I've used Tasca Parts many many times over the past several years and have never had a problem. Reading some of the other isolated reviews made me feel that my impression was needed as well. As a warehouse distributor, to think that EVERY item on their website is sitting in their warehouse is kind of ignorant. I have always received my order confirmation and notice of processing time within 30 minutes of ordering, so when people say they waited 4 days, a simple call would have sufficed instead of just waiting. My parts have always arrived on time and tracking provided to document the moment they left the warehouse. I'll continue to do business with them, and know that I am in good hands for OEM factory parts.

My order ******* for some Volvo floor mats was ordered 18 April... Have called and emailed twice. A delay can happen but failure to respond *even once* to my calls and repeated emails reeks of indifference and lousy customer care. Waited 1/2 hr on a call before giving up. Site says my order is 'processing' what does that mean? Please let me know where the parts are at and when I can expect them.

Paid $120 for overnight shipping and received an email saying it would be overnighted in 3 to 5 days after they received it. So I tried to cancel the order. 6 emails and 2 unanswered calls. I got nothing. This is tantamount to thievery in my book and my shop will never do business with this site again.

I tried to cancel do to shady drop shipping practices. I ordered overnight, got charged for over night, and was told they'd be in in a week.
Placed 2 orders here, still waiting. Tried calling for update, no answer, tried emailing, no answer, put a post on their Facebook page, deleted, sent message on their eBay page, no answer. What do I do, send smoke signals? Wish I read the reviews first, like here. Won't be buying from them again.

Waiting for almost 3 weeks for an order to arrive. Parts are ordered and arrived from volvo dealership to tasca warehouse. Unfortunately customer service says it sits in tasca warehouse longer than usual to be shipped out. Had i known it would take 3+ weeks i would not have bought from tasca even if i saved a few dollars. My car sits idle while i was hoping to work on it on thanksgiving break. Now i have to take time off work that i could have used during the thanksgiving break. AVOID Tasca parts. No apologies given by customer service

The Tasca dealership on Tarrytown Road in White Plains was single handily the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Rude; Unprofessional. Tried to bait and switch me on the car I requested. Waited 4 hours in showroom, NO one ever checked in with me; just let me sit and wait and wait and wait. The first car I was to get was damaged; so I had to wait for a second one to be detailed; then wait for finance. I should have done finance while they were detailing the car. No one tried or cared to try OR EVEN SHOWED (even if not real) that they cared of tried to expedite. Finally at the end of the entire of the unpleasant time I spent there; the car was NOT the correct car I requested. The contracts were also written up for the wrong car...they just wanted to just bait and switch on me and get themselves a sale. They were the true conception of "used car salesman"...I wouldnt purchase a set of car mats from them let alone a car...ever...or tell anyone to go there. I ended up in a full meltdown of tears with NO ONE showing any sign of empathy; customer service. It was a terrible terrible experience. Would never use them for anything!
They will take your money for parts they dont even have or that are discontinued. Very dishonest company, they have no customer service phone number and take forever to process a refund that should have never been charged because they dont have the product. Scammers

Ordered parts online and waited almost 2 weeks for confirmation of order never received confirmation so I tried to call no answer and I tried for 5 days to get through to them. So I tried emails and never got a response parts order status was processing all this time. I finally sent three cancellation emails and never received a response but noticed today the order status was changed to cancelled, never did receive anything from them about the order. Very poor customer service. They say its because of the virus but I have ordered from other OEM part houses and never had this much trouble.
I ordered 7 days ago and still no shipment number nothing. I emailed several times that these parts are for a very important competition and they dont give a frap no reply and no answering on the phone. Aboid these robbers and dont wast your money or time with them!
Ordered parts from Tasca and haven't heard from then sense. Took the money fast but can't answer 1 email and I waited on the live chat for a couple hours until I gave up... can't even call them... Don't waste your money with them.

I ordered some small stuff from Tasca Ford for my F-150. Their search engine is easy to use. That's apparently their only good point. Package was delivered with only 1 out of 3 items. Reached out to them. Crickets. Reached out again and was told that they'd forward my concern to the Ford team. Crickets. Glad it was only small items. Won't ever buy again. I'll just use their lookup and buy elsewhere.

