I bought four T-shirts from TeePublic for my husband for Christmas. I had ordered an XL and he needed a 2XL. I emailed them to request an exchange and they promptly got back to me, said that the new sizes were on their way in the mail and "As a courtesy, there's no need to send the original back—we encourage you to keep, donate, or reuse it!". They did not charge any shipping, as well, on the exchange. What a GREAT COMPANY! I rarely write a review, but was very impressed with their customer service and I have never run into a company that does not require the original item back. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely order from them again! Thanks TeePublic
I ordered 2 shirts and one was very poor quality and turned out sizing did not work. You cannot talk to anyone in customer service, so I started a live"chat" that ended mid conversation. I then went the e mail route. I got a reply next day requesting a photo of the shirt when all I wanted was to exchange it. There was no way to know if they got my email, as it did not show in my Sent mail. They are sending a new shirt and said to keep the one I got. It will be donated. Turns out that after I washed the second shirt it came out mishapen and the sewn in label somehow stuck to the front of the shirt and left a sticky residue that is very visible. Sorry, but I won't be back.
I made a mistake on an order. Sent it to the wrong house number. It was 100% my fault. I sent an email informing what all happened and was contacted within minutes. I don't know if I'm allowed to say her name but H, you're a boss.
You will not get what you pay for. What they show online and what I received weren't even close (see images). Read the reviews carefully because they obviously are scammers that put out crap but advertise quality. My mask was supposed to be all black with black ear elastic and a face shape to the mask. I received a rectangular, accordion mask with white trim. All 4 of the masks I ordered were like this, and there were loose strings everywhere. I'm going to let my pictures speak for themselves. Hot garbage. When a 1-star review is the majority rating of all you reviews, you know you can do better elsewhere. You've been warned. (PS-Don't trust the company responses. These are regular tactics used to try and curb the optics of the bad reviews by trying to make it look like they actually care. Maybe if they spent more time making quality products, they wouldn't have to respond to so many bad reviews.)
Tee public shirts used to be amazing and worth the money, but on my most recent order I received a different sub par brand of shirt. They used to have no neck tag and instead a nice branded printed crest. I paid for the upgraded triblend and was sent 3 smelly Bella Canvas shirts that don't justify the amount I spent. Also the color description doesn't match what I got; I ordered navy and I got much closer to royal blue.
I ordered a sweatshirt for my son and accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I contacted TeePublic to make an exchange, they got right back to me & were willing to ship out new size right away. When I asked about shipping back original sweatshirt they said there was no need to return it & to keep it as a courtesy. I was very pleased with the customer service & will definitely be ordering from them in the future! Thank you TeePublic!
I ordered three t shirts from Tee Public. They were delivered on time and were of excellent quality. There was a sizing issue for two of the t-shirts, but it was fixed after I contacted the company. I have been receiving a ton of compliments when I rock my TeePublic shirts. Great gear and service.
I ordered my T's and was given status of my order daily until it arrived, which took a week or so. No rush given the lockdown. The T's are good quality and fit really well. Sorry to hear others had a bad experience. I hope it hasn't put them off supporting independent artists. And I hope TeePublic learn lessons from all reviews and move forward with a robust change to give the customer the best experience. Come on guys we love the Tees!
While searching the internet I came across TeePublic and found artwork on a T-Shirt that I could not find anywhere else. Not knowing anything about TeePublic I decided to take a chance. Sometimes taking a chance with internet purchases is a bad idea. I am so glad I did. If you are looking for great artwork and quality T-Shirts. You have to try TeePublic. I am about to purchase my second T-shirt. Highly recommend. Thank you TeePublic.
So quick and helpful! I ordered the wrong size for Christmas gifts (bummer because the shirts are so nice). I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange them and within an hour, I had a response telling me they were shipping the right sizes. So easy! I'm so grateful. Thanks for the help!

Service responded VERY quickly (in a matter of 15 minutes) stating that my exchange order was processed and on the way. I will be ordering from them again.
Iʼm leaving review like designer. Minus of Teepublic: 1. They have low margin of profit youʼll get. 2) they can delete your account any time they want. If you even ask them why did you delete my account they donʼt even answer. Donʼt waste your time with this company. I had more than 1000 designs and now all of them gone. Now i really regret that i wasted to so much time for getting so low profit margin and especially loosing my account. So i donʼt recommend it.
The designs and artists are what makes you go to a site. The quality is what keeps you coming back, and I am very much a one time customer. Altogether, the three shirts i got, plus shipping, cost $54.99 which is £42.95. Little did i know, I would then have to pay tax on the items, meaning an extra £16. There was nothing about this on the website, or delivery instructions, so i was very annoyed.
The items didnt take long to come, but their quality was really really bad. The colours were washed out and dull, the white writing was faded and looked like something I'd owned for over five years, and the fit and quality was poor. The shirts all looked and wore like they'd been stretched out too far, and hang off me, not because they were too big, They were just poorly made. Maybe that's what i get for not getting the premium shirts?
Anyway, to summarise. Low quality, high price, hidden cost. 1.5 stars and i wont be using them again

I am pleased to tell you that my experience with this company was outstanding. I made a couple mistakes and contacted customer service to get it corrected. I had to contact the customer service several times with questions and got the same level of patience and courtesy. It was refreshing to work with a company that clearly had the customer's best interest at heart. I would recommend them to anyone. Products are top quality, employees are exceptional and service is top notch. I will buy from them again without hesitation.
I received my sweatshirt in a very timely manner. It was perfect. I failed to look at the sizing chart when ordering and found that the normal size I usually order does not fit. I asked to exchange it and was promptly informed there would be no issues with them sending me a new sweatshirt. In fact, TeePublic had already set it up for shipment. I can't say enough about the sweatshirt - just in time for the world series! It was so easy to contact TeePublic and their response was phenomenally quick! I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future... go 'stros!
Ordered a t-shirt for my wife but when it arrived I realized I had ordered a size too small. Contacted customer service, they resolved it immediately and shipped it out that same day without any issues whatsoever!
I am so impressed with TeePublic. Great shirts, quick delivery, and I ordered the wrong size which they quickly worked with me on. All companies should take a lesson from them. I have already ordered more shirts.
Much to the chagrin of my wife, I generally buy two batches of t-shirts a year. I have a great experience every time. Shirts come in as ordered and expected and the customer service is phenomenal! I just had an experience where, like a moron, I washed and dried my new shirts with the stickers on. I tried getting the glue off, but ending up wearing them down in specific spots. I told Teepublic of my moronic ways and they replaced my shirts at no charge. Thank you, Lavinia and Catalin! Y'all are awesome! See you in 6 months for a new round of shirts!
This website is truly amazing. Not only do they have countless among countless of designs to choose from, they also have many ways its art can be transformed too. Starting from shirts and hoodies to even cups, posters, and phone cases etc. To top it all off they have Outstanding customer service taking care of you within minutes AND delivering sometimes sooner than it says. 10/10 for me love it!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
