Ordered two womens xl t shirts... one was too small so asked for an exchange... within the hour I received a reply... I could keep the smaller t shirt and they would send me a larger t shirt for no extra charge... amazing... will pay that forward... cannot fault the speed or service... excellent. Fully recommended... definitely buying again.
I was a consistent seller/designer on Teepublic for months until one day they just shut me down without any reasoning. I have tried contacting them through various emails and even social media, weekly for 2 months now and haven't heard back from a single person yet! I still can't believe it!
Customer Service team is fantastic! I had an issue on my order and they corrected it right away without hesitation. Then when the order didn't show, they helped out again without hesitation.
Can't express how grateful the ease of communication after having a few rough interactions with another company.

Recently ordered two dozen Tees from Tee-Public, The sizing chart for mens tees was very accurate but sadly the women's tees were more sized for a child. TeePublic went above and beyond to rectify. Sent me all new Tees in larger sizes and suggested I donate the original order I had to a worthy cause instead of going through hassle of returning.
THIS is exactly what we need in today's economy!

Just found this site before the holidays, I'm truly loving the selection, prices and support. They stand behind what they sell, and if it's not on time, they apologize, even when I didn't complain. I've only ordered T shirts so far and they run small, so their suggestion to order larger is wise. Probably 2 sizes larger is better. Not sure if that is all artists and items or just T shirts. All I can say is they make it right! In today's world of impersonal internet, speedy service is rare! 5 stars for sure! Debbie Calverley
TeePublic gave me incredible customer service. I had ordered my son 3 high-quality t-shirts of this favorite video game, unfortunately, the sizing was not correct. All I had to do was fill out one form on their website and got an immediate email response stating confirmation that the correct sizes were being shipped at no charge and I did not have to worried about shipping the wrong sizes back. We will be donating the shirts to a wonderful foster care organization. I was so impressed by the quality of the items, and the quick correction of sizes, and how professional the service was handled. I will definitely be ordering more items for TeePublic again soon.
Ordered a t-shirt from TeePublic. The quality of the material was really good, I was surprised because you never can tell from a picture. I love the design and it was definitely value for money.
They shipped the order very quickly, though it arrived after the 15-25 day window I was given, however this was not their fault but UPS as they were the ones delivering. I did email their customer service anyway as UPS were being funny with me about my package, and they were lovely. They responded within 2 days which given the current situation I would say is pretty good, and even offered to send out a new t-shirt, completely free of charge. Luckily my t-shirt arrived a day later.
Overall, I would buy from them again and recommend others do the same.
I was on the wire to order something unusual for my grown children, we are big into Norse, Odin, because we have Celtic ancestors. So I thought I would prowl around on Tee public website. Needless to say, awesome. I could have spent 1000's of bucks. But I found more than enough for my gifts, they came very quickly considering the season and my late start. One however was too small, (of all the ones) my daughter-in-law! So I contacted them, and when they made me more than right. And it was MY mistake. This is how business should run, a personal touch, helping the small business/creators. I love it. It's a win win!
I placed an order on 12/2 and still haven't received it on 12/19. They advised it would not arrive until 12/23. That's 21 days. Does anyone else see a problem with this? Take my advice and stay away from this place
My T-shirt arrived quickly. I ordered a medium but it apparently ran small, and the color wasn't what I expected compared to how it looked online. I contacted TeePublic, and they sent me a larger one in a different color for free and said to keep the original one (donate, or give it away as a gift). The artwork is beautiful. High quality shirt and design (Grateful Dead American Beauty). I appreciate them taking care of my problem so easily. Very happy customer. And, now my friend and I will both be walking advertisements.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