I can't seem to get anyone to answer an email and the phone number just goes to busy. Not sure what I have to do to get someone to tell my where my order is and when it will ship. Slow is one thing just not answering emails and the phone are another. This will be the last time I order from this company.
Terrible communication, terrible service, terrible turnaround - -getting the part 4 days after they stated.
1. after 2 days was told it is 'special order', because I called with no confirmation available on line
2. Told it would be in in 4 days, then shipped out same day - -I called on day 4, it came in day 5.
3. It was not sent out same day - it was sent out the next day - so another day lost
4. Given 5 day work week, it had to wait until Monday for delivery, towards end of day.
I was told I would have it Thursday -- then no communication again.
Car was on a lift at the garage for 3 days waiting - -
Placed an order with this company, they immediately gave a tracking number but never shipped the item for a month. They don't stock anything. Everything is on backorder. 6 emails to company went unanswered. Want to get your item faster? Execute a CC chargeback a few days after you place the order. Worked for me.

Ordered parts for my 2004 Thunderbird, received email that order is processing. 7 days later received email parts are special order would ship in 3-5 days will notify me. 5 days I send two emails ask about update, no response. I then tried to call 2x no one answered. Called 1x left request for call back, again nothing. Have no idea what is going on with order, sad way to operate a business Thought Tasca was a big well run business does not seem to be the case. Stick with your local ford dealer.

On June 13, I ordered 4 ENGINE PISTON RINGS #******* on Ebay. Until this day, I have no information about my order... no tracking, no feedback, nothing. I called CS and no one answers my call. I've sent messages without response, write an email and no response as well. So I am lost! Only waiting the last day for delivery to cancel this order!

A shop I do business with ordered a hard to find wiring harness from them that they said on their website was in stock that was going to cost $80 more and take at least 5 days to get from a dealer. Paid for it and 4 day shipping. 3 days after the purchase the shop my truck is in gets an email stating that they had to order the part from THEIR distributor, it was going to take 3-5 days to get it, and when it came in it would be shipped as per the 4 day shipping. So now I'm 7-9 days out of my truck and had to extend the rental car@ $325 a week. When the shop got in touch with Tasca they were unapologetic and wouldn't even make up for the lost time by expediting the shipping or having it shipped direct to the shop. Poor customer service and in my opinion running a scam. If you don't have the part then say so, you don't allow a customer to purchase a part you don't have. Stay away from them if you need it fast, you may not get it in the time frame you paid for.
Order a $150 brake caliper and received a $10 mud flap.

As others have said, do not order from here, it will either come months later or will come wrong. My order was made on getoemparts.com which is owned by Tasca parts and Tasca is who actually fulfilled the order

Ordered a part and kept checking its status for six weeks. The explanation was it was processing. Gave up and ordered part from fordpartsgiant and got it in four days. Told TASCA to cancel my part and they said it was shipping. Got part today and they had crossed through the part number revision "B" on the box and wrote the part number revision "C" I ordered. The part had been repackaged and was missing a screw. Who knows what part number I received. The missing screw is a speciality item and has made the part install impossible. Can you imagine trying to get a missing specialty screw from TASCA. Good thing I got the correct part from fordpartsgiant with all the screws.
Wrong parts sent. Their website is a joke and chat doesn't work. They must be one of the biggest automotive scam places out there due to all the complaints.

24th of Sep tember I ordered some parts to Corvette.The status is still "in-progress" (order #*******).
I call theme since one week and each time I have different story and answer.
Maybe they have some kind of "List of lies" for the customer, because 2 days ago the package was ready and they waited for the logistic operator. But today I received information on hot-line that they have all items and the operator will contact with the logistic menager to prepare the package for shipment.
It looks that I have to find fellow lawyers from my LinkedIn network in US to investigate what is going on and to get my money back or the goods comply with the order (and no damage)...

Tasca Ford sold me a Jeep, long history short they service the Jeep three times at Tasca ford for same issue within the dealer warranty, at the fourth time the Jeep broke down they sent me to Tasca Jeep saying they weren't certified to work on Jeep plus my warranty had expired. Once at the Jeep location I need it a new transmission. They switched the transmission for a used one kept the Jeep for more than a month and still didn't fixed. Stay away from that place fraudulent Thieves
I ordered from their website, almost two weeks ago. I've been billed for my item, yet received no item. I've sent numerous messages thru their website…. Never received a response. I've called their number several times, trying each of the extensions, one at a time…only to have the guy who actually answered say, "Well, I can't help you." AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME!
