Initially my experience was very disappointing until Billy reached out to me regarding an issue I had with my LX MC Raptor. After our discussion I had a new found respect for Tackle Direct and their customer service. Billy sincerely went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy and satisfied with my Avet reel. Had 2 rods sent up to alaska for a vacation fishing trip. One of the rods was complete garbage and not usable in any way. Guides where installed way out of line and some missing the ceramic parts of the guides. Cant believe that passed quality control and was sent out. I was counting on that rod. Will never order from you again your the worst.
Ordered several hundred dollars of tackle, 3 weeks later no delivery no tracking, three emails with promise to get answers 5mdays ago, pitiful business efficiency and customer service use some other site...

Ordered from these guys last weekend. They canceled my order under "suspicion of fraud".
When I wrote to them asking what exactly confused them - they said they didn't like my address.
Then I asked if I could change my address but keep the prices that were on the order. They stopped answering me.
I initially ordered 10 of them. They only had I believe six in stock, and they sent them to me. They informed me that the remaining four would be sent to me as soon as possible. About two weeks later I received the other four. Great place to shop good prices quick deliveries. Excellent sell staff.

As I am the one, I decided to look at the assortment here. I didn't need any spinning, because i have the most advanced one, but as for the nets and lures... I ordered them here, because their range if quite big and it was interesting for me to stare at the monitor for a couple of hours, lmao.
On top of that, I now think of changing spinning reel. Yeah, i said I got one of the best spinnings, but i see there are some more fancier.
Well after ordering something so simple I have waited for approximately three weeks I don't think that you should be able to sell somebody something that isn't in stock basically if you don't Have it in stock you should probably let me go somewhere else and purchase it very disappointing
