As a first time user of this company I am happy to say they are fantastic. I ordered the Tshirt I wanted in a smaller size than I needed and it arrived very quickly. They let me keep my first shirt and shipped me the correct size for free. I can't say enough good things about this company I highly recommend them and will only use them for my future purchases.
I was not given a valid tracking number that works with usps using your sites tracking is sais ready for delivery 5 days ago if that was the case it would of been here why not give a valid usps number like everyone else order******* also no response to emails thats a bad sign there in guessing this is a chinese company
Ordered two - one for my sister, one for me - as Christmas presents and they're fantastic. The graphics are clear and saturated, centered, very professional. The shirts are soft and of the expected size ordered. Sis was very excited to get hers. Thank you to TeePublic and the individual designers.
I received my order with super cute artwork but should have ordered a larger size (my grandson grew). I requested an exchange. I was pleasantly surprised that the size larger was already in the mail to me! I was so happy that I ordered another one immediately. What a great company!
When I needed to exchange a tee shirt to a larger size, Tee Public immediately responded to my request and made the exchange process super easy. I got a personal email saying how the exchange would be handled within 24 hours and the order was expedited. It is rare, I think, to see a company respond so quickly and to take care of my problem pronto. I highly recommend this company!
I recently made a purchase and made an error on the size for my son. I alerted customer service and not only did I get an immediate response but I was told to not worry about returning the original item and they would replace it at no charge.

When I didn't get confirmation of my order, I contacted TeePublic. Turned out I mis-typed my own email address! They located my order, confirmed it to me, and sent tracking info in less than a day. The tees arrived right on time and my wife loves them - all seven of them! Great quality and design. Plaudits to all concerned in design and service.
My son loves the shirts and sweaters we ordered. All of the items were top notch. The sweaters were a little smaller than anticipated, so we needed to exchange them for a youth large (from a med). The process to exchange those was very quick and easy. I would highly recommend purchasing their gear.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size phone case on their website and didn't realize it until it came in the mail. I emailed them and asked if I could exchange it for the right size, instead they just sent me the correct size and even let me keep the other one. They were very friendly and I got quick responses, I stumbled upon this site accidentally but I will definitely continue shopping with them! Excellent customer service!
I ordered 4 tee shirts from their designers. 3 movie, and one TV. The 3 movie tee shirts turned out fine. But the TV shirt was poorly done, with the right side of the character's face all lopsided and a very droopy eye. Like Sloth from the Goonies. You bet I returned that one for a full refund. Not sure I will reorder.
If you're looking for hard to find designs, this is the place! I've ordered many times and have been given all-star service. If you're looking for a specific design, chances are they have it. I'll be ordering more in the future for sure.
I ordered my daughter a shirt that she wanted, came in and the size was off. (My fault). I sent an email about returning this and customer service ordered me a new one at no charge and sent a conformation within minutes. They then sent a follow-up email telling me to keep/donate the smaller sized one. No questions asked, extremely nice and professional. HIGHLY recommend..
This company is a Bogus company I guessing. Ordered 10 days ago and order status is still showing order received. Yea took the money and respond only by email if you get a response. You cannot call or talk to customer service rep. From the reviews I want a full Refund. Everyone needs to write to the better business bureau to get this company inspected. I know I am

I had a size issue on my recent order. First off the ordering and shipping time were quick and easy. The exchange info was also very helpful. I wish I would have checked the size chart. Bought a face mask and wish it had fit but the elastic did not go comfortably behind my ears. Requested a replacement but since it was the biggest they had, I was issued a refund. Would have gladly shipped items back but they would not let me. Shows me they are a good company by not wanting a used product back that could be contaminated. Thanks for the assistance.
I ordered a couple of shirts from TeePublic, but someone stole them out of my mailbox. When I reported this to TeePublic, they were more than happy to send me 2 replacement shirts and I'm very happy with them. These guys have a customer for life!
I ordered matching shirts for my son and I. Unfortunately the XXL one I received was off centered and flawed. TeePublic quickly responded to my issue and corrected it and a replacement was sent. I ordered the incorrect size customized tee shirt for my five-year-old son. The support team at Tee Public not only speedily returned my communication to them but they also created a new shirt for me in the correct size, allowed me to pick a new color, and then didn't even make me return the old shirt.
