I was introduced to talk a phi from the perspective of how much it was gonna cost me after I briefly went through the Q&A process I asked how much for what what do I get for the money then I was called by my reviewer and I was excepted as a client I then was told I would meet my date guru otherwise known as my personal matchmaker. Although we talked for an hour and a half that's Harley enough time to get to know somebody on a personal level, especially male and female conversation about who specifically you're looking for. I also learned during this process interview Q and a process that I do not get to see who I'm actually gonna go on a blind date with. I found that very shocking. It's obvious that people make the first connection visually regardless of where they're at talk at five I believe they have a different process in questions and answers and compatibility without seeing who you're gonna date i'm not opposed to trying this process, however, men in general are visual people, so this is very strenuous. It may be a bit of a reach to find the perfect person that you're looking for only buy questions and answers. I find it almost humorous, that even with a professional dating service, the man is still responsible for all of the expenses to find a date. Things have not changed over 1 million years.
Took so just to schedule a matchmaker and still haven't even get one single match yet. My first matchmaker was not very friendly and personable. Had to wait 2 about weeks to speak a new person.

If there was a way to write a negative star I would. I have never taken the time to write a review even for bad service at a restaurant as I feel badly for the server. But this company's service is atrocious and a complete waste of time. Clients take your money and time elsewhere! The first screening appointment I had went well however it was followed by truly the worst date of my dating experience. The man clearly had some social disabilities however proceeded to stand up in the restaurant and perform ninja moves. The ninja moves and sound effects lasted for 15 minutes. It was then followed by scrolling through his phone and showing me pictures of his ex. I understand they can't predict awkwardness from their clients however there was zero compatibility as his interest was to be a traveling top martial arts fighter and I have a business which grounds me and zero desire to learn martial arts. Fortunately I have sense of humor and could walk away from the experience as another interesting moment in life. But what is appalling is three times since then their representatives have scheduled screenings and have not showed up to the zoom call. After this happened twice, I told them I wasn't interested in wasting my busy work day. They apologized and I gave them one more shot. Silly me. This company just treats you like an alogrithm. It's a steep price to pay when you are a busy professional. I've requested to be removed from their database. I can guarantee they will get that wrong as well.
Oaid for a yr and got nothing in return. Don't believe their pitch to sign you up and then continuecto ask for money with a fake potential match just around the corner.

I was just matched with my first match and I have my first date coming up, my matchmaker did all the work and I am so excited to go and see who she set me up with!
Waste of time and money. During the pitch I was told how the process really looks to find the ideal match and takes all the qualities you mention into consideration. The dates are just local eateries that take reservations- not special curated dates as advertised.
The first matchmaker sent me on a first date that seemed thoughtful but ultimately didn't work. The next match was a complete mess. He canceled last minute but I was told I needed to let him reschedule or it counted against me. So we finally have dinner and it's not great. Pretty clear he lied about some things. He doesnt align with what I indicated was important to me. He doesn't follow the tawkify guidelines and then the matchmaker implies I'm bitter and just not liking that these aren't working out. Doesn't listen to me at all.
The company did give me a different matchmaker and an additional match which is why I gave 2 stars but otherwise they do not deliver.
I'm in an area with a high population but one of the dates I went on said he got called regularly to go out and he got the sense they didn't have a deep pool of candidates. I have to agree. The men I met didn't indicate they were at interested in anything meaningful with anyone. Free dating apps can give similar results without the blind date aspect.

Don't do this. Do not do this. You do not know who you're going out with. You are set up on a date and do not know their name or who it is. Then you have to find them in the restaurant or wherever a bar or wherever. You have nothing in common. They find these people at random. Believe me, they are not attractive or anybody that I would ever go out with. I was actually matched up with people. Several people that I felt had absolutely nothing in common with me or found them attractive. Matter of fact I found them appalling. Do not do this if you do. You have lost your money and the disappointment behind it is incredible. You will not get your money back. These people don't care who you go out with. They will set you up with anybody. Do not do this. My last phone call was received today by the customer service person asking me if I wanted to forfeit. Forfeit. I told him was not the word I would like to use. I wanted my money back. This is a scam. There's nothing worse than waking up and realizing that you just been scammed out of a bunch of money. Do not do this

Answer: The app so much better because you can look at photographs and get a sense of the person and you know yourself much better than these matchmaker so only meet you for an hour and then only give you a 10 or 15 minute follow up. I actually feel bad for these matchmakers, because I think they are forced by this model to deal with a lot of very disappointed people.
