I ordered a total of 12 tees for my family. Suggested by my daughter who has ordered several times from TeePublic. All tees were great except one that had a defect on the front. I contacted TeePublic and within minutes I got a reply and a replacement tee sent my way without having to return the defective tee. My family absolutely loved all of their tees. TeePublic has great product and fantastic customer service. I will be ordering again in the future!
I ordered a tee shirt for my 88 year old mothers birthday. I have no idea what they were thinking. Sent me a childs shirt even with the wrong logo. Now I will have to sit and wait until they email me back. Well I guess I better spend more money to get my mother a gift for her birthday in time. Not satisfied!
I ordered a shirt for my eight year old and it was the wrong size. I really appreciate the prompt attention from TeePublic. I was sent the right size right away without any issues. TeePublic has earned at least one more regular customer due to there handling of this issue and I will be sure refer as many friends and family to TeePublic as I can.
I found a great shirt I was excited about, but when it came in it was too small. I reached out to Teepublic's customer service department and in just a few hours I received an apologetic and understanding response as well as a notification that a new size has been shipped at no charge.
I can confidently recommend the site after the excellent treatment I received.
Ordered a shirt the material or type of cotton just was t quite what I was looking for. Sent an email off to customer service and we were able to work out a deal for another shirt with the same design but different cotton. They were very responsive and reasonable in addressing my issue. Would not hesitate to order from here again.
I recently purchased a shirt. When I received it, the size was too big, I notified them. They quickly responded and started the exchange process. What happened next was totally unexpected. I was advised via email, that my exchange was complete. I then questioned in my mind, "how is it completed, if I haven't sent the original shirt back?". I continued reading the email which told me, there was no need to send the original shirt back. They encouraged me to keep, donate or reuse it. WOW! I can honestly say that I've never had an experience like this. I would have no problem sending the original back but I now have the change to donate a unique shirt to someone. I am definitely making future purchases with TeePublic.
I absently put my (very pretty, very soft) t-shirt in the wash with the stickers still on, and it left a residue behind. I wanted to check with customer service before I tried anything like goof-off to remove it, because I didn't want to stain the shirt. The representative was very helpful, friendly, and they sent me a whole new shirt? That was so far above and beyond what I was expecting, but I'm so grateful! I would feel very confident buying from then, again, in the future. The shirt itself is soft, very rich color, the print is beautiful. I can't wait to wear it!
I bought several shirts for Christmas gifts in late November and the package ended up getting lost in the mail. When I reached out to customer service for help, they responded in less than 24 hours and immediately offered to reship a new batch out to me as soon as possible (I didn't even ask them this, they just offered to replace my lost items right off the bat!) I got them in less than a week and the quality is amazing, even better than I had expected. The shirts are so soft and the prints are all really unique. I will definitely be purchasing from this site again. The customer service was phenomenal and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchases.
My T shirts came one and a half months after I ordered them. Very bad quality. Also had to pay the taxes myself after the purchase. Don't order from TeePublic if you care about quality and service.
Attached is the photo of the print and tax receipt. Print is very glossy, sticky and smells bad. And as you can see I bought 3 shirts worth 32 euros and paid almost 20 euros in taxes.
We took advantage of a great sale offered by TeePublic and purchased 19 awesome t-shirts to wear at our music shows. We were very impressed by the quality of the shirts and how quickly we received our order! We had a question about our order and were impressed with their excellent customer service and fast response time! There are so many fun and cool designs to choose from created by talented artists. We will definitely purchase more from this company in the future!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
