I ordered a T-shirt thinking the size would be correct. After it arrived, I realized I needed a larger size. The quality of the shirt was great. I contacted customer service and in less than 24 hours, I received an email telling me the new order had been placed, and instructions for the shirt I had received. Will definitely be using this company again!
Have ordered through TeePublic a number of times, fantastic products for the most part, and even when there have been issues with sizing or printing their customer service response times, and assistance is second to none. TeePublic rules! I have found both masks & t-shirts with so many of the things I love featured on them. Prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the products. What's also really cool is a lot of the designs can not be found anywhere else!
I ordered a zip up hoodie for my grandson. I received it in a timely manner, a couple of weeks, which is great in this day and age. Unfortunately when I opened the package, it was the wrong size. I ordered a YOUTH medium and received an adult medium. Not sure if it was my fault or theirs but turns out it didn't matter because they fixed the problem right away! They offered to send me another sweatshirt without having to return the other one. They didn't end up having the style or color I wanted in a youth size but I got the same design on a teal pullover hoodie. I'm sure my grandson will love it. The CSR that I worked with was amazing. She was prompt in her replies as well as helpful and friendly. I strongly believe that good customer service is slowing dying but not at this company! So refreshing to find a company that has it all, great products and customer service. I will definitely buy from them again! Thank you
I ordered a shirt for my step daughter and it was just a little too small. I contacted tee public about an exchange and they reached out very quickly and asked me what size I needed instead and shipped it out free of charge. I didn't even need to send the other one back! It was a super easy and convenient process and the shipping was super fast both times. I love the quality of the shirts too, this isn't my first order with them and I've been very pleased with the every interaction and purchase. Supporting individual artists is really cool too!
I had a slight issue with order, upon contacting the vendor I was amazed at the quick response and the outstanding customer service experience. My first time ordering from TeePublic was great. The items showed up quickly and they were of great quality. However, when I washed them they shrunk past the expected level. I got in touch with the customer support team and they fixed the problem right away. They couldn't have been more helpful or friendlier!
They have exceptional customer service - Ordering clothes online is always a risk as sizes and colors can be off - I had a sizing issue with my T-Shirt and they were more than happy to get it fixed! And completely resolved my issue with in an extremely fast timeline.

I bought a T-shirt for my dad for Father's Day. He loved it, but it was too small. I should have known that custom T-shirts often run a little smaller than regular T-shirts. I contacted the company about exchanging the shirt. Someone replied within 24 hours, processed the request, and told me I could keep the original. Now my dad and I will have matching (goofy) T-shirts! Great customer service... highly recommend!

I ordered some tees and the large were all way to big. I was annoyed because life is other than easy right now, I own a business and am so busy and live in one of the few states that are not fully open yet, so to send back these tees for an exchange would have put additional stress on me. To my surprise, they exchanged them right away AND instead of sending me a return label, to my amazement, told me not to send them back and I could just gift the larges to someone who would appreciate them! I never even mentioned to them my angst about having to deal with sending them back! I was SO relieved. This simple gesture means the world to me, not that I got free stuff, but that they took a financial hit to allow their customer to not have the additional stress of sending the product back for the exchange. We all need a little TeePublic in our lives right now! You have a customer FOR LIFE!
I ordered this for my wife. (She turns 50) she wanted a "time for timer" t-shirt. Not only did they nail the design and ship it quickly, once I received it and noticed the size too small for my wife, I emailed them and they have already shipped one back to me in a larger size. I was SO excited for my shirt to arrive. It took weeks, and when it did the picture was terrible. I could barely make out who was on the front. I contacted customer service and they let me pick out a new one for free. I spent a lot of time picking out these two designs. I was then told the second one was also of poor quality and to again pick out another design. By this point, I didn't want to get my hopes up anymore. I asked for a full refund. The customer service was great, the shirt itself fit and was comfortable, but the design was one star.
My email was answered immediately with an explanation about the printing process and why I received something slightly different than I expected. With that said I still loved the shirts and my only issue was that they were a little snug. A replacement order was placed by Stephen for a size up for me. He kindly suggested that I can hold onto my first order or donate and a replacement order is on it's way to me free of charge. I will definitely use TeePublic again for all of my t-shirt needs. Highly recommended!
When you pay for 3-5 day shipping, you expect your item to ship promptly. No, they wait until 3-5 days before Christmas to ship so you get it Christmas Eve.
That's not how businesses work. Will not purchase again and that's a shame because their designers do fantastic work. If you are a designer, look elsewhere, because this company doesn't have your best interest in mind when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.
I ordered a t-shirt in honor of my son currently deployed for over 8 months. It was a little too snug. I emailed the company and asked if I could exchange for a the next size up. Not only did they respond right away, they said I could keep or donate to someone who could use it, AND, they were sending me a larger size for FREE! I've never experienced awesome customer service like this! I highly recommend this company. The quality of the shirts are awesome too!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
