I ordered a few shirts from Teepublic. When they arrived they were not the type of shirt I was expecting. I sent an inquiry their way and wanted to see if they accidentally sent me the wrong shirts. It turns out that I was in the wrong and had made the mistake. I am of a taller build, so I wanted a certain type of shirt that fits me better. Without hesitation, Teepublic was able to place another order for me with the correct size, color, and type of shirt and send it my way without an extra charge. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic with me. This type of customer service is what will make me want to come back and continue being a patron of their store. Thank you Teepublic!
I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size t-shirt for my stepson. When I received it I knew it would swim on him. I emailed Tee-Public, within 12 hours they had a new t-shirt in the mail for me. You totally rock Tee-Public!
So it's 2020, and I think we can all agree, we've had a rough time of it. I find this nifty site, see a few shirts that tickle my fancy, and they got them in my size (I'm a pretty big fella so that doesn't always happen). I hit order, it gets going, and eventually I get an email saying the shirts don't come in my size in the option requested (heavy duty fabric). Instead of being salty I just politely ask if we can do it in regular fabric instead (as that also listed my size). Not only do they say yes and get it going without issue, they give me better shipping free of charge. Now, instead of being bummed, I'm telling you this and I'm probably going to go back for a few more shirts. That's customer service done right.
I ordered a woman's large-the shirt was tiny! I emailed Tee Public, asking for an exchange. They nicely offered a free replacement with free shipping. Based on the models' pictures, I chose a man's small. That arrived 3 weeks later, and was tiny! I gave up, and will donate both shirts to a clothing drives. Tee Public's sizing is not realistic, and does not reflect American sizes. My friend is a small woman, but couldn't wear either shirt. I'm disappointed that I'm out the price of a shirt, do not have a special gift for my friend. I haven't heard from Tee Public since I emailed about the second shirt.
Well, I'm a huge music fan and love my band t-shirts, but I also love graphic logos too and this is the place to shop. The shirts I ordered were on sale for $13, can't beat that! I was so excited when they arrived, they were so neatly folded and the graphics were done to perfection. You need to ck them out. HUGE variety of any kind of slogan, logo, bands, what-have-you to pick from. TeePublic emails you often to tell you when your order was rec'd, processed, shipped out and at your doorstep! Great company with great customer service and communication. My favorite is the shirts are awesome. Most companies don't have "GIRL" cuts or sizes, but they do. The quality of the material is also high quality. I'm so friggin impressed. I will be buying more t-shirts in the future but only from TeePublic! Rock On!
I had a really positive experience with TeePublic- I found them by chance online, in search of customizing some clothing as a gift. First of all, I had very specific music artists in mind which I wanted printed up swiftly- and they had a huge range of pictures of pretty much any icon you could wish for. Secondly, a good range of products to choose from. I also liked the fact they support independent artists. But more importantly, the email response time was immediate, the follow-up was great, and they were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely order from TeePublic again- and the quality of the gifts I purchased is really good.

I've paid over $30 for a regular t-shirt and teepublic.com also charging for shipping on top of thee price (~$8). And t-shirt is not even 100% cotton! 50% polyester, 25% rayon, 25% cotton.
Total out of pocket price around $40.
Next time will order on Ali.

Ive ordered with tee public twice and never had a problem. The customer service is spot on as well. Prompt, and helpful with any issues. I will continue to purchase from this site. The wait times are kinda long at this point, but I dont think that has anything to do with the company. There are long delivery wait times for so many companies right now due to C19 putting a wrench into everything.
I ordered two hoodies and even though it was my own error that caused them to not fit correctly, the staff at TeePublic were kind and professional and handled getting new shirts out to me right away. They were quick to respond and helpful. I already liked their products but this cements me as a customer.
I bought from them a couple years ago. The quality was terrible. The images cracked after one washing.
I didn't realize it was the same company and ordered again. Poor quality image again. Doesn't match the crisp image shown on website.
It really is a shame. They have some great tshirt designs but their quality is bottom of the barrel. Truly surprised at how many good ratings they have. Not been my experience at all. Highly recommend you look elsewhere. Never again for me with TeePublic. Look at the example of what is on their website compared to the two pix of what I received. Awaiting a response from them
This morning I wanted to order a couple of posters for my son. Once I found what I wanted and tried to complete my order, for some reason I was not able to put in my shipping information, and unable to place my order. I tried several times, ugh! Why does this not work?! I sent an email asking for help:)
I kid you not, in no time at all I got a reply. I was asked to send the necessary order information, and they would send me a link to complete my order.
That's exactly what they did.
I am very impressed with how quickly I got a reply, and soon my order was completed.
If you are considering ordering from this site, do not hesitate to do so. I know I will come back to shop again.
The design and style choices are awesome. Unique t-shirts with great messages. I ordered about 10 large t-shirts, which ran a little small for a 100% cotton shirt. Customer service was super helpful and exchanging the shirts for a larger size was really easy.
Do NOT buy from these guys, the quality of T-shirt is terrible.
Variable sizes for the same sized t-shirt and worst of all the fabric is very thin and $#*!ty.
I brought 7 to last well into Autumn, they'll barely last 4 washes each.
I've had to email republic customer care about a couple of miner issues- all shipping relating. First time was just before Christmas, Dec 24 so I expected not to get a response for at least a couple of days. They emailed me back on Dec. 26th stating they had fixed my error and let me know I can reach out if I had any other issues or questions.
The next issue was I was having trouble with the tracking as every time o tried to track it it would tell me a different eta but the shipping from location hadn't changed. So after about 3 days past original arrival date I contacted the customer care service again and they instructed me to wait at least 10 more days as sometimes the shipping can take a while. And if I didn't get it within those 10 days I should contact them again. Lo and behold the next day I got the package!
I was really pleased with how teepublic customer care reps handled my situation and how prompt they were with their emails!
My product had a few white patches with no ink, so i contacted customer support, and they are sending me a whole new product and I don't have to go through the hassle of a return. They were so nice about it too! 5/5

T-shirts that I ordered were delivered promptly. The quality is outstanding. I ordered a juvenile kids t-shirt (size 4-7), but it looked more like the size of a toddler. I sought customer service for help and they responded quickly to replace the shirt :)
How can just take and delete a person's account? Without warning and alert. Even if something is violated, you can warn and indicate a violation! Why are you treating someone else's work just so easily? I am extremely indignant and dissatisfied with your service!
I purchased a TeePublic shirt for my sister for her birthday this past weekend. I realized there was a glitch in the fabric and was worried about going through a return. But holy cow! As soon as I emailed them and showed a quick picture, the problem was handled not only efficiently but with incredible kindness. You just don't get good service like that anymore! TeePublic - you guys rock! And not only did my sister get her shirt on time, she teared up when I gave it to her and after hearing about my excellent experience with your company. Quality of print is not good, I can tell if I wash my large sweatshirt - which is already very small it won't even fit my pet cat. I tired to get an exchange but did not receive any response from their support team

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
