By far the best in the GCC! They have quality restaurants and their app is amazing to use! The customer service staff is beyond supportive and very polite! Found in Kuwait, I honestly believe that Talabat.com is the best so far for Online Food Ordering.
I first ordered fast food the guy ate some of my food without my consent and guess what talabat said they dint care I recommend you don't use this. Another time I ordered carefour and they forgot to bring one item and guess what they got paid and dint even bring back the missing item and then they gave a refund I hate talabat I reccomend you don't talabat and when I was on talabat website they just banned me for no reason look at the picture of what it says.
They just came about collecting and deducting customers money without providing any good or quality services how awful my experience with you

Hands down the worst ever. I dont even know where to start. Worst customer service, worst restaurants on display. Please add two hours to the time mentioned on the site. If someone is commenting good stuff about them then its from the management haha.

I paid 20 jds with credit and never received my order, i tried contacting them and asking for help and they did absolutely nothing and claimed the order was delivered to my exact location even though i have camera footage proving they never stepped a foot near the location. They refused to refund me or send the order again or even try to understand how this happened. Not to mention the countless times they got my order wrong lol don't bother writing a note to the restaurant they don't care enough to read it.
I order food from Tabalat very frequently amounting to around 300 QR.
I ordered 25 Original Snack box of KFC, I received 5 of them with spicy chicken and two with only one chicken. I contacted Talabat they told me I will get a refund. They call me after 10 mins, they want me to tell them the exact amount of wrong items as I didnt specify at first.
I opened 25 snack box and checked them one by one. After telling the guy how many wrong items and putting back again, he told me he needs pictures. I wasted 30 mins between talking to them and talking to the guy, opening the boxes checking them one by one although this is not supposed to happen, and I don't have time for their requests. I really don't recommend it. Then I submitted a ticket with what happened. I find today that they closed my request and updated the status to resolved altjough they did nothing. There are many other apps who appreciate loyalty and care about their customers unlike Talabat!
4 days ago I placed an order on Talabat and one of the riders told me he didn't have any change and took my 200 dhs. Until this day he has not come back with my 150 dhs change. Despite him telling me he would be 20 minutes. Talabat as a service have been horrendous in dealing with the situation and the "rider manager" has not even come back with a response to this. As a manager this should be of top priority and should ensure that a situation like this is dealt with immediately. It is theft, which is a crime, and Talabat are not taking it seriously which is an outrage. Here in Dubai I did not expect this kind of situation to happen.

