the experience was excellent. All screens were easy to navigate and I am not an expert at computer stuff. I was able to find exactly what I wanted at an excellent price! I will return again and again to purchase more for me and as gifts.

Received all the knives I ordered and was informed in advance that one knife was on backorder. I was asked if I wanted a partial or to delay entire shipment. Great Communication and the B/O knife came a few days later. This was not my first order, love doing business with this company! Great customer service!

This is the best peeler I've ever had. I will order again! I've used it to peel potatoes, apples, and parmesan cheese for on salad. I've had a lot of peelers before I purchased this one and none compares to this one. It's a great buy.

My wife and I had both lost the tweezers from our SwissCards and tried to find replacements online. With three different sizes available, we were having a hard time ensuring we were buying the right ones online. SwissKnifeShop's site was very explicit in describing which tweezers fit which knife models, and was the only place we found that specifically mentioned the SwissCard. Shipping was lightning fast and we had zero problems throughout the entire process. Will definitely buy from them again if we need anything!

I've been a victorinox fan for years now (red handle) and that's all I have at home. I worked at Whole Foods for a few years and my department used these. The boning knife is the best one for all meats I promise ya. Best price for the quality!
