I have previously purchased from TeePublic & have always been happy with their product. However, my last order tops them all. One of the shirts I ordered was a surprise gift for a friend. She loved the shirt but I had underestimated the size. I contacted Customer Service to set up an exchange which was totally completed within an hour of my request. Not only that, I was told that I did not have to go thru the hassle of returning the shirt & there would be no additional charges. In this day & age, that's amazing! Thank you, TeePublic! Very quick to respond to questions! I had placed an order not realizing the writing wouldn't show up on the color shirts I picked, until I saw after it was delivered. I messaged them right away, in a panic because they were birthday gifts for my daughter. She very quickly responded, let me pick out different colors and shipped the new ones out to me right away (at no extra charge). And even let me keep the original ones. But I absolutely recommend this artist! Very friendly, and great communication! Thank you so much!
Ordered a t-shirt, had an issue with the size (my fault) and had nothing but wonderful customer service support in sorting out a replacement. TeePublic is an excellent upstanding business in a world of unknown with online ordering! We placed an order in which I accidentally ordered the incorrect size for one t-shirt. I reached out to their customer service and although they said they were busier then usual, they responded within 24 hours. This was wonderful in my point of view for a busy business during a pandemic to stay on top of communication with customers. Not only did they immediately respond but they immediately sent out the replacement with no fault of their own. This company values their customers and we will be returning for more and sending our friends!

Teepublic is my best choice! Not because all popular and fresh designs are there, but also because the guys there are next level! They are always few steps ahead in every aspect! T-shirt quality & printing is one of the best can be found. Customer service is excellent and very fast. There are tons of other products available apart from tees and definately the best place for gift ideas! Check them out for sure!
Placed order for stickers on 5/27 and still almost a month later no stickers. I've contacted customer service the only way I can, online. Received an email saying item was shipped but still not received. Very dissatisfied. I'll not use this company again. I guess I have to write this one off as learning experience.
These guys have designed a pretty funny T-shirt that sums up Brit humour. I ordered one for my buddy in deepest, rural, rustic France & it got there & he loved it! Fit good, quality great. Incredible service & communication.

Shirt looks better in person than online - quality material and incredible customer service. Delivery was quick. My first shirt had a small ink blot from production and I was immediately sent another free of charge with a genuine apology, and able to keep the original. Would recommend!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
