I ordered a vintage Purdue Pete sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas. After receiving it, she wanted a bigger size. I contacted TeePublic and they responded quickly and shipped the new size out the same day I emailed. They even told me not to worry about shipping back the original. The sweatshirt was perfect- loved the Purdue Pete and it was soft snd comfortable. We will definitely use TeePublic again!
They advertised a 15% discount if you subscribe, but did not honor it in my total checkout price, stating item was already on sale. That was not mentioned anywhere on website before ordering. I sent at least two emails to them to cancel my order and cancel my subscription if discount does not apply. Site says they will respond within 24 hrs. 48 hrs later, I received conformation my package is on the way. Then they said I can return it. Not only did they not honor the false advertised discount, but now they want me to spend more money to ship shirt back so they can resell it. NOT! Id rather donate it to Goodwill. AND they keep sending me bs emails as tho I accepted subscription. I opted out, however the email keep coming. BBB will be notified. Stay away... Shady company!
When I first saw TeePublic on Facebook it looked too good to be true. 000s of designs from all kinds of independent designers + good quality + different base colours + accurate sizing? It had to be a scam. But I poked around and it looked legit (and accepts paypal) so what's to lose? I ordered my shirts and they are excatly what I ordered: they look great, fit perfectly and are fun to wear. The only downside was that it proved quite hard (for me anyway) to to let the TeePublic folks know how happy I am!
I just wanted to write this review to tell everyone that I had my first interaction with TeePublic and their Customer Service was Amazing. I spoke with Carina several times, and not only did she not get bothered by me, she was super helpful each time and took the time to not only explain what she was talking about, but to even show pictures to go with it. She did not get annoyed with me, stayed friendly and was more than willing to keep helping whenever I needed. And the response time was unbelievable, both from the initial Message to every one after that. Thank you very much for everything!

I have emailed this $#*! 3 times telling them to refund me my money. They never reply. I reported them to American Express.
There was a mistake made by USPS when delivering my package. They never delivered it even though the status stated delivered. Messaged customer support and they were very quick to resolve the issue. Couldn't be happier with my experience and will definitely be purchasing from them again!
My husband is a wonderful man, but is given to ordering things for me that he thinks I would like - but never consulting me about size, color, or anything else. In this case he selected a t-shirt that I adore - but got the wrong size and fit. And he ordered two of them! I contacted customer service to see if I could arrange for an exchange, only to learn that each shirt from TeePublic is made specifically for each order. Returns aren't available. Instead, Maria-Elena helped me by ordering a different shirt for me and asked me to donate the shirts we had already received to a charity! So kind on both counts! Tee-Public is a fabulous place to shop for original items that you'll love to give and get. 5 stars doesn't do them justice!
I ordered a custom shirt and it arrived quickly but i ordered the wrong size unknowingly. Customer service promptly returned my email and went out of their way to help me. I received a replacement shirt within a few days! I am very happy with the product and the service.
I recently placed an order for some shirts. I have several Tee Public shirts already and have really enjoyed the look and feel of all of them. Unfortunately, this recent shipment never made it to me as there was a disconnect between UPS and USPS and the shipment is lost. I reported this to Tee Public customer service and once they confirmed this was the case, they immediately offered to replace the shipment no questions asked. I thought this was going to be a challenging exchange but it was not only easy, but also incredibly friendly and fast. Thank you for your understanding and support. You've created a loyal customer for sure.
I ordered a shirt that was labeled as a kids but when I received it, it was actually an adult size. After a week of waiting for a response from customer service, I finally heard back from TeePublic. They didn't ask for the original shirt to be mailed back or even ask questions, they simply put the new, correct shirt in the mail. I was upset at first because I had not heard from anyone but the immediate shipment of my new shirt has made me a little happier. I just wish I could have t in time for Christmas like I had planned. As least I have the original shirt as a placeholder.
Also, the shirt that I did get looks awesome. My kiddo will love it, and now we both have one!
Ordered a gift early June, it's now July 8th and this package still hasn't been delivered. Correspondence with this company was a nightmare and extremely slow response. They really didn't seem to care about my disappointment at all. They offered a 15% coupon off my next order...
I recently placed an order for 10 various tee shirts, some as gifts and some to keep. The complete order arrived in a timely fashion. Upon inspection of my purchase, two items had some mis-registration of the printing. Following the online instructions for reporting problems, I submitted photos of the mis-prints. I was contacted by customer service fairly quickly and promised replacement of the problematic shirts. I later was emailed the shipping information. A week after receiving the shipping confirmation the items arrived and the quality of this print was perfect. My overall experience with TeePublic- PLEASED. Customer service was punctual and accommodating. I will return for more unique and throwback tee shirts.

I ordered three T-shirts in L, but after arrival I noticed that i had made a mistake and would have needed M. I contacted the Customer Service via a website they set up especially for exchanges/returns. The process didn't take long and the reply came on the next day (I asked Sunday and the answer came Monday). I don't have to return the shirts and the new shirts are delivered without additional charge! Great speed and very supportive customer service, I'm very happy!

I ordered the wrong size for a custom shirt. I did the silly thing and ordered a new shirt (whole new order), then sent a note to Customer Service asking them to fix my error. I was expecting things to be a challenge, since I was now asking for support across two orders. To my surprise (and absolute delight) within minutes, they sent me a note telling me they found my replacement order, are sending me the right sized shirt, and crediting back charges from the second order... and I didn't need to return the original shirt. So now, I get to make a second person happy with a great customized tee shirt - all for the price of one. Extremely responsive and customer focused... would definitely buy again.
I received my tank top order and unfortunately it was too small for hubby. The folks at TeePublic told me to donate, gift or give away the wrong sized one and they'd ship me a new one! Thank you for your awesome customer service! I gave the other one to my son!
If you're looking for T-shirts, I highly recommend TeePublic. The shirt I ordered was too small so I requested a different size. My email was answered almost immediately! The new shirt has been sent out to me the same day and I didn't have to return the one that was too small. I get to keep it as a courtesy! This is unheard of in my opinion! If you want a company that you can trust and who provides EXCELLENT customer, I recommend (especially large quantities for family reunions, T-shirts as company uniforms, etc.) TeePublic and I will always order from them from now on!
I ordered two T shirts for women and they were too small. When I told them that, they said they are sending me larger T shirts and I could keep the two I already have. I am going to give them away. I got a very quick response and I appreciate that I don't have the trouble of returning them! They were very generous.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
