By far the best in the GCC! They have quality restaurants and their app is amazing to use! The customer service staff is beyond supportive and very polite! Found in Kuwait, I honestly believe that Talabat.com is the best so far for Online Food Ordering.
I first ordered fast food the guy ate some of my food without my consent and guess what talabat said they dint care I recommend you don't use this. Another time I ordered carefour and they forgot to bring one item and guess what they got paid and dint even bring back the missing item and then they gave a refund I hate talabat I reccomend you don't talabat and when I was on talabat website they just banned me for no reason look at the picture of what it says.
My order should take 30mins only and it took from them 1.5hrs + 3 calls from me to the restaurant and the driver, to get a weird call from Talabat guy telling me that we are sorry but we will cancel your order.
He was asking me if I need my money back to my account or as credit in Talabat!

I had to wait over 2hrs for my food to be delivered. Not only that, it was missing an item. They said they would give me 8AED, but only if I register to their website. They don't have a tracking system. Only chat & email. I had to follow-up many times. Plus, the agent said the delivery was complete. If it was complete, do they think I would complain? The restaurant I ordered from said in their cctv, the missing item was placed in the bag. If that was the case, then it's the driver who has the problem. The attached email is insinuating it.

Horrible. Its you and your luck, sometimes the order doesnt go through, sometimes it does. NEVER accept to pay with credit card, three times my food was never delivered and the money taken. Then they make it so hard to get a refund that they insist they will place the order for you. Deliveroo is the best. This is unbelievably horrible.
After thinking we went to eat. We made an order to restaurant avalible in our zone according to the app). But it is not true. It not the first time happens this and they don't fix their issues. The best you can do is look the menu in the app, and call directly to the restaurant. It is faster with the same price or better.
The order started 7:18pm until 10:20pm no delivery and once I said to representative that if its not fresh he replied we will cancel the order after 165min waiting, then i received mail that they could reach me after several attempts and at meantime i chat with them more than 4 time. And yet I called the restaurant and reorder again and received it within 20min only
For the past two years I order frequently from talabat and every time I get the shop to call me for address and directions and then the driver calls and tries to find my house again! Be it Arabic speaking or english speaking they fail every single time to get it! I love in beda. And everyone in kuwait knows Bedaa is one block yet they employ drivers that are ignorant and most of the time can't read
The problem is in the talabat service because instead of being a dumb call center or a dumb online site, they should have incorporated some systems to use google location, tracking system, order delivery process evaluation! I honest to god don't u deratanding why rocket Internet paid 170million for

Very bad customer care. They canceled my order because they do not have driver after withdrawing the from my card! The restaurant can't do anything for me and Talabat has no number, no one answer the emails, no one helps on live chat. Very very very bad customer service. One month passed and still no one answer my emails and no refund until now, although it's written on their website the refund takes 7 work days!
If you live in an apartment and are fortunate enough to have private parking near the front door talabat drivers will be in it all day long as they make deliveries to your building. I found two motorcycles parked in my parking when coming home want to just park my car and relax. Every single day, if my spot is open, drivers are using it. If I complain they say "it is just for a moment". Well ALL MOMENTS ADD UP BY 1000X with the amount of deliveries.
The failure for Talabat to control their delivery personnel is a company failure.

Talabat thinks they can play with their customers they customers are fool. I've ordered many times from talabat and 90%of my order have the issues. I've compalint a lot of time and they have only one solution to give a voucher with limited time period. They think that customers should eat according to them.
Talabat team you should be shameful on your activities. Stop palying with the customers we are not your slaves.
There are rating for the talabat in that I don't want to give single star but again there is no option to do it either you give atleast 1 star or you cannot submit your reviews.
Ordered food from Hardees, outbof 4 items only one was delivery. When we asked for balance items, asked to reorder and pay again for delivery.

Today we ordered Papa Johns Pizza from Mall of Emirates at 8:27pm, which is hardly 5 minutes from my apartment. The Pizza arrived at 10:05 and it was cold.
It was difficult to trace the order or get a refund. Very dissapointed with the service. I received a message at 10:05 offering a 6.0 AED voucher as compensation. Too little too late.
I will never order from Thalabat and poor quality of the app. So many technical issues and when I raised it to the concern department no solution from Talabat team. Poor replies to the emails and no solution from there side. I will never recommend any person to order through Talabat and there are many options in the market to order foods with lot of discounts and with quality service.

