Recently purchased a custom long sleeve tee. Great design & high quality. Unfortunately, the size ran small & I immediately emailed their site. They got back to me right away. Not only did they order me another size with free shipping & no charge, they told me to keep the first one I received & to give it to someone else. That is what I call great customer service! Nothing but good words for TeePublic. I have ordered a t-shirt with a bright pink color logo but when I received it, the logo was very pale on the shirt. So I write to the customer service, where everyone was very kind to me btw, and in 2 days, everything was settled. A new shirt is on the way, and I can keep the other one, and no extra money was ask from me. I recommend TeePublic without hesitation. :)
Ordered a short from TeePublic - checked the size guide and ordered what I needed. When it arrived it was a lot tighter than expected so contacted them to explain and asked to exchange for the next size up. Someone came back to me later that day and said no problem - and they'd already arranged this and said I could the original too. Now that's customer service! Thanks good people at TeePublic
I ordered several t-shirts in various sizes for a family event and was delighted with all of them. I finally found an online company that offers an amazing variety of graphics and other items. Their prices and sales are great. I give their customer service 5 stars ++ I was contacted via email from purchase to delivery and in between I had an issue (that was totally my fault) they handled it with such kindness, I will be a customer for life.
I made my first purchase with Tee Public one of the three shirts fit great, the others ran on the smaller side. I requested a reorder and return of the two that didn't fit. They promptly reordered them, then asked I give the two that didn't fit to someone I know or to donate them. Could have knocked me over... never did I expect this. On opening the T-shirt I'd bought for my granddaughter I found that the wrong one had inadvertently been sent. I contacted the lovely people at Tee Public and they replied immediately. What I thought would be a problem definitely was not and everything was put right in a jiffy. Very impressed and would absolutely recommend
If you need very expensive floor rug, this is the shop for you. I ordered "PREMIUM" t-shirt as a gift to my beloved one and on the day of his birthday I was ashamed of what I presented him. Very thin fabric (as see-through thin, really), very smelly, very poor I don't know what, because it had never laid near "QUALITY" in any sense... I feel cheated, paid $30.99 with shipping for this shi*t, it's not worth even a penny of your hard earned money (you better just throw it away to a dust bin, why not). After the 1st wash it get even worse - I did not suspect it could, but it did. The printed design began to faded away. I am so mad at myself I did not read the reviews before the purchase. It was a terrible mistake.
I ordered three really cool t shirts that I was looking forward to wearing. I chose the extra soft cotton style and when they arrived I loved the feel of the shirts and the prints were exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately they didn't fit the way I'd hoped and were just a bit too tight. My husband suggested I email them and I did, explaining the fit issue. In less than 24 hours they re-submitted my order for brand new shirts in the new size, and they told me I could keep the old shirts to donate or use however I wanted. I am so pleased and will definitely order from them again.

Emailed TeePublic to see if they would make another one, and perhaps waive shipping or give me a discount on the reorder, and they reprinted and sent a medium at no cost. I had a problem during my purchase because my 30% discount code didn't work out and I didn't even had the choice to try another code, the payment came in. I was very frustrated, then I sent an email to the customer service and they answered me quickly and even reimbursed me the 30% referring to the coupon that I was unable to use. The quality of the t-shirts is great, my whole family loved it! I will definitely buy a lot more from TeePublic.
I had a shirt delivered to an incorrect address which was inaccessible. Tee public sympathized with me and immediately offered options to correct it. I ordered an xxl in women's and it could barely fit a 5 year old. I will never order from this place again. Very unhappy with my purchase. I had to order a different one from another site. The quality was poor, the size was not even close.
I ordered two shirts as a gift, turns out they were a bit snug. When I contacted Teepublic for a exchange, they not only said no problem but to go ahead and keep the original order?! No company has ever told me that! I will absolutely order again!

Wide selection of images to choose from, on the subjects I wanted on my gift t-shirts. I had a query of the delivery of an item and Customer service got back to me via e-mail within the hour.
I personally would have liked to have a contact number rather than e-mail contact, but my request was dealt with promptly.
The only issue I have had is that I got caught with the exchange rate of US to Canadian Dollars, I thought it was all paid until... I saw the added exchange rate on the credit card statement. This meant the t-shirts went up by $8 each which was a little steep, because the rate was on the tax and the postage not just the price of the t-shirt, be warned, sorry that the company falls foul of border prices!
All said and done TeePublic have good products and the sizes are like they say, so go bigger when you order, the colors were as the pictures and the printing was good.

Not only is my item not here, but it "shipped" almost a month ago with no response or helpful information from the company, besides being given the run around and being told they will respond within a week. I know the chance of a refund is slim to none and I obviously am not receiving my product, but please oh please DO NOT buy from this company. What a horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone. Stay far away!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
