So I was in the market for a new boat since it was gonna be way too much money to upgrade the outboard engine on my existing boat. I saw an ad on Boat Trader for a 2023 Bayliner Trophy T24CC at TandS Marine in Georgia that was a boat show demo with around 12 hours on it with a trailer & a lot of upgrades. Since Georgia is about10 hours from Pennsylvania I started looking around here and realized this boat is about $20,000. Less then a new one. After putting a deposit on the boat I was informed the boat was actually at there sister dealer in Tennesse Stillwater marine, not being much different in travel time I headed there. They were still cleaning the boat when I arrived since I got there a little early but soon headed to a boat ramp to test drive it and noticed water dripping out from under the hull. Upon closer inspection it appears some moved a cover plate for the live well intake and left two screw holes open. We found a couple screws and off we went. The boat ran & handled good so we put it back on the trailer and discussed the screw issue which the salesman Matt took $1000. Off the price so back to his shop we went. Since my purchase I have water in the hull every time I take it out and after telling the original salesman Matt about my issues with this boat he informed me when it was at the boat show someone hit a moring line. Nowhere in the ad or the build sheet he sent me says anything about damage & they have completely blow off all my calls & emails. I would stay away from TandS Marine Stillwater Marine & Bayliner boats since they declined to fix anything. Thanks Ed W.
Tip for consumers:
With boat season a couple months away I would avoid TandS Marine Stillwater Marine & Bayliner Boats
