I was skeptical with some of the reviews I saw but I really wanted it so I took a chance. I ordered a large chocolate rainbow cupcake hoodie in black and it was delivered in 5 days with updates sent the whole time. The print is a little dull compared to the online pic but I understand that it's printed over black so that's to be expected. Anyways, the sizing was perfect too and the material is thick, warm and cozy. Thank you so much for my amazing new hoodie. Can't wait to show it off!

Absolutely amazing service! I never expected this kind of response! We are going on a trip with friends, and she wanted to purchase a shirt from this site. I had never heard of them, and the low price made me skeptical. I ordered 6 shirts anyway. When the arrived, the 2 shirts for my daughter were too small (totally my fault; I didn't measure her!). I emailed the customer service to see about getting an exchange and within minutes, they had responded, saying they were shipping two new shirts and to donate or pass on the shirts that were too small. I'm passing them on to a local foster care home. I am so impressed with the quality of the shirts. The price was super low for such cute shirts too! I will absolutely be using them again!

My first time ordering from this site, I ordered a couple of t-shirts as holiday gifts. One for my lady and one for my niece. The quality and graphics of these t-shirts are excellent. I ordered a youth small for my 10 year old niece which turned out to be too tight. Jumped on the site the next day to return/exchange for a youth large (why not go big?) and received a response within 24 hours proactivity sending me a larger t-shirt and allowing me to donate the original version all at no added cost. The customer service was great! I had an issue with one of my orders and they fixed it right away! The lady I dealt with was AMAZING! I ordered the premium long sleeve shirts for work and they are still soft and comfortable! The hoodies are cozy too! I am absolutely delighted with my two snake t shirts from teepublic.com. They arrived recently and they fit very well and they are absolutely brilliant. These three ladies are the quintessence of customer service! I had ordered a t-shirt and sweatshirt featuring my favorite Jonny Quest episode. I ordered them in Blue Heather and the image looked weather-beaten, not sharp and crisp like the mug. But in emailing them, I told them that I had ordered it in white. They informed me that White is temporarily out of stock and suggested Gray Heather as a background to bring out the colors. They were exceedingly patient and understanding and even gave me the Gray Heather sweatshirt free! I asked if this was okay and Eugenia spoke for all three: She said we want to make this right for you and they have! I highly, highly recommend buying from TeePublic and bring back your childhoods! You won't be sorry!

I've ordered from TeePublic a few times and have always had a good experience. This time, however, a couple of the shirt's designs started to fade/fray. I emailed them with a couple of pictures, and within a half and hour they had already responded and put in a new order for replacements. I expected them to do something to fix it, but I didn't think they would replace them with no questions asked and so quickly. I'm incredibly impressed with their attention

I have ordered from them before and liked the products I got. I ordered again recently and my package said it was delivered, but never was. I contacted customer service, not expecting much since it wasn't their fault really, but the delivery service. They got back with me within a few hours and after verifying some information with me shipped out a new order within 2 days. Wow! I was so impressed with how kind and helpful they were. I ordered 4 tee shirts from TeePublic because I loved the designs & the opportunity to support independent artists. The shirts arrived in short order, but both women's (m & 2xl) appeared smaller than I expected. I contacted TeePublic following their easy to use contact page & received a response within the hour with a promise to ship new shirts in larger sizes. Love the art! Im a local artist in Canada down around Nova Scotia east coast! Been a folk artist for 30 or more years! And if this help people i know for they done the same for me in cool with that! Original order was thought to be lost in mail. Customer service responses were timely and helpful. Order finally was delivered (was carrier's fault). Quality products at a fair price. Have purchased from TeePublic three times and have never been disappointed.

Helping working artists is so important. I hate how Amazon is trying to take over absolutely everything and I will do anything to avoid ordering from them - so this company is a great alternative. Any company can do a good job when you're placing an order - it's when there's a problem that you see their true colors. Their customer service in resolving my issue was STELLAR! First off...let's talk about the amazing packaging the tee is shipped in... I ran to open it as soon as I saw it. Quality of the shirt is amazing... I'm a huge boxing fan, so I got my Spence -Crawford Tee... The color is such a pretty rich color purple...design is just on point... They kept me up to date on my shipping which many companies don't do.let me know it arrived. I'm just so happy...go get yours.you won't be disappointed! Order all of your shirts from Tee Public. The quality of the shirt is amazing - very soft/high quality! I had a shirt that was a Christmas gift and a size too small. I sent a request to exchange and received a reply within 5 minutes telling me our replacement shirt was on the way. Fantastic experience. Thanks!
