I was looking for a new place to sell some new designs. I chose TeePublic because I own a shirt that my friend bought me a few years ago. It's a perfectly fine tee with wonderful and vibrant colors so I was confident in my choice of print on demand site.
Unfortunately time has not been kind to TeePublic, I uploaded and perchased one of my own designs in hopes to get a decent product. I understand that the printing process would change the color for the final print but the blue green color I had turned into a gross faded gray. Fine, its not too bad, the other colors turned out fine so its something I will have to adjust for in the future. But the STREAKING was horrendous. The design looked like it was printed from an old inkjet that needs a cleaning. You can look in at the picture to see, the right half is what I would hope it would look like and on the left you can see the terrible streaks. Look elsewhere for your meme shirts for now.
1st things first: the shirts I ordered came in exactly as described. As described. The quality was excellent! I made a mistake in ordering The wrong size shirts. I contacted customer service and they resubmitted my order in the correct size at no additional charge. They also is they also allowed me to keep the shirts I had already received with no exchange or return necessary. T public customer service is excellent and I look forward to doing business with them again. Thank you Samuel at TeePublic customer service!
Bought a zipper hoodie from teepublic and ordered a large. When it arrived I found it too be smaller than I expected. Contacted customer service and they sent me a larger size for free and let me keep the other one to donate!
I'm a Tshirt nut and love the many designs offered on TeePublic. In submitting an order (for a great T), I errored and used a prior address. I had forwarding setup, but packages were ineligible so the USPS DISPOSED of my item. I contacted Customer Service about my plight (and showed them the USPS disposal message). They promptly shipped me a replacement order at no charge to me. Huzzah for Team TeePublic! And...not so much for team USPS. Will definitely continue to buy here!
Having ordered 3 t-shirts recently, all three arrived and it was immediately apparent the prints hadn't been centered on the front of the shirt and in one case was kind of bent, so it looks stupid when I wear it. Won't purchase again.
I ordered two shirts. Shortly thereafter they sent an email saying that one of the shirts couldn't be made. They gave no reason for this and refunded only the shirt, not the shipping. As for the other shirt I haven't received it yet, nor do I have any hopes to see it ever. The only artists supported by this site are the scam artists that run it.
I ordered a couple t-shirts and they came in a lot tight for an XL. Contacted customer service by email and despite warnings of a potential delayed response, they responded within a couple days and let me know that the same shirts were on the way in a larger size and I could keep the originals. Girlfriend gets pajamas and I get my shirts, win/win.
I had ordered a hoodie but tracking didn't seem to be working and after a month had gone by, I was worried that it wasn't coming. I emailed the TeePublic customer service team and they responded quickly. They were friendly and efficient and sent me a new hoodie, no questions asked! When my hoodie finally arrived a week later (yay!), I figured it was the new one they had sent out, but when a second hoodie arrived a couple weeks after that, I realised that the issue was that shipping had be significantly delayed, which was no fault of TeePublic. I emailed them to apologise and find out what to do with the extra hoodie and they said no harm done and to keep it, recycle it or donate it. Excellent customer service!
I ordered four AWESOME shirts and one appeared to be mislabeled so it was too small. Within a few hours, Teepublic had a new shirt shipped to me (no charge) and told me to keep/donate/recycle the one that was too small. That's seriously good service!
Oh - and everyone whom I encountered at the company was so helpful and friendly! I have a bit of a tshirt addiction and TeePublic is my new go-to site!:-)
I was told once I ordered my merch that they would refund me for a 30% off coupon. I ordered and tried to get to customer service several times and was completely ignored. Once they charged my account they could care less. I spend $70 BTW and felt good about supporting artist. I guess I'll just order from Amazon from now on. I'm afrait the order I receive in a million days for someones birthday is going to be garbage too.

I bought a tee shirt with a Van Gogh theme... the La Berceuse... in a Large... for my 93 year old mom. When I called to check with her about the delivery, she said she saw that the paper says Large but the label says M and that it is too tight. Long story short Teepublic is setting things straight... they'll be sending what I ordered posthaste.
Too bad... seem like nice people with a great idea but just not in touch with how to produce and sell a quality product. If your purchase, be prepared to be dissatisfied. Here's one reason why:
The pictures of the products they display are not anything like their end product, then they give reasons like "We are a small company offering a marketplace for independent artists to sell their artwork. The artists who use our marketplace retain complete control over their artwork, which grants them the freedom to decide what to upload as well as the products offered for their designs including the colors."
Look at the picture... the shirt I ordered from their site is on the left. The one I got is on the right.

My grandson loves The Battlecats and this seems to be the only place to find those shirts. I paid almost $60 for 2 shirts that were to be youth small that arrived (after 16 days!) that looked like toddler shirts. The quality was SO poor you can't even give these away! It looks like somone just slapped a transfer on the shirt and gave it a quick ironing. Terrible quality and service. NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered and received a t shirt. It was very small for a 2x. I contacted TeeRepublic. After a few emails when customer service got involved, I was given what I considered excellent feedback and most certainly VIP service. I can't express enough how much they listened to what I had to say.
I am only saying that the t shirt was smaller than expected but I did love the fabric and it was soft and well made. They kindly ordered me one in the appropriate size, I would not hesitate to order from them again.
I am always very sceptical about websites that sell clothes and if the clothes will actually ever make it to my doorstep. But I am happy to say this website delivers, I did get my package after some trouble with this virus about. But the main thing always is that I got the package
I ordered a size small Tee Shirt for my grandson, who is graduating from high school this year. When it arrived, I realized it was too small. So I requested an exchange for a size medium. I was delighted to receive an email confirming that the size medium was on its way to me. I was even more delighted and impressed to read that I could keep the size small and donate it to someone else. So no cost for the exchange and no cost to return the original item. I can't say enough about TeePublic's customer service.
They play the shipping game. They give ups the usps number. So it looks like there is a package. When i reality there is no package. Total scam. I bet they dont answer mine. I also bet they only answered fake complaints. STAY AWAY.
I ordered female tri-blend T-shirt from TeePublic. I was very excited to find out that they print my design on Tri-blend shirts. The first order I received was male shirt. The second replacement they sent me was the same thing... I checked the measurements and size chart on their site and a customer rep confirmed that indeed what I received was a male shirt. Then they sent me another replacement. Now this time, it was a female shirt but labeled as "L" and it fits me like L. What I ordered was a female "S" shirt... so yet again I contact them... they insist that the shirt I got is size small, but MISLABELED, despite the photos I included in my emails. Now I don't know how many emails I've dealt, I'm still waiting for a full refund. Wasted so much time... And they cannot confirm why this is happening. I have no confidence ordering a tri-blend t-shirt in the future with them at all as well as in their customer service and production management.
I bought a t-shirt that I couldn't find anywhere else. It took a little longer than expected to arrive but it's totally understandable given the situation. It's perfect. I therefore totally recommend the website.
The word amazing is honestly an understatement I bought 3 tank tops and they look amazing the colours are nice and vibrant and the quality is just awesome they are nice and soft. But I think the best part is the customer service they reply fast and they really do everything in their power to help their customers. Keep up the good work people 11/10!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
