First off the selection of designs is mind-boggling, if you can't find what you are looking for I would be shocked.! Was looking for Tee's related to "teachers" and found exactly what I wanted and placed my order. Received very fast "confirmation" followed up by email advising "order shipped". Delivery was faster than expected!
The Tee's were GREAT, better than pictured on the web, vibrant colors and very well done. Unfortunately size was too small and had to reorder which also was very easy; I sent an email and within 10 minutes received a response and - get this- a confirmation of a new order. No need to return Tee but a note "we encourage you to keep, donate, or reuse them" Now when was the last time that has happened?
Teachers love "Tee shirts" and there is NO Doubt that I will be doing business with TEEPUBLIC! I think you need to consider this company, I couldn't be happier. Be sure to check their size guide before ordering.
As you can see by the heading, I like to make people laugh. But in all seriousness, the people at TeePublic have always been very helpful to me. I needed a specific size shirt and was told after I placed my order that it wasn't available. So, I was about to cancel that item, and well, a day later, got an email saying that they found one! This isn't the first time that they have helped me out this way before. That is why I am a returning customer.
I ordered a women's XL Jimmy G tee shirt for my sister and the size was off. I thought an XL would be larger. I sent an email to customer service and explained the situation and they are sending out a Men's large and told me not to return the first one to keep it or donate. This is a birthday gift and would like to thank you for great customer service.
I'm a retired military guy living in Texas and I love the t-shirts that TeePublic have on their website. The quality is very good and when I do have to return an item, the customer service for TeePublic is exceptional! In the past I've had to return a t-shirt due to the incorrect size and just recently a poster that was larger than I expected. They sent me the correct size t-shirt and let me keep the one that was too large to donate or keep for myself. For the poster that I ordered, they told me to keep the original one, sent the correct size and sent me the difference in price for the two posters. They're always prompt when answering emails which is very important to me when it comes to customer service.
Found a great variety of themes and interest on the website. I bought a total of two mugs and 4 t-shirts (2 long-sleeve and 2 short-sleeve), the quality of all the items is great, the t-shirts overall seem to be on the smaller side. I would recommend ordering a size up from your regular size if you prefer a less tight fit. I needed to exchange two t-shirts for a larger size and customer service response was super fast. The exchange was offered for free. Great place for unique gifts at a good price.

I recently purchased a couple of items from TeePublic and the tracker said it would arrive on January 26th. After waiting 5 days pass the 26th, I reached out to customer service and was pleasantly surprised on how fast they responded. Not only did they re-ship the order right away, they made sure I was satisfied with my overall experience.

Wow! I brought a T-shirt, it arrived a couple of days later, just as described, but unfortunately a bit small for me. I emailed asking if I may exchange the size and they immediately emailed back offering to send me a larger size... free of charge! I even got to keep the original size... perfect for my daughter. I just ordered 2 shirts and I love the tri-blend soft material. The size fits true to what I ordered and the design looks great on it. I will definitely buy from them again. I had shipping questions and the customer service got back to me right away.
I am so impressed with Teepublic! I ordered three shirts for my husband for Christmas (which arrived on time and in great condition) but they were a size too small - I think the COVID '15' has affected us all. Their sizing is a little off. Regular short sleeve t-shirts run 1-2 sizes small. Long sleeve are true to size. I say this from experience. Both times, the sizes I got originally were off and I needed to make the above adjustments. I thought the long sleeve would run like the short and bought those sizes, but I was wrong again. Both times all I had to do was email them. Even in the holiday shopping season, I emailed them Saturday night around 10pm and they responded before 8am on Sunday! Super impressive. I offered to exchange, but they are sending me the replacements at no cost to me and told me to keep the others, both times. Very responsive! Shipping is fast considering they must make the shirt first. I usually have product 6-10 days after ordering. Stickers are good quality too!
Ordered a T-shirt for my son. He's normally a small mens but unfortunately this was a very small fit. Contacted TeePublic for an exchange. The response was quick and have sent out a replacement. They asked me to re use or donte the other one, which I will do. Amazing service. I will certainly order from them again.
I ordered a hoodie as a gift but requested wrong size. I reached out to inquire about exchange process and received a response in minutes. Customer service rep completely exceeded my expectations. Also, the hoodie is of high quality and very pretty. I'll definitely do business with TeePublic in the future.
I love their designs, so many talented artists! I have ordered several times... once the product wasnt delivered. It was 10 days past when it should have been delivered and there was nothing updated on the tracking page, so they ordered me a replacement. The original did show up 2 days later and they were able to cancel the reshipment. They are so helpful
I ordered 4 mugs & 2 of them didn't survive the FedEx trip. I emailed the company in the evening & received a response early the next morning, apologizing for the inconvenience & saying they would take care of the issue. Then shortly after, I received another email stating that my replacement order had shipped.
Very pleased with such rapid response, & the quality of the mugs that survived is very good.
I understand the delay with coronavirus stuff going on, but when I finally received my package, there were numerous issues: the shirts were shoved very tightly and halfhazardly into a plastic envelope and as soon as I opened it I was hit with a very strong chemical smell. Upon looking closer, one of the shirts is entirely blank with sticker residue in multiple places and another's print is barely visible and the print itself is blurry. The other 2 shirts seem okay other than the smell, but I'm a little nervous to see how they hold up in the wash, based on other reviews.
Good old fashioned customer service! I had some issues & questions regarding the billing & shipping of my order. They responded immediately. I then had some concerns with one of the items I ordered. Since a change was not possible they issued a cancellation of that item with a refund to follow. Again, responded immediately. I wish more businesses were run this way! Outstanding!
I have been a customer of TeePublic for a while and their products and customer service are exemplary. Any time I have had the slightest problem, I have been able to exchange the item or get a refund with no hassle. My latest purchase was the X-files hoodie "I want to Believe." The sweatshirt is very high quality and the design is beautiful. It's exactly what I wanted.
Just received a kids t-shirt. The shirt is one of the poorest quality I have ever seen. The screen print is good, but with a spot where the dye hasn't taken properly.
Delivery - ordered on 2 February, tracking started on the 10th from Nevada, and I received it in Melbourne Australia on 27. Really? Why did it take so long by Priority International Airmail.

I recently ordered two shirts from TeePublic and they arrived promptly but I had ordered one in too small a size. I communicated with two people to get it corrected and they were extraordinarily polite, responsive and gave me treatment I don't get from my bank. The replacement shirt was sent immediately. Of course the Post Office misdelivered it but TeePublic gave some guidance and stood ready to be of more help. Fortunately the shirt appeared (thanks to a neighbor). I do want to say that as a first-time customer I'm very impressed and intend to deal with them in the future. Their policy of giving work to artists is wonderful. Overall, they prove that courtesy and service to others is a good combination for a successful firm.
My husband & I LOVE TeePublic! I had just ordered him a shirt, then two days later they started a site-wide sale. I emailed Customer Service in the off-chance that they might pro-rate the sale price for my purchase, even though it had already shipped. They emailed me the following day, and had already adjusted the price and processed a refund to my card! So great! My husband had an issue last year with a screen print being off, and TeePublic sent him a replacement shirt within days. I 100% recommend TeePublic for all the awesome stuff you need.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
