I've used TeePublic for my self in the past a loved it. But what blew my mind this week was how easy it was to exchange. I bought a shirt for my girlfriend for Christmas, most certainly ordered too small. When it arrived I realized my error, but reached out to customer support and a new one in a new size is already on its way - for free! These people are the best.
I ran into a sizing issue with the shirts that I ordered. When I reached out to the company I expected the same run around type of experience typically found with online orders. I was amazing to find a proactive, professional customer service experience that set a new standard for my expectations. I cannot say enough about the way I was treated. They quickly resolved the issue and made things right. Great work!
I cannot say enough about this companies great customer service. I ordered a T-shirt and it came in a very timely manner however it didn't fit. Contacted the company and they responded immediately and corrected my problem. I have never had such great customer service and I have been shopping longer than most of you have been alive. Love this company.
I don't know why they use UPS Mail Innovations to ship. I ordered stuff 7/23. It's 8/11 and there's no hope in sight that I will receive these things any time soon. I've called UPS and they simply don't care. Why do I have to pay for shipping at all? I hope it gets here some day.
Tee Public got right back to me concerning a sweatshirt that was ordered that was too small they are sending a larger size so I may still be able to get it in time for Christmas. We love the product and are looking forward to giving it as a gift. I would order from Tee Public again
First off, super cute designs! I purchased a shirt for myself and four for my boyfriend. When I washed my shirt I did notice some peeling of the design, but I reached out to customer service and within a few days I had all new shirts on the way! I will definitely order from here again (:
My daughter loves the retro Hills Dept. Store tee that I got for her! The quality is very good, it shipped quickly, and they are very helpful and very kind! I have already ordered two more shirts for me! If you want a place that has every kind of t-shirt imaginable, TeePublic is the place to order!
Where do I begin. I guess first by saying that TeePublic has a fun selection to pick from…more than any other! The quality is also great…what you see is what you get! Lastly and most amazing is the customer service. If there is any issue (for me it was simply sizing), they want to make it right. They're quick to communicate and ship the right size and even if it's something besides sizing, they are happy to make that right too. Definitely recommend!
Ordered three t-shirts from this company and all of them are now being used as cleaning rags. The print quality was absolute garbage; blurry, dark, muddy images with heavy pixilation and zero contrast. Of course on the website these shirts were crystal clear. Customer Rep was nice about refunding the money but that's not the point. If you are going to sell shirts that look like they were printed in a basement in the projects then you literally deserve to have dog $#*! smeared in your face. I am so sick and tired of all these scammers on the internet. Negative 3 stars.
I've bought from Teepublic before and love their shirts. They have a woman's tapers Tee which I like better than the unisex. It fits great! Bought some Tee's for Xmas and had to guess their sizes. I had to exchange some of them and when I emailed them they were very easy to deal with. They actually allowed me to keep the Tees that didn't fit and sent me the proper sizes I needed. I was able to give the other Tees away.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
