These black lab t-shirts were so great I just had to order one for each member of the family! 2 were too small, so I emailed asking to exchange for different sizes. The company responded the next day and offered to send out the larger sizes right away. I'm anxious to get them and will order from this company again.
After fighting cancer for 7 months I'm finally returning to work soon and I needed the perfect BBQ mask which I found them at TeePubluc. Sadly they arrived and were to small. After sending an email explaining and requesting a larger size I was promptly replied to and they are sending me the larger size, refunding me for the difference, and they said I didn't need to go through the hassle of returning the ones that were to small! It's rare to have such great customer service. I'm really looking forward to showing off my masks on my first day back to work! Thank you TeePublic! I would recommend this site to anyone!
Great service, very good support. I will very surely buy at teepublic again! T-shirts had a blurred print, and I became the option to choose two t-shirts with another print and even could keep the paid t-shirts, which I will donate.
I ordered 4 shirts and a mask. I loved the designs but three of the woman size shirts were to small. I sent an email and Tee Public responded with in a few hours and my exchange is on the way. It was simple and painless. I do request that they list the brand and where the shirt is made.

Size is great, little long but slim fitting, just how I wanted it. However the color was not what I expected. I reached out to customer service and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. I am able to get the color I would like at no extra cost! Will definitely use them again in the future
They can and will delete your account without cause for any reason. They claim that they will give the artist an opportunity to dispute any TOS/Copyright claims but this is patently false. If you try to get specific answers you will be pointed to different departments in the company until you go around a few times in a circle. You will be told the legal team is overloaded and can't get to every request. Read the other reviews, they have scammed many artists out of a lot of money.
I accidentally ordered a shirt I didn't need, but thankfully I noticed it within the same day of my order. When I contacted customer service, the representative was very helpful and able to adjust the order and refund me the original cost of the shirt without any issues. Between the outstanding service and products, I'll definitely be recommending this company to friends!
I ordered 6 sweatshirts that were the wrong size (my error) and sent an email on a Sunday morning asking if I could exchange them. Within 10 minutes I was replied to and told new shirts were on the way. There was no need to send back my original ones and that I should donate them to charity. I couldn't believe it! I have honestly never been treated so well by a company. I am in shock!
I ordered a few t-shirts (3) as gifts for my friends children. Received the full order within a few days to find I didn't order correct sizes after showing my friend (which was my mistake). I reached out to TeePublic to see about exchanging the shirts for the correct sizes & the process to do so. Not only did I receive an immediate response, they graciously agreed to send out the correct sizes while also saying I need not return the shirts already received; instead asked that I donate, give them to someone in need. Such an awesome experience... will definitely order again!
The T shirt prints advertised on their website are nowhere near the quality of what you will receive. What I received was akin to a bootleg/reject quality T shirt. Over print and clashing white border (That was not clear in the photos shown on the site). False advertising
After ordering the wrong size sweatshirt (totally my fault) TeePublic offered to exchange the shirt at no cost to me. They also suggested that I donate the shirt which I fully intend to do. I am active in donating to the homeless and know that one of them will really appreciate this quality garment.

The quality of the shirts I got were great! TeePublic has so many different options for shirts it is truly incredible! I could type in almost anything and they would have a shirt for it! The shipping is pretty slow but other than that I have no complaints!
I received my T shirt which was great but unfortunately it was the wrong size. I advised Customer Service and they advised they would send me the correct size without having to pay one cent! On top of that they said keep the original tshirt and donate to someone who may need it. Unbelievable. I will recommend this company to any one - they seem to have heart and compassion. You should be very proud of yourselves as I am.
I recently placed a few orders through TeePublic and I was impressed by the tracking transparency of their orders.
I have ordered in the past and have had some minor glitches. This last time, I ordered coffee mugs and they send me a second box of coffee mugs by mistake. There has been a lot of uncertainty and change during COVID, so I understand that these mistakes happen.
They were responsive on how to handle the situation and kept in touch until my complete order was delivered.
I love this site and would definitely use it again!

I recently Purchased a really cool tee from teepublic. When i received The tee i was Very pleased with the quality. However, when i tried it on it was a little snug (summer time bbq weight gain i guess)... i emailed Customer service and they promptly solved the issue. I was shocked how easy it was to work with teepublic on an exchange. I will Be purchasing more tees from them in the future because they seem like great people and care about your experience.
They closed down my store with no warning what so ever, other than a vague terms and conditions page. I asked why and they never responded. On ANY of their "help" emails. They never replied once. No only did they close my store down, they apparently get to keep all my earnings too.

The shirts I bought were awesome, great selection and a wonderful way to help artists.
The quality of the shirt print looked good but after a few washes the print started cracking, bubbling and fading. So buyer beware, you can have an awesome shirt, but you have to add a little more effort in your washing routine.
Washing instructions:
Turn inside out
Wash on the coldest water setting
Use a gentle detergent
Hang dry (do NOTput these in the dryer)
Other than that the customer service is the best, extremely helpful and very kind.
At the beginning of December, I ordered two refrigerator magnets for Christmas gifts. They shipped quickly and then I waited... and waited. By December 16, when they still hadn't arrived, I emailed customer service at TeePublic. Not only did I get an immediate response but had a replacement order in my hands 3 days later. They shipped it priority so that I would have it on time for Christmas. Fantastic job by customer service -- I will definitely order from TeePublic again.
This is my second holiday season ordering from TeePublic. I've always appreciated the quality of their products and array of appealing merchandise. Recently, I was incredibly impressed with the customer service I received. While I loved the design of the t-shirt I ordered for my son, it ran a bit on the small side. I submitted an online exchange form to begin the process of returning my shirt for a larger one, and within an hour, I received a prompt, kind response. I was informed that the customer service team had placed a new order, to be shipped the quickest form possible--all at no expense to me. In addition, they kindly suggested I keep the original shirt and donate it or give it to another child. This entire process couldn't have been simpler. This is precisely the type of support that will keep me returning to the site as a loyal customer.
They offer no refund or exchange unless the item is defective. Their reasoning is the item is custom made which is just not true. Items are ordered on line from a catalog and not custom made in any way. The reason I want to return is the item is cheaply made.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