Kindly note that I have ordered 1 time using app and due to technical issues or app issues automatically ordered 2 times app it self. This order was on behalf of one of my office colleagues and order was collected by the security person of my office. He kept the order in kitchen and after around 1.5 hours my colleague came and said there are 2 burgers and then I checked my account for transactions. There were 2 deductions showed as per the statement. The order was for 1 particular place and time for 1 person. Logic is why should I pay extra delivery charges if I need 2 meals?
Therefore kindly make arrangements to refund me back the money which ordered 1 time and which was deducted for 2 orders.
This is how the food got delivered, they want to refund and they dont want to do anything about it, 3 hours waiting and till the moment no solution

Horrendous. I am so glad they are starting to loose customers. They is what they get for taking the food business lightly and making people hangry. Had my food come 2 hrs and a half late! Are u insane! 2 and a half hours?!
Horrible, somewhat a scam,, probably money laundering too, no refunds no help no decent service overall delivery is bad, service is bad, app is broken, customer service workers are rude and disrespectful refunds are non existent, order and items are missing? Good luck you're scammed, food is bad or not as described or something is wrong? Good luck you're scammed too, payment gone wrong and talabat took your money? Good luck no money is back

I am very disappointed with talabat. I ordered from papa johns and my pizza was ready on the table for 1 hour and the talabat driver didnt pick my order from papa johns. So i canceled my order and will never order through talabat.
Talabat has the worst customer service ever. The past 3 or 4 orders I have made through them the order was more than 30 minutes late than the time originally provided. They couldnt care less. Nothing was done at all about the delay. Also, one time I was promised a refund to a product due to quality issues. Despite the fact that the promise was made through an email, they never provided the refund and each time I tried to reach them for it they just ignored my request. I will be DELETING THE TALABAT APP and will never use it again. Time to move on to another provider that understnacds the meaning of customer service!

I ordered food and talabat accepted my order, they took my money and every second they are changing the time of delivery from 20 min to 1h30 min, i called them to check the problem they said we don't have drivers… itsssss not my problem if u don't have drivers, simply don't accept orders and let people wait….

I have ordered dinner with Talabat, as a first timer. Received order confirmation, have been informed, that my order is being prepared. After 28 minutes waiting I have received a call from a dispatcher, Mohamad Akarya to let me know, that there was an error and he is cancelling my order, I have to order it again. He was not at all apologetic, just informed me about the facts, that it is an error, not his error - telling me this with a laughter. He was rude and was not concerned for a second, that we had no dinner at 9.45pm. It is an awful company and will not be ordering ever again. They should pay someone with a brain to dispatch deliveries.
I placed an order for 107 aed and the money was deducted from my account immediately. An hour later, a rep from Talabat called to say the restaurant had not received my order so it would take another hour but the food will be delivered. Another hour later, I get a call from another rep saying the restaurant still hasnt received my order and payment. I was given the option to cancel the order and was informed that the money would be refunded in 5-7 working days.
I will not use the service again.
YET AGAIN! Yes again! They messed up the order then during the next 2 hrs after my order was placed promised to call me back. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Robotic, like they're reading off a script. Won't answer yes or no when I ask if I will receive a replacement order. Then ask ME to call THEM back in 15 mins if the order doesn't arrive again. Only for it never to be replaced anyway. The last time I waited 4 hours. Both occasions the order was just 1 small pizza for 1 person. I can't imagine how they'd cope with a big order. Talabat had issued a voucher of AED 30 against a minimum purchase of AED 50 and the validity of the voucher mentioned was until 30th April 2023. While trying to purchase on 30th April 2023 I.e. Today morning for items worth AED 63.62, the voucher was not accepted and read voucher expired while checking out to complete the purchase.To my surprise when addressed my concern to Talabat customer care they mentioned that the voucher was valid for purchase before 30th April and not on 30th April.
For the second time in the row an hour after placing my order I contact the restaurant and they tell me that Talabat havent gave them my order I check my track your order on the app and it shows that my order has been placed I called Talabat and they blame the restaurant but my previous order was with another restaurant so the fault is definitely with Talabat. Terrible customer care very disappointing
I ordered food and they cancelled the order without me telling them I have been waiting for 2 hours strait and they still didn't didn't get me anything or text me or call me that is so bad and rude I don't like this and I don't prefer anyone using this it happens to me around 2 or 3 time this is not okay
