I recently made two separate orders for t-shirts from TeePublic - one for my son of basenji's with masks on - my son is a healthcare worker with 2 basenji's and I knew he would really love this shirt. It came BEFORE the expected due date and I was totally thrilled and VERY pleased with the shirt. I also ordered a t-shirt for his wife - one with a boston with a mask on. It also was delivered BEFORE the due date. I ordered her a size M - and when I opened the pkg my heart sank because I knew it would be too small. I contacted TeePublic, explained my situation and got an immediate response that they had ordered me another shirt in a Large and that I should KEEP the size Medium and donate it or give it to someone. I was totally in shock! What a WONDERFUL policy - I TOTALLY recommend this company. Their shirts are great quality, nice size and color selections and even a good selection of T-shirt styles. You won't regret ordering one - I didn't and plan to order one for myself and my husband!

I bought The Irkens have the blue box mug and matching tshirt for my brothers birthday which is made up of 2 of his fav characters Dr Who and Invader Zim.He was thrilled when he opened his gift he really loved it. Today as I was keeping the cup away I got the shock of my life when the handle came off! I have a Disney Princess mug and plate that was bought in 2009 thats stil going strong so what awful quality their mugs must be for this to happen.Im from South Africa 1 dollar equals 16 rands so imagine how costly the tshirt and mug were for me I wouldv given them so mucg more support but aftr this never again and Il make sure people kno as well how bad the quality is.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
