Ordered a tee of specific color and lettering. When I received it the lettering and tee were close in color and the lettering was hard to read. I called service and they sent another tee at no cost to me and actually credited my account as that particular tee had gone on sale since I received my first one. No hassles. Thx!
I neverrrrrr review anything but I felt like this time, I had to. I had a small print issue with a shirt I received, I contacted customer service... they guided me with the claim process and within a couple of hours I received an email letting me know that a new shirt was going to be shipped at no charge! I was shocked at how fast it was and how understanding and friendly the customer service rep was. I will definitely be purchasing again.
Placed an order for some stickers and t-shirts. Received the stickers very quickly; the t-shirts, not so much. However, I reached out to Customer Service and received a reply quickly that was useful and informative. Subsequent contact with Customer Service was exceptional and when the product arrived, I was pleased with the quality and value. Special shout-out to Ian on the Customer Service team for his help through the entire process.
This company won't stand-by their artists. Can't receive a refund and what I purchased wasn't inexpensive. Instead, they said the artist will fix it. Received another even worse. Can't get a refund. Won't ever purchase from this company again!
I recently had to exchange a shirt I bought for a different size. I was so surprised to learn that I did not have to mail back the shirt I needed to exchange but simply donate, give it to someone else or just save it. I don't know of any company that is so generous. Kudos to this company!
I ordered a sweatshirt but it was too small so I emailed them and they responded within 20 mins and already started a proses to send me a correct size one. I was very amazed by their customer service.
I made a purchase during this difficult time because I loved the designs and also because I wanted to help. I was presently pleased with the service I received and the items I purchased. Even though it took a bit longer to receive my items, I knew going in that my order was going to take longer; however, when it went beyond the time I expected, I contacted customer service via email and immediately received a response with an clear explanation on what was happening with my order. I was very pleased with how quickly I received a response and with the clear explanation and timeframe for receiving my order. I will definitely being ordering again.
Wow... I love the tee shirt designs... 13 bucks for the tee shirt is great and the customer service is superb. I needed larger sizes because the tee shirts run pretty small therefore I reached out to this company and they immediately sent me my tee shirts in a larger size and told me no need to exchange the other tee shirts... Not sure how it will hold up in the washer and dryer but for the price I think the material and possible shrinkage is fair Thanks sooooo much!
I ordered my wife a shirt as a Christmas present but stupid me ordered the wrong size. I contacted tee public and they got back to me straight away and resolved the issue so quickly, and with no hassle, can't fault their costumer service as they got back to me on boxing day. The company response to question was great. I ordered a shirt and it was perfect, Size, Color, and quality was excellent. I have ordered from other companies and the sizes were off, the description was off and the quality was very bad. NOT with this company. I highly recommend and would def. Purchase from again.
I have been shopping with TeePublic for several years. Over that time, the quality of the shirts has tanked. Over half my tees have holes or the seems have come undone. I appreciate the variety of graphics and have always been pleased with customer service. Just the product itself doesn't hold up to the price point.

I ordered my first t-shirt at TeePublic and accidentally bought three of the same t-shirt. I sent an email to request cancellation for two of the three orders. I then received an email confirmation of my request within 2-3 hours.
I then received the remaining order, which turned out to be too small. I immediately sent an email to request an exchange for a larger size. Within less than a day, I received an email that confirmed TeePublic had sent me an order with a larger size of the t-shirt. Additionally, they offered the t-shirt I already had as a "courtesy!"

Just placed an order and got the T-shirts. The printing was pretty poor, and I sent them an email. Not sure how, but the terrible printing was exactly as was shown on the site. Not sure how they sell anything it was so bad... anyway, I was not happy. Though it was really my fault because I did not see the picture as it was printed, the exchanged the t-shirts for the new ones I wanted with no hassle. They asked me to donate the T-shirts I did not like and I will do so to the thrift store at my church. Thanks so much for being top of the food chain in customer service.
I recently ordered a t shirt about a month ago and did not receive the t shirt but turns out that I thought I had placed this order but I had mistakenly placed my order with a firm that doesn't exist. I reached out to TeePublic staff for assistance with working this out. They were simply fantastic to deal with and was really impressed with the polite, patient and very helpful assistance. The size was tight on an order so I sent an email about an exchange. Less than 15 minutes later I had confrirmation that the new order had been placed for a replacement.

I ordered four fun masks and got the pleated larger size, as I've had trouble in the past with smaller masks, but when they arrived they were too big to be really comfortable for longer periods. I emailed asking if I could exchange the three unworn masks for a smaller size, and within a few minutes I had confirmation of my new order of all four, as well as a credit for the price difference! Incredible service, and I'm delighted with the quality of the masks I received already. I'm all set for winter safety now!
I used this company to purchase a shirt for my mother for mothers day, when we received the shirt it appeared that i had gotten the wrong size. I contacted the company to request an exchange. Originally I had tried to follow the instructions on the website but I was missing info. When i emailed the company they asked for my info to locate the order and they sent me a new one in the correct size right away. I even asked how to return the original shirt and they didn't ask for it back they told me to pass it on to someone who could use it.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size & color. I realized it after it was delivered. I emailed customer service. It took them one day to respond with that they would send me out the correct size & color with no hassle. Great customer service

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
