I had lunch with some of my colleagues. It was delicious. I had a Margarita. The service was excellent.

50% of my orders get cancelled without notifying me.
30% of my orders are 1.5 hours late.
20% of my orders arrive on time.

Very bad and disgusting service... didn't deliver order after 40 min... very very bad service... after 40 min they said we can't deliver your order..

Bad user interface... drivers that lie... always late... orders wrong... not convenient easier to get it yourself... forget this.

A week since I complained to talabat for missing items... got 2 mails and nothing else. Very poor customer care. No refund whatsoever!?

Two time my order disn't receive and the sad thing is can't find any way to refund my money. Sad to say i feelyou guys careless for client

Delivery time is at least double or triple the time specified in the app. Which is very unacceptable considering a big cooperation like taalabat

I ordered 4 times... they charged me four times but they wouldn't still send me my order... really dissatisfied...

Hot Chicken is a rip off! Prawn curry with NO prawn just soapy sauce. Chicken curry with absolutely no chicken.

I wrote my area and saw the list and picked from it and now they said that they cancelled it because it wasn't in my area.

It was my first experience with talabat and i was really disappointed with my pizza which was totaly messy

This is to raised my biggest concern that I ordered through Oncost with 6 items. However, without my notice NO ONE notified that 1 item is not available and it was cash payment. When the driver came I paid him right away with the additional tip. Later on when I was ready to eat I found out that 1 item is missing so I immediately chat the customer care and he mentioned that I was not charged for it which I literally mentioned that I paid as per my receipt order and I paid it to the delivery driver and I called the driver he said he will come back and waited whole night but he did not come back. So the agent said that my issue is done coz I was not charge anyway. So I raised a help in the application and got an email from MUHAMMAD ARSALAN saying the driver will come and return the money and they resolved my case without receiving my money. I raise again another report and I got an email from SALMAN SHABAZ saying that they I will received a call within 12 hrs. After 48 hours they resolved again my case without returning my money. What kind of Customer Care Team if you do not have the integrity to ensure this issue will not get escalated especially if it is a very sensitive matter. This is very disappointing!

No actions to complains, resturant not deilvering to my area and they added them after complains they didnt remove it, fake promises not fair at all

Today am order ( *******) 1 meals the price of 56 Aed but there cut 112aed which is 2 meals but thery delivered 1 meals only.

THEY DELIVERED MY ORDER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND MAKE EXCUSES FOR THE POOR SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE TALABAT AGAIN

Good Evening.

I want the top management of Talabat to check on my complaint.

I placed an order for Small chicken bbq pizza and cheesecake and the bill came to AED 30.40. Just seconds after I made the order, I got a call from a Broccoli restaurant where I placed the order through Talabat and the person told me that cheese cake would not be available as it is EID so they are not preparing it today. I said okay that's fine just only deliver the pizza and I asked him how much would it be then as there will be a change of cost. He told me it would be AED 20.20. So I agreed and 20- 30 mins later, the rider from Talabat - Basant came with the order and gave me the bill of AED 30.40.

I said this is not the bill as i got a call from Broccoli as there is no cheesecake so the bill has changed. Basant informed me that he was not informed and the company/broccoli has not modified the bill. He came around 3pm and I got angry as the change was not reflected and I was not ready to pay. He told me he cannot drop the order, otherwise it will be deducted from his salary if I pay him AED 20 instead of AED 30.

He also mentioned this has happened many times before with Talabat and it was deducted from him and that the company never listens to the employees and keeps saying the same thing to take the money from them. I felt bad for Basant as it is definitely not his fault and company politics will definitely only blame him. This is a kind request plus complaint to Talabat to rectify your system and not penalize your rider's for your stupidity or politics. If you want to play crap you deduct it from your salary or the company budget and not from the poor rider's salary.

Be decent enough to accept your mistake and not make the customer wait for 1 hour at the door waiting for you to update your crap system. Such a cheap company, seriously. I want the manager to call me and demand compensation and the assurity that Basant the rider will not be penalised!

Awaiting a response ASAP.

Compared to zomato, delivery charges are too high and delivery time and customer service is bad...

The voucher i received is error and no one is answering me. And its useless. Although talabat is ok

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest i can rate Talabat!
Very bad in all their delivery services!
