“TECKSAVVY IS STEALING MY SPEED”

I HAVE BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER FOR OVER 3 YEARS GAVE THEM 1000S OF DOLLARS AND AFTER SO MANY PROBLEMS ON MY COMPUTER I CALL STAPLES TECK SERVICE ( A GOOD SERVICE) SINCE MY PAGES WERE NOT RESPSIVE WE FOUND OU THAT CRZY TECKSAVVY GIVES ME NOW ONLY 23 AND 10 MBPS! WHEN OTHERS GET OVER 100 AND 250 TO HAVE NORMAL SPEED. THEY ARE RIDICULOUS AND I PAY THEM 70 A MONTH FOR THIS?