I placed an order through these guys for a Burger king to only get a call to say they cant deliver to me and will cancel the order. Then asked to simply use the money to place another order but I was told no. They have to refund which will take up to 5-7 days and if I want food place another order. As I had no choice I did what they said. Food was delivered with my fries half eaten by the delivery man smh couldnt believe it. Emailed to complain... No response. Since then I have spoken to their so called customer service every week and I'm repeatedly been told it will take 5-7 days for refund of the first order. Its now over a month and yet to see my money. Absolutely ridiculous! And the worse part is noooo complaints department... Don't waste your time. Keep my money you idiots. Incompetence all round!
All my experiences with talabat are bad honestly. Whether its a food delivery, or groceries.
Some times i dont get my order after waiting for hours, some times i get wrong orders, and i dont get compensated through customer service.
My order took over one hour and 40 mins, I called their hotline waited and was put on hold for forever and I used their live chat their system put me on hold with automatic system replies... i just wished I had gone and picked up the food myself
We ordered though Talabat and had to order 2wise same order. After many calls we were told that the driver is new and your food will not be delivered. My children waited for over 3hours and at the end we had to use other sites. Shame
They don't even care to check the orders. You have to go to their chat and wake them up. Just terrible and the staff tries to act nice but they are so foolish that they don't even realize what they said just a minute back and what are they saying now! Shame on Talabat
Never place your card on their site. Yesterday, they charged my card. I do not know for what. I did not order and i did not receive anything in return. They do not have a number to call which extremely bad. No way to complain in their APP.
I ordered for honey wings from broccoli and the wrong wings was delivered to me, so i complained to talabat since i ordered from talabat app. Firstly i was told they will get back to me in 24 hours and secondly agent was arguing with me that the right item was delivered to and marked the ticket as resolved. So useless and ruthless. All i wanted was to exchange the order or refund my money and pick up the wrong item. But they never resolve my complaint or do anything. Pls do not use talabat anymore, theres alots of complains online and very similar one as mine online.
Terrible service! Was waiting for my order for 2 hrs and had to call them twice to check on it! My order has been confirmed as soon as I ordered it but apparently it never went through even though I was charged! It clearly said that it was confirmed on the application! The restaurant called me 3 hrs later to inform me that the order was just arrived! Don't order from them! Useless
My order number ******* was not deliver to me, i complain to times but only telling they will action emediatly, at the end the said order was delivered already, which is i never received, until now no body call for update, it was already paid online!, they even said they will give voucher for compensition but still no have!
I ordered at 3:58. Around an hour later, I contacted Talabat customer service to inquire about my order. I was told to give it another few minutes since it had not been quite an hour. About 15 minutes later, it had been over an hour and I wanted to make sure the delivery instructions were clear. Talabat told me to wait until after prayer. I waited until 5:40 pm and contacted Talabat again only to be told that my order was canceled because no one answered the phone, which is an absolute lie. I had been inside my flat all during that time and nobody called me.
Today I've opened the app to buy grocery.
Then immediately a pop up saying that you can save qat 35 on grocery. Tap on it, forwarded to the items in the Mart and pay wt credit card. Bill paid in full, no discount. I Start the chat, operator asking me to make screenshot of of the offer (seriously?). I reply, you are not helping me, you ask me to do things for you, you should have everything in the system. OPERATOR: wait a few minutes please. I wait 10 minutes. He comes back with: The offer is expired. SERIOUSLY? How can an offer be expired if it pops up and make you buy things? FAKE OFFERS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Operator Ahmed is a LIAR!

I received the order 10:25pm, The driver doesn't even bother to call me. I have to trees the order from the food chain that I ordered from then they contact talabat. The food is so cold as if it was made many hours ago. Horrible experience.
They cancelled my order but my money was not refunded to my account immediately! Be careful when you order. They will cancel automatically then will put your money as credit - they won't return it to your bank account. You will end up chasing them!
I used to order from 24h.ae However, this 24.ae has been acquired by Talabt. I tried to order 2 times from Talabat. My god, delivery was late and worst customer service. I really don't know why such a good company 24h are acquired by Talabat. It is a seamless service from log into the website until you get your food delivered. When it comes to Talabat, each step you run into problems and problems. You should close down Talabat and bring the old team of 24h. If you do not know how to operate website for food delivery, please don't do it. You are wasting so many customers' times and make everyone angry. Close down and bring back 24h.
The delivery services are very bad. Most of the guys don't know the location map even. At the time of delivery you have to get 10 calls to understand the location and majority of staff are completely language barriers.

It has been almost 3 hours and still no food in sight. Talking to their chat bot is like talking to a brick. They have no edit option on the order. They could learn some ecommerce lessons from EatEasily which has consistently fast reliable service seriously. Shame on me for trying out another service. I should've checked out reviews before I tried out Talabat. I am so freakin hangry now. They should know more than to piss off hungry people!
When I was submiting my order through the app. It froze in the part where I was accepting the purchase through my bank card. I tried twice and it failed. I received email receipts saying my payment did go through, but there was no sign of any orders on the app. There was no sign of a live chat support, only through email. Sent them an email, and I've gotten no sign of any replies.
It's been almost 10 days, and I don't think my hard owned money is getting returned. Horrible platform, horrible customer service. Use a different platform please.
I placed the first time order via talabat after Zomato stop delivery and belive me its the worst food delivery. The rider are liars first telling its will take 1hr after waiting for almost 2hrs and later saying they don't have any order in app but have parcel with them bull $#*!.
And the app is also not working too to cancel my order. Talabat and its riders are just stealing the customers MONEY and Food.

My order should take 30mins only and it took from them 1.5hrs + 3 calls from me to the restaurant and the driver, to get a weird call from Talabat guy telling me that we are sorry but we will cancel your order.
He was asking me if I need my money back to my account or as credit in Talabat!
