(3) Despite reading my email once, tech support opted not to respond or assist. I am aware that my emails are being read as I have email tracking that notifies me when they are opened.
(4) Despite sending a second email and initiating another chat, my request to update my phone number was unsuccessful.
(5) In addition, I unknowingly bought an app that requires a yearly subscription, which is misleading since it's advertised as a one-time purchase app.
