Unfortunately the sizing was wrong for my granddaughters tshirt. TeePublic were very helpful in fixing this making the correction a very easy process. I am very pleased with their whole attitude regarding customer service and love the designs of the product.
I recently purchased a Greenville Swamp Rabbits Hoodie for my grandsons birthday. I mistakenly ordered an adult medium size rather than a youth medium when the shirt arrived I realized my mistake and contacted the customer service team. They were professional and went beyond my expectations. They replaced my order with the correct size no issues or questions asked

I have used a couple other popular online Tshirt retail companies and stumbled upon TeePublic. I've now ordered a few T's and Tanks and really loving the product, online experience and customer service. The prices and variety at TeePublic are hard to beat and the shirt material quality is great. What has really stood out is the responsiveness of their Customer Support. One order had a size mixup and initiating and exchange was a breeze. Since we're amidst the Olympics, TeePublic has definitely earned the gold.
I was excited to receive my shirts when I seen usps notify me that my package was out for delivery. Sadly at the end of the day I was notified that my address was insufficient. I never had this happen before. I was so upset. So I went to the post office the next day and was told they sent my package back. I was furious. They didn't even hold it for a day! Well I contacted teepublic and I could not of had a better customer service experience. I was calm from the start or contact when they replied in minutes to me saying the would reship or refund. I asked to reship because I really like the shirts and would love to have them. I would definitely do business with again just by the way I was treated. I thank them again so very much!
This statement is after my 3rd order with Tee Public. Their products are of amazing quality and colors. Heavy duty fabric for the price and launder fantastic. My first order I messed up and they made it right and had me donate my mistake to someone else and sent me what I intentionally wanted. The second order the kid I bought the shirt for didn't like it so Tee Public stepped in again to help. They are an awesome company and I will continue to keep shopping and sharing with Tee Public.

First time purchasing from TeePublic. I accidentally duplicated my order, but, was too late to cancel. They credited my card, and allowed me to keep the extra shirts, which i donated. As if that weren't good enough, one of the shirts was too small, so they sent me a larger size at no charge! Best customer service ever, and great shirts. Thanks fran and the staff.

TeePublic's commitment to delighting their customers is impeccable! I've purchased many shirts from TeePublic. However, on my most recent purchase selected the incorrect size for 3 shirts purchased. Not only did TeePublic quickly replace the 3 shirts with the correct sized shirts, they did not even require me to return the original purchase. In stead, they suggested that I donate them to a worthy cause/organization... which I certainly did. I am a TeePublic customer FOR LIFE!
I recently contacted TeePublic concerning an exchange for a holiday gift purchase. It's the holiday season, COVID is complicating things, and the USPS is overwhelmed (as many of us have been). Taking all of that into consideration I was in no rush.
I received a very quick response as well as a solution to my inquiry within 24 hrs. TeePublic was sending the size replacements I requested and they insisted that I keep the original shirts I was expecting to return. No worrying about packaging or a trip to the post office (@$%#&'n COVID!)... no additional cost... and the potential to gift the original shirts to someone else!? Amazing. They made this so easy on my end and went above and beyond what I was expecting! Sincerely appreciate the jesture and the consideration of their customer's time and well being. I can't recommend TeePublic highly enough and will be using them exclusively from now on.
I have ordered quite a few shirts because I love so many of their designs. One of the first ones I ordered turned out not to fit. I did not bother to follow up as I figured the shirt sizing was something beyond their control.
A few months later, I decided to re-order the same shirt, in a larger size - but then figured I should try to confirm sizing/deviations before putting the order through. Teepublic's customer service not only instigated the conversation about the undersized shirt, but ended up replacing it at no cost.
I couldn't be happier with Teepublic and will remain an avid customer.
I reached out to the company to let them know I had an issue with the shirts. They immediately fixed the issue! I bought 3 shirts for my husband for Christmas. I was given 3 new shirts with out hesitation! I will be definitely be using this company in the future. Very fast response! Very professional even through email.
Ordered a T-Shirt as a present, got a large but when it arrived it was too big. I used the Contact Us form on their website which was super easy, even allowed me to link my order directly to the message. I requested the smaller size and within minutes got a confirmation email that a medium was on it's way and a separate email from a representative to inform me that she had processed the new order AND that I could keep the current t-shirt - encouraging me to keep, donate or reuse it.
I was also very impressed by the quality of the t-shirt, would definitely recommend this site!
Horrible treatment of the artist designers. This company indiscriminately takes artist renderings of famous people down while leaving actual photos of famous people up by the other so called "designer" shops who they advertise and favor. They also take down entire stores, then pocket the sales you've made, no questions asked when they deem you in "violation" of copyright laws. A painting is protected under the "free speech" clause while a celebrity photograph is protected under the "free press" clause. Total bull$#*!!
At the busiest time of the year, I was able to get a replacement shirt for my granddaughter. The original size I ordered was too small. I contacted TeePublic and the representative got back to me immediately and instructed me what to do. I was told to keep the shirt that did not fit and donate it. How kind is that? Then the shirt in the right size was sent to me immediately. I am very impressed with the service and the shirt and will buy from TeePublic again.
I had never dealt with this company and their customer service has exceeded my expectations. The t-shirt I ordered for my daughter was too small and not the colour I was expecting, so I requested a larger size in a different colour. They immediately responded to confirm that they'd sent a replacement and that I could donate/re-gift the one I had to save me having to go to a post office. In the current climate, this was so much appreciated. What exceptional customer service!
I've ordered t-shirts from TeePublic before. I've always had a pleasant experience. Their t-shirts are very good quality fabric and designs. Recently the t-shirt that I ordered was too small. I emailed TeePublic to see if I can exchange it for a larger size. Not only did they email me in a timely manner but the are sending me the larger size t-shirt and they are giving me the courtesy of keeping the t-shirt that I already have. When I find a company that does wonderful things like this I always stick with them and I tell all of my friends about them too.

Buying hoodie for grandson's birthday. Arrived very promptly and exactly what i asked for and really good quality. However, i decided i had over estimated his size so contacted teepublic to discuss an exchange for smaller size. They immediately organised the despatch of small size and told me not to return the too large item but to "keep, donate or re-use it". So, basically teepublic give good quality, great range of products and exceptional service!
Purchased what I thought was the correct size of hoodie for my husband as a gift. Needed a larger size and requested an exchange. What I didn't expect is that they asked me to not worry about sending the hoodie back to them AND another was on the way! That was unexpected—Great customer service. Luckily I love the podcast too (Strange Familiars) and the hoodie fits me :)
Well the t-shirt are fine (Smells awful!) My problem was that when I took the black t-shirt up from the bag, a spider came running out! I thought that maybe the spider was from my own mailbox (Because I have a bunch of spiders in my mailbox at the moment) But no, the package was completely sealed, so that means the spider came from the factory... I'll recommend you, next time check and see if a spider is in the bag.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
