I ordered the real touch calla lilies from Tablecloths Factory. Not only did they arrive very quickly, they arrived well packaged and in great shape. Neat fyi about real touch calla lilies. They are a little like the original Rubnermaid products. They bounce back into shape. If they arrive a little squished or get squished due to something you did, they are easy to reshape back to their original form. Just a little tidbit for you to know so you don't panic if something happens to your flowers. However, real touch calla lilies are photosensitive. They will yellow if exposed to too much sunlight, so try to keep them out of the sun as much as you can. I hope you order these. They are a great bargain. I highly recommend them and the company. When I got my package one of my glitters was open. And yes all over the place. Wasn't to happy about that. But other then that everything else was AWESOME

It's a big bang for the bucks. Looks very expensive. I wish I had bought more and may still order more if I have time as the wedding is write around the corner.

I have never had a bad experience or have I ever been dissatisfied with my purchases. The items are always as advertised and always arrive in a timely manner.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! DO NOT BUY! - A very long story short, this company is a complete fraud. I ordered a large set of chandeliers from them and spent MONTHS going back and forth over whether or not they were available, discontinued or shipped. All the while, my card was charged for the purchase. I made an attempt to exchange and items were also 'back ordered' after purchase. I never recieved any communication regarding items not being shipped, out of stock or disconitnued. I was forced to reach out to them via chat as you cannot speak to them over the phone numerous times. It is four months later and I still do not have a refund from them! Every step of the way they have made promises they could not keep. I keep records of all chats with them and am forced to use theme very time I communicate with them because they deny everything. This has gone on for so long that the card I used to purchase expired and I switched accounts. They were supposed to mail a check, but now are saying that they refunded the money to the closed account which my bank has no record of. They will not issue the refund now unless I provide bank statements of the closed account which is impossible because it's closed. This has been four months of nothing but lies. I have spent HOURS chatting with them over the past four months trying to straighten out orders and refunds. It has been a total nightmare. Save yourself the headache! My review is common if you do the research, which I did not before purchase. This company also goes by efavormart and Yaya!

I didn't realize this was the same company as Ya Ya Creations and Efavormart until I got my paid invoice after ordering so was nervous about my organza overlays actually arriving. Within 10 days I got 3 out of the 7 I ordered and contacted the company via the "chat" system on their website. It took about 30 minutes to convince the customer service person that I really didn't receive all of my order and within 7 days they shipped it out. I was extremely relieved. I did however initially order the wrong size and had them returned with my new order invoice to get a full refund and will let you know if that refund is not forthcoming. I expect it in about 4-6 weeks.

The quality was pretty much exactly what I saw on their website. I ordered the 85" chocolate swirl organza overlays. It wasn't super high quality as the satin edges weren't doubled up on both sides, which is fine my purposes anyway, and the swirling organza was really beautiful. I would definitely order from them again.

Refund Update:
I wanted everyone to know that I did receive my full refund within 4 weeks of sending back the incorrect size I ordered. My mistake and they still refunded my money. Although I did have to send them the order of the correct sized cloths in order to not have a large restocking fee charged. But all in all, I am very pleased.

I ordered about 35 table clothes for my wedding a couple months ago. When I first received the boxes I opened one to check them out (there were 3 boxes), the color was perfect & everything seemed good. Last night I went to open all the boxes to iron them, since my wedding is in one week. One of the boxes was full of COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR table clothes. Of course I got right on live chat with customer service (since they do not have a phone number) and was told since my order was placed over 3 weeks ago they will not do anything but give me 10% off my next order to get the correct color. I have 17 WRONG COLOR table clothes and all they can do is give me 10%, no refund, no exchange, NOTHING to help. HORRIBLE COMPANY & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVE!

It was done professionally and was received at a timely manner. I had ordered from other sites and was taking forever so I was impressed by their due diligence.

The looked really nice on but they are very thin.
I would buy these again for other events!

I did a wedding and they were the perfect decor to bring out the floral theme they looked better than my silver glitter trees

Wish I had researched more before placing order. Further research revealed "F" rating by Better Business Bureau. I witnessed every reason why firsthand. I placed order on February 14th. I paid extra for "expedited" shipping so I would receive order by Feb 22nd. This would allow plenty of time before my event on Feb. 25th. They did not send out order until Feb 19th and sent it "ground" despite the fact I paid "expedited" rates. As soon as I received and checked tracking information from UPS, it stated an estimated arrival date of Feb 26th, which would be AFTER my event. I contacted them on Feb 21st, 22nd and 23rd letting them know it would not arrive in time. There was still time for them to send out another express order, but they refused to do anything at all. They kept insisting it would arrive by friday, Feb 23rd, despite the information being provided by UPS to the contrary. They said it was on its way and out of their hands. Order did not arrive until Feb 26th, after my event, as estimated by UPS from the very beginning. So I ended up having to rush and pay escalated prices to rent and buy the necessary linens for my event. Their customer service representatives were callus, unresponsive and completely unsympathetic or helpful. It was obvious this situation occurs on a regular basis and the company policy is to deflect and deny any responsibility.

These flowers were perfect for my event. They were the size that I needed. I sprayed them with gold paint.
