I understand that this online shopping season was a mess all around so I won't fault them too much for my late order, but I did order on Dec. 3 for Christmas and had to pick it up myself from the post office on Christmas eve. Then when I get it home I find out they sent me the wrong size. Never again will I order from this company.
I buy a lot of t-shirts from TeePublic. They're super comfortable, well made, in great colors, and designs I can't find anywhere else.
I bought a shirt a month ago in size large. It was a bit too roomy, so I decided to buy a bunch more, only in medium this time. When they arrived and I tried them on, they were just a little too small, so I contacted TP customer service to ask if I could exchange the ones I bought for a size up. They shipped me a new order of large shirts and told me I could keep the ones I bought! That's amazing! This is why I'm a repeat customer: great shirts, great service!
Ordered 2 youth tees. Both tees were so thin you could see though them (one shirt red, the other black) and had a rough texture. Pitiful quality. One shirt looked nothing like the web site advertised. The design was 1/3 the size shown on the site, and the image was very blurry. Both screen prints were very rough. Only positive was the customer service who refunded the price of the shirt that had the image size issue, but that isn't enough to make me do business with them again.
TeePublic has some of the best designs and quality products I've found on the net. Add to that their phenomenal customer service and you can't go wrong with purchasing from this company.
I had some slight sizing issue with the T-shirts I purchased as I'm a bit of a weird size and I am a bit particular on how T-shirts fit me. Jon at Tee Public took care of my issue quickly and completely and even exceeded my expectations. This is a top notch company and I can't wait to do more business with them.
I recently placed an order for a tank top and t-shirt. The t-shirt turned out to be the right size but the wrong kind of shirt (ladies' instead of the men's) which made it too small. I contacted TeePublic and was put in touch with Samuel via email within minutes. He arranged for the desired item to be mailed and told me to keep/donate/gift the too-small item, which I'm happy to do. GREAT customer service experience!

I'll admit that I like to buy during a sale to save a little money. The quality is fantastic! There is SO much to choose from, I always find more than I'm looking for! Love the quality of the long sleeved shirts, too!
My shirts came in but were a little too small for me so I contacted their customer support. They responded right away letting me know that one shirt wasnt available in one color and asked what other options I offered to ship back the shirts that were too small... they said I could keep them. I will def purchase more from them... not only great service but great prices. Bonus. They have all different artist in their selections
Placed an order on May 19 for a shirt for father's day gift. Still showing "processing" as of today. Tried to contact them, only can send a message so I did. Received an email confirming my message was received on 6/3. Still nothing from the company! Buyer beware, unless you have unlimited time to wait to receive your item, shop elsewhere! Hoping I can cancel and find someone else to make a shirt in time for father's day.
Not only are the designs available amazing and original, the quality is perfect and the cusToner service is out of this world good. I can't remember the last time I was this happy with a purchasing experience from start to finish. Responsive, affordable, and supporting unique artists. What more do you need?
Very pleased with this company's customer service. I emailed them to ask for an exchange due to issues with the size of the T-shirt being much smaller than expected. They responded the next day and shipped a replacement immediately. Communication emails about the status of orders and tracking are also very good.
I was really impressed with TeePublic's quick response to my issues with their sizing. They immediately got back to me and though they don't issue returns they were more than happy to compensate me with a different size with no expectation of payment. You can donate, give away, etc. I gave the T shirts to my daughters who loved them. We look forward to continuing to do business with them in the near future and supporting their company.
I was so looking forward to receiving my shirts, and a little apprehensive about online sizing. Much to my disappointment, they did not fit properly, but a simple enquiry to teepublic and new, replacement shirts were on their way before the end of the day. No muss, no fuss. Brilliant customer service.
I would highly recommend TeePublic. They have a huge selection of good quality T-shirts. I have always had fast delivery and their customer service is second to none. I have been extremely pleased with my purchases and will continue to use them in the future.
I ordered a tee shirt for my granddaughter with the instrument she plays. The shirt arrived timely, but was way too small. I emailed about making arrangements to exchange the item. I was answered promptly and was told how to do it. Even sent along the size charts and advised me of other options that I could use in determining the size (i. E. male size chart, baggy etc). They went above and beyond in getting me what I needed.
I have purchased dozens of shirts from TeePublic over the last couple of years and have had nothing but good experiences with them. This week I had my first problem, and Adam with their customer service team got everything fixed in a very timely manner.
After emails and emails of trying to change the size of a shirt I ordered they literally replied with this.
"Sorry for the confusion, but that design is no longer available at all let alone any sizing."
This being said they literally sold me something they didn't have. I only want that one shirt. Paid a fortune to find out after weeks of waiting that they don't even have it. I don't want another shirt I just want what I ordered, that seems fair. Very upset.
Hoodie arrived but it was too small, great quality though. Contacted TeePublic. No hassle exchange and able to keep the original. If I lose weight - bonus, if not, my daughter wins.
I cannot fault the service and would definitely order from TeePublic again, and soon!
Ordered a few face masks from them, they shipped about 5 to 7 days after the order was received and when I got them you can hardly breathe through the face masks(the cloth sucks into your mouth when you inhale), hence the one star review

I ordered a series of classic Hollywood icons on various colored t-shirts. All the t-shirts were quite stunning and exactly what was represented online. They are beautiful images reproduced on t-shirts with high quality. I am so pleased with my order!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
