Never received my order Tackle Direct gave me a credit on the entire order which I didn't expect because one part was on backorder all the rest was in stock I knew that the reel was a pre-order before the order was placed no one contacted me or send me e-mail that there was a problem and they were going to credit my entire order. Next I place the same order with Bass Pro and received everything in six days including the reel. I was confused and didn't understand why Tackle Direct did what they did since I didn't complain or question any of the order
