Hi again! TeePublic, thank you! My shirts are amazing. So I ordered another sticker and it came within the week. The 2 shirts I ordered took awhile but the website says that so I can't be upset. Besides the shirts taking a bit to arrive I have had no problems with them. The shirts are such a great quality. Thank you again TeePublic for putting a smile on my face.
I received such excellent and quick customer service I asked outright to leave a review. I had my hesitations when I placed my order but when a discrepancy came up, TeePublic quickly resolved it to my great satisfaction. Thank you for your help and I will definitely buy here again.
I purchased two items from the website, one article of clothing and a coffee mug. The images of the items was even clearer and better than the on line photo! Unfortunately, i purchased the incorrect size, they were very accommodating! Offered to send me a new size and did not want the unwanted item returned, I am paying it forward and making an additional donation this week at church.
I had an excellent experience with TeePublic customer service today. I had ordered the wrong size t-shirt. Someone responded almost immediately to my request to exchange. Customer service then responded right away each time to a few back-and-forth questions on my part. And finally, they said to keep the old shirt—that I didn't need to send it back. All this was by email and the form on their website.
I placed an order online with TeePublic; I normally don't shop online but it is 2020 so.
24 hrs later I get an email "You never check cart text", whatever that is supposed to mean.
I click onto my Cart, and I see its Empty.
"Contact us" doesn't work because I have no Order # to enter.
Meanwhile, they have my CC‼
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
My husband and I have been ordering from TeePublic for some time, loving their styles as well as being able to support artists. Recently I ordered some horror movie tanks for summer and, having never ordered their tanks, I chose the wrong size. I messaged them and they not only responded quickly, but offered to exchange my items at no cost to me, AND told me not to worry about sending the ones that didn't fit back. I had felt so guilty choosing the wrong size yet they were so kind and told me to reuse or donate the ones I had.
They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Such a wonderful company and I'm a proud returning customer forever!

Ordered this bespoke Tee-shirt for my daughter. A couple of emails (to clear up an address issue - my fault entirely) and within a few days, the Tee arrived here in London. Fantastic service and very speedy resolution of the small amendment to delivery address. Hats Off to all at Tee Public. I will recommend you to friends and family.
I rec'd my TeePublic tank in timely fashion. When it arrived it was a little bigger than I wanted so I emailed for an exchange, they were prompt in answering me and shipped a new one right away! I would def recommend and purchase from them again.

They responded within 24 hours and said I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning my shirt and that a new size was being sent my way. Normally I find online shopping very stressful, but TeePublic took the stress out and now I can't wait to use them again!
I made a $400 purchase the day after Thanksgiving and have not received an update on when it will arrive. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company and though their products are good, is nerve-racking not getting an update that the package will arrive before Christmas..
Years ago, hubs bought a Jones Beach tank top at their gift shop, but it had gotten so ratty and hole-y that I sought to replace it. He wore it every day around the house, but I hated it. I found TeePublic online and ordered a new, gorgeous black Jones Beach tank top to replace the old one. He LOVES it and so do I. And no more ratty old tank to look at every day! Good work, artist!
I ordered a mask (RBG) approximately a month ago. It never came. I have tried to find the seller without any luck. Tracking number has been no help. Very disturbing. I should of read the reviews and see the site has only a 2.6 star. My bad

I purchased a shirt from here initially and once it arrived I realised the fit was too small for me. I emailed customer service about a possible exchange for a bigger size, and within 2-3 hours I received a response informing me they would be happy to just send me a new one in my preferred size without the need for an exchange! It arrived yesterday and it's perfect. The print and colour are really vivid, and I would be more than happy to buy from TeePublic again.
There are so many great designs on TeePublic. After I ordered I found it they support independent artists. I ordered a gift and got it 2 sizes too big. Their exchange policy and customer service is the best I have experienced and above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely order from them again and encourage everyone I know to do the same.
I'd referenced the size charts (or thought I had), but when I gifted my spouse with the shirts, they were too small. I was worried they wouldn't let me exchange them for another size, and since it was the holidays I was prepared to wait. Instead, I got prompt response, wonderful service (thanks, Andrew!), and now I have two shirts my spouse absolutely loves.

I use teepublic often for gifts for friends and family. I have never had a complaint about any of their merchandise, one shirt I had ordered for my son in law had the image coming off. Wrote to their customer service and within a few hours had a reply. They were sending g a replacement shirt right away. They are a great company for any occasion and stand behind their products. Well be doing repeat business with tee public and telling friends family about them.
Ordered 3 shirts that arrived very quickly. Based on customer reviews I had ordered larger sizes, but it turned out that the shirts were too large and ordering up was not necessary. I contacted TeePublic to exchange and they responded very quickly to my email (within hours). They will be providing replacements ASAP, advised me to keep, donate, or re-use the originals. I will definitely be ordering from TeePublic again. I highly recommend!
I ordered my shirt online and the shirt I ordered was too small. I emailed the exchange link on the site and received a response within 10 to 15 minutes. Samuel, the agent went above and beyond and was able to send me a replacement shirt in the correct size and communicated with even after business hours. It truly was such a nice change dealing with a person and company who appreciates their customers. I will continue to order my shirts from them and hope for their continued success.
The people of TeePublic were wonderful with an exchange I had to make. Not only did they exchange the t-shirt for one that fit perfect, they refunded the difference in price to my credit card. I appreciated how quickly they sent the new shirt as well. Highly recommend this company!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
