Sent a top back and paid postage at post office of $5.98. To my surprise when I looked at my charge account receipt I was charged $8.99 postage by Uniform Advantage. Will not be ordering again.
Bought shirts for my daughter. Wrong size. U cannot exchange. Have to return and re buy. They charged $8 for each shirt to return. So I pd shipping when I bought them & an additional 16.00 to return them! You lost my business.
I think Tafford.com is a scam. If they aren't a scam, then they really don't give a cr*p about their customers. I placed an order 3/23 and today, May 2nd, I finally received some of them items I ordered. When I initially placed the order I received an email that one of my items was backordered until whatever date. I figured, okay... they'll ship the rest of my multi-item order and send that item when it becomes available. Not the case. After not receiving anything for a week or two, I emailed them and asked what the story was. I was then told that many of my items were on backorder and their policy was to not ship until "most items were available". When I complained that was unacceptable they offered to ship the items they had and I agreed as I was starting a new job soon and needed the scrubs. Well, the scrubs didn't make it in time for me to use to start my new job and I ended up going out and buying new scrubs for my new job. I'm planning to return everything to Tafford's, and no doubt they will probably jerk me around on refunding my money. Steer clear of this company because their business style really stinks.
I placed an order for 3 sets of scrubs, about $200 worth on October 6th, 2015.The order stated they would ship in 3 to 5 business days, after 5 business days I contacted them to see why I had not received a shipping confirmation. They then said they will ship no later then the 7th business day. On the 8th business day I received an e-mail saying they needed to confirm my payment so the order could ship. I called them and verified the payment and was told they would be shipping that Friday Oct. 16th since each item was in stock. I still never received a shipping confirmation, so I contacted them again on the 10th business day, Tuesday Oct 20th and was told they did not have any information regarding my order. Today on the 11th business day, Oct. 21st, I contacted them again and they told me my order had been cancelled. They told me they could assist me in placing my order over the phone, but none of the items were in stock. Did not even offer anything for such a inconvenience. I politely informed them that I will never be placing an order with them and will return to the trustworthy company, Scrubs and Beyond. Beware of this company and do not rely on them to send you scrubs that are much needed for work!
Placed an order on November 20th. The order stayed in "Credit Card Authorized" status until the 28th when I received an email from customer service stating that part of the order was on backorder (so they apparently held the entire order which is crap anyway) and said it would ship approximately January 18th. Completely unacceptable, especially for the company to wait so long to notify me, as well as the fact that there website has the ability to tell you if items aren't in stock. All of my order was "in stock" items. Apparently they suck at web maintenance. The site said to respond if I wanted to change the order, which I promptly said go ahead and ship the items that were in stock. No response what soever. I then called on December 4th. Customer service told me that my order was expected to ship in the next 24-48 hours (minus one item from the order). The agent had no idea what happend with that item, but said that the rest of my order was ready to ship. It is now the 15th and NOTHING. No updates, no order, and I can't even log into my account anymore. Its as if they just removed my account from their system. This is the worst experience I have ever had with online ordering from anywhere. Worst of all, the scrubs were part of a birthday gift for my girlfriend and today is her birthday. This company is absolutely horrible in the customer service realm, and in business practices in general.
