UPDATE: STILL NO REPLY, September 28th. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. STILL BELIEVE THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY?
I sent an email in regards to why my account was deactivated and received no response to dispute it and was not paid out my earnings from designs that I have created and they made a profit on. It says that you give them a royalty free non exclusive sub-license (so they don't have to pay you if your account is closed). For a company to just deactivate an artist account without warning and keep the earnings is something I have never experienced or heard of. If you want to ever make money from your artwork I'd suggest staying away from this company. The last artwork that was added by myself was under review and never made it inside their marketplace while under review. Then a follow up email saying it would not be added and just don't add it again, which I did not, then usually it's done from there. I was thinking awesome this is a good system. But then 20 minutes later my account was deactivated. Usually a company pays you out regardless, but not this company. I wish this issue was resolved but it is not. I don't care about my account at this point, I just want what is owed to me which is what I have earned that they have made a profit from. Coming from the company who claims to empower independent artists.
These people told me and delivered on time the t shirt as promised. The shirt was of good quality. I liked it. They treated me as a valued customer.
Ordered a shirt and it was a little small. Asked for an exchange and they responded super quick with a different size. Love this site!

The title of the review Explains It All I have purchased three t-shirts from teepublic and also pay for expedited shipping I received half of my order within a week and a half from New York come to find out that the rest of my order was supposed to be shipped from a third-party seller which I have never received and I'm going on 5 weeks now I keep on getting bogus emails from the company from their animated response saying that my order is coming and it's on time I should be patient where it's already been four weeks got correspondences pictures here too so here everybody enjoy I hope you go to a different company cuz this company is getting worse and worse and worse here's prove everybody. I got pictures Below guys if you want to look at the date that I have made my purchase and the excuses that I keep on getting this is unbelievable I also have a screenshot of FedEx Express showing that the third-party seller has already made a label on the 2nd of March and then on the 4th of March cancelled my order what kind of glitch was that I don't understand therefore I urge you people please use different company teepublic is starting to lose its Trust there's another screenshot of a FedEx delivery shows that on the 4th I received my package from New York but I never receive a package from Florida there is not even a package pending with any delivery service for me still they just wish that I will forget about the $20 I guess $20 is that important to a company that makes hundreds of thousands of dollars
I recently ordered 6 shirts from Teepublic, all are clearly professionally printed on comfortable "modern" tees, as I call them. They had me with the shirt quality, but they kept me with the customer service. Peep this:
I ordered 2 of my shirts on Charcoal heather, which appeared basically black heather in the visual on the site. When the shirts arrived, those 2 shirts were labeled as "dark grey heather" and were just that; dark grey heather. I wasn't sure if this was a misprinted shirt/label or if the physical shirt just looked slightly different from the visual on the site, and it may not seem like a big difference but I actually hate grey-colored shirts and love black-colored shirts, so it did matter to me…which is basically exactly what I said in my email to Teepublic when asking for a reprint either on true Charcoal heather or, if they consider Charcoal and dark grey heather one and the same, a reprint on straight black.
I had very little confidence I would get any response other than "sorry, charcoal is grey, that's what you oredered, bye" and I expected to be stuck with 2 shirts that I could have loved but instead would likely not wear. Instead, Teepublic requested pictures of the shirts/labels and then they confirmed charcoal and grey heather are the same…BUT then they simply offered to reprint my shirts on black free of charge just to ensure I loved the shirts! No argument, no hassle, no loopholes. AND when I asked about returning the dark-grey shirts to them, they basically just said to pay it forward and give them to someone who would appreciate them…which I did…and he totally does! I was floored by this whole exchange, this level of customer service is almost unheard of! Needless to say, the reprinted shirts on black arrived soon after and I love them. I also love the 8 other shirts I ordered a few weeks later! 37 thumbs up. 16 stars out of 5. You got yourselves a lifetime customer now!

I don't know why I expected a different experience than anyone else. I placed an order on June 2 and it still hasn't shipped. At this point, I don't really expect it to. My frustration is more in the fact that I have reached out more than once with no response after allowing the proper lag time as stipulated on their site. My first email was from 10 days ago and I haven't heard a thing with the exception of a system automated email telling me there will be a delay. I get it. We are in the midst of a pandemic and companies are shorthanded but to take someone's money without so much as a support person to provide updates seems borderline illegal. On the plus side, I will file a case with PayPal to ensure I get my money refunded. As a warning to anyone else weighing whether or not to patronize this site, just consider that you are most likely going to have to wait about a month with zero communications. Don't do it. It is not worth the hassle. You've been warned.
**Order Update - 7/4**
I received a shipping update on 6/26 (the day after I filed a complaint with the New York BBB - which I highly recommend you all do as well). The package apparently shipped but it has been stuck in Florida at a UPS Mail Innovation facility since 6/30. If it was supposed to be transferred to USPS, it has not been as USPS is still waiting on the package. I received one communication from TeePublic after two weeks of waiting that did nothing to address my desire for a refund but offered me a 15% off coupon towards a future purchase. Clearly I have no intention of patronizing this business ever again. As a side note, DO NOT TRUST the positive reviews you see on this site. They are most likely TeePublic employees trying to influence the site's rating of the company. For all intents and purposes, TeePublic is a scam. Buy at your own risk.

All orders placed in June shipping to US locations has a minimum of 17 day ship time, so the earliest arrival for June 2nd purchases would be June 25th. For Standard shipping, if selected at checkout would be July 7th. The expected ship time is provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please note that our system is first come first serve (oldest to newest emails), so if multiple emails are sent, each one will push your ticket down with the newer ones each time resulting in much longer wait times. My debit card got hacked through using this site. Regardless of quality of product (which I do not know yet) this company is not worth using.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
