Take 5

Stay Away! I went to "Take 5 oil change" because The Greased Pig was busy...Now I know why! When it's my turn, I pull in and wait for them to start to change the oil, several of them were texting and joking around. When they start changing the oil the guy comes to my window and tells me my coolant level is really low and my coolant is dark and the system needs flushed so I ask him how much that would cost and he say's $280. So I say I'm not doing that just top it off. He say's we're not allowed to top it off. So I'm confused...I thought they changed the oil, topped off all fluids and clean the windshield...apparently NOT! So I said okay, don't worry about it, I'll take care of it. So the man say's that they're finished and presents me a bill of $145.! I about fell out of my car! I've never paid over $75 for an oil change ever! Well I pay and start to pull out and they didn't reset My oil sensor, well I waited another 10 minutes because they didn't know how to do it. Then I also notice that they didn't clean the windshield! So I leave there and go to Advanced Auto Parts and buy some coolant and the man that worked there offered to help me put it in the car. ( I guess they are allowed to) I open the hood and he say's that I don't need any coolant! So I ask him if the coolant is bad and he say's that there's nothing wrong with the coolant! So not only Did they rip me off on the price, They tried to rip me off more wanting to flush the coolant and they didn't even do their job! BEWARE! Stay away from this place!
