The quality of the shirt is nice but the shipping took almost two weeks after I paid extra money to have it ship in 6 days. How long does it take when you don't pay extra? In the world of two-day shipping, get it together.
When I contacted customer service, he didn't care and did not refund the extra money I spent when it was not delivered on time. So that will be my last order with them. Scam.
I was so happy to find a Tommy Steele design face mask for my mum, which I had not been able to find anywhere else, but for some reason my delivery never arrived, even though I received an email telling me that it had been delivered. I advised TeePublic that this had not been received and they arranged for a replacement to be issued free of charge which I received as agreed. Don't get me wrong, this is what you would hope for, but the fact is they did it, which was much appreciated. Oh, and my mum absolutely loves her mask!
Just *after* his birthday, my dad hinted about wanting an Orioles sweatshirt. I wasn't going to wait another year, so went on a search online. Most of the ones I found seemed too pricey (to me). The one by Rick Morgan was exactly the look I was looking for AND it was within my budget! My dad received the sweatshirt yesterday and LOVED it! He said that it's "beautiful and oh so warm!"
I also like that my purchase supported an independent artist.
I have dealt with TeePublic on several occasions. I find their product line truly amazing. So inventive and creative. Items and sayings that I could not possibly find anywhere else.

I have ordered several t-shirts from this site with little issue. They have exchanged sizes for me when needed, refunded cash if not satisfied with the quality of my order, and delivered great quality tees. The fit has been great and I love that they offer v-neck styles. Prices are affordable and delivery has usually been less than 10 days. I have placed at least 6 orders with them over the year.
I recently ordered a t shirt from TeePublic for my son, and as it turned out to be too large I requested to exchange it for a smaller size. I received a prompt reply to my request, and to my surprise learned that not only had they ordered the new size but I could keep the original to pass along to someone who needed it. This act of kindness made me feel very hopeful that the corporate world is going in the right direction, and that there are big hearts out there. Ordered two sweatshirts. Cost $71.99. My son really wanted these for himself and a friend so I reluctantly ordered. Thought we checked for regular shipping but must have clicked expedited - at a cost of $11.99. Ordered on 11/15. Now 11/22 - not here and they say it could be until 11/28. That is almost a half a month for EXPEDITED shipping! Unbelievable. This place is a rip off.
I ordered these a while ago, just putting up this review now that I'm clearing out my closet and having to throw all of them out. I was so excited about these tank tops but only got to wear them once or twice each before the print became too bad. Not even cute vintage flakey, just horrible quality flakes. Even while wearing them, looks like dandruff just flaking off you.
I ordered about 10 different tanks so not even a matter of one bad print, just all over bad.
The TeePublic customer service team is fantastic! I had an issue with a long sleeve shirt and literally within minutes a team member contacted me to resolve my issue. I get a lot of compliments on the shirts I have bought from TeePublic and will definitely purchase more in the future! I wish they would offer more free shipping promos, but appreciate the 35% off sales otherwise.
I had ordered a t-shirt for my wife but I ordered the wrong size. A little wary of dealing with online companies I contacted customer service to see if I could possibly do an exchange. What a surprise when they said "No Problem!... we'll send you a new shirt, no need to send the old one back". I guess they deal with this a lot but they were prompt and extremely easy to deal with. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
They suspended / deleted my account after 3 days I created my account without any reason, just say that I violated their terms... So I googled and try to find what should I do. Then I found A LOT of people has experienced this so I wrote an email to their legal team and told them your bot banned wrong person again with my original psd file. Then they reinstate my account within 2 hours. Its pretty annoyed but since they have already recovered my account and reply to my email really fast (Especially it was on Friday night, I didn't expect someone to reply me at 21) so I give them 3 stars

I purchased two small men's classic t-shirts only to find that they were a bit smaller than I'd expected (soft and beautifully-printed, but a little snug). I messaged Customer Service to inquire about an exchange, hoping that I'd be able to ship the shirts back for free in the package they came in. They did me one better - I was allowed to keep the old shirts, and they are sending me two new medium-sized shirts! The new order was processed within hours of me sending my message, and I'm looking forward to receiving my new tee's and sharing the smaller ones with a friend!
Just want to start off by saying I'm not much of an online shopper and I believe it is better to buy locally. Not only to support your locally economy but to also get the face to face interaction we seem to be missing as a society due to social media and technology. That being said this is probably the best experience I've ever had buying online. Not with my actual purchase as I had some difficulty with the payment but with the way this company handled themselves in times of adversity. Their customer service was top notch. Something was messed up with the website payment I guess but the team emailed me back and forth found exactly what I needed and put in the order for me themselves. They really did a stellar job and went above and beyond. Great customer service, communication and attention to detail. It was quite refreshing. Way to go guys. Keep up the great work. Kudos
Ordered the wrong size of shirt and inquired if I could make an exchange. I was very surprised that not only would they send me the correct size free of charge but that there was no need to return my previously ordered item! Will definitely shop here again :)
TeePublic treats its artists very, very BADLY. They ban their stores out of the blue without giving any explanation or previous warning, if they decide you broke the T&C they don't even give you the chance to fix what you're doing wrong according to them. It's just so cruel how they don't care about the hours and hours of work the artists put into their stores. After not giving you a warning or at the very least an explanation, as decent people would do, they tell you to send them an e-mail if you want to know what happened, but they can choose to ignore that mail anyway. So you have to basically beg them. You can find many complaints about this behavior on the Internet. They have been doing this for years, and they even owe some of their artists money. I wouldn't trust these people, and I really hope they start respecting other human beings soon because they clearly don't care about others.
I have at this point ordered about 30 shirts from this website over 2 years. Only twice have I had something come in printed off (one, the image was faded, one was off centre). Both times I got a response to my claim on them within 24 hours, and both times they offered to ship me a replacement and for me to keep the original. I have received rapid responses in quick resolutions from their team, some of the best customer service I've had online!
Ordered two shirts for my son for Christmas. I misjudged what size to get and they ended up being too small. I went through their merchandise exchange link and was very surprised at the speed of the response. From the time I sent the request to the time the exchange was processed, new order number and all, was just about one hour! All with no bots, actual humans responding. And very nice and helpful humans at that. I can't say enough good things about the level of customer service that was provided to me. And they didn't even ask for the original order to be sent back and instead suggested I donate them, I mean what company does that these days? The shirts were pretty good quality as well. I will definitely be going through TeePublic for all my tee shirt needs in the future.

I love the fact that this site is helping independent artists. I ordered a t-shirt for my son and he didn't receive it, although the tracking showed it was delivered. I noticed TeePublic and they responded the next day stating they would send another one. In the meantime, my son found it as the condo where he lives had been receiving an excessive amount of packages over the holidays and had placed some in a different location. I notified TeePublic that he received it so they didn't have to replace it. My son said the shirt is very cute, and he normally doesn't say something like that, so I know the shirt was great. Thanks, and I will definitely keep you in mine for future purchases!
I love this company they had no obligation to help me but they did anyway! Very fast responses and they always make the issue right with no extra cost! Also all their products are made with really soft materials and they have so many designs! I really encourage everyone to check them out! By far the best service I have received in quiet awhile!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.

Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
