Ordered item, shipping label was printed, and that was end of it seriously. They said waiting on USPS to scan. USPS is still waiting on item.
CS told me only refunds if returned by me or reported lost by USPS. Clever scam. Even sent a link about PO issues in their area.
Worst experience I have ever had buying online. Employee either stole the item or management is just skimming money w/ labels.
And they won't refund shipping charge either way.
Terrible business ethics & horrible business practices.

I ordered 2 blades from there guys, less than a week from Christmas.
One of the blades was damaged. I emailed sales and sent a picture.
They overnighted a replacement to me before Christmas.
That's how it's done folk!
Only wish more companies where like this one.
Hell they were cheap knives and they treated me like a king!
Thanks swordsswords
I will order again

Broken items

This has to be the worst online knife store weapons store I've ever bought anything from the products I get from them most of the time a broken and then when you send it back they want to hang up the phone on you lie to you about your return and try to blame it on your bank they will never ever get my business again they are terrible the items are cheap and like I said there most of the time broken

Very slow

Customer service not expert on items being delivered. And you wait long time for delivery to arrive. I called 5 days prior to my delivery and I was told my items were all arriving on time. Placed order on 10/2/21 received delivery on 10/26/21 and one item short and pen didn't work. So same time and money. I'd be wait a long time to return pen and backorder item they were sending a return label didn't even wanna waste my money a time.

All dialog

This movie was a great disappointment. It is all dialog no action. The whole movie takes place in one room. The movie cover and storyline indicates a lot of action but it is opposite from that. Boring!

Very mediocre

Ok so I've seen very many reviews on how bad this place is. I think that its so mediocre, people only look at the bad, I mean this company has to make fake reviews just to keep it business, this is one of them, the switchblade I got was actually nice. I think this is a good company, it's like wish, for knives!

I've ordered cheaper knives that are both either what I paid for or insanely good quality. What I got from Swordsswords is neither. Don't order from this site. If you do don't get too excited about it.

Good for the price

It wasn't honestly as bad as people are saying it is. I was kind of worried at first because I ordered without reading reviews. Plus because I noticed the money was never taken out of my account but it was taken from a different site and I never noticed. It came in about a week. The quality is honestly good for 11 bucks. It is very heavy and not light at all. It's a good quality butterfly knife to be honest. It very sharp as well.

Received broken item. Called them immediately. They said they would fully reimburse. I paid shipping both ways. Company kept about $20 and gave only a partial refunds. I am out almost $50 after getting a broken sword from them. They had no interest in satisfying the customer. Stay away from these people.

Purchased a stiletto automatic knife and it's just absolutely terrible. It locked on me the first time I opened it. When I was trying to fix it it literally fell apart on me. I'd never recommend buying anything from this website. It's all just China made $#*!.

Good service

I've read a number of these reviews but I had a good experience. The first knife took about a week to receive. Sadly, it was defective. However, I got right on the phone and immediately spoke to a customer service rep. She was kind, helpful and without hesitation said they would send me another knife no charge ASAP. Two days later I got the replacement and it works well. On top of that they did not want me to be troubled sending back the defective one so they said keep it. Overall a good experience and would buy from here again. Steve W., NY

I purchased from two companies that did not have PayPal and I had $900 of fraudulent charges on my credit card. SwordsSwords is one of the two companies. So be careful or just shop elsewhere

Owner is an absolute pillock/moron.

Put in order on Jan 03,2020, (SKD-*******) credit card payment processed, but I received no tracking information for the order, not even an email confirmation, so I decided to contact Mark the owner via email on Jan 12,2020 to verify the status of my order.

On the same day, Mark responds without any phone call to confirm anything from me, and proceeds to cancel the order!

After making me wait 2 weeks because of his lazy unprofessional $#*!, and instead of offering me condolences for not getting the order to me in a timely fashion and offering me expedited post or a discount and instead of owning the fact that he dropped the ball because he never contacted me about this order, he somehow tries to imply this is my fault!

This guy is a total douche.

The man is a complete nincompoop, runs a mickey mouse business and is completely unprofessional to boot. His prices might seem reasonable at first glance, but trust me you don't want the headache of dealing with this moron.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS GUY. THE BUSINESS IS A SHAM, AND HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS.

You can place an order and pay them if you want, but I can assure you that you will not receive you item... It may say that it has shipped, and you get a bogus tracking number that never shows received by USPS. STAY AWAY, as I should have. Now I am am stuck with no sword, and no refund. No one will answer the phone either...
