If I could go lower in stars I would because in all reality they don't even deserve one star. My Grandpa went into the hospital on November 19th. My Grandpa passed away on November 27th. The service was activated on November 12th. My Mom received his bill and saw that his bill was over $200.00. She just called them today to explain to them that he had passed away and they wouldn't budge on the price. So ultimately they wanted my mom to pay them $200+ for 7 days worth of service. How does that make sense? She would've paid them for the 7 days but she's not going to pay them over $200 for 7 days. Good luck collecting it from him since he is no longer with us. I wish companies would have a little bit of compassion and understanding instead of just caring about the money. It would've definitely made sad mother that just lost her father to COVID a little easier. WOW is all I have to say. I hope this company gets shut down. I will be posting reviews on every single complaint site that I can.
