The first time I ordered, my ordered thing wasn't arrived. Because the address I put in the order sheet somehow changed on the way... I asked the customer service team of Tee Public. They found the reason why my parcel can't arrive. After that, they sent it again as soon as possible. Finally the parcel safely arrived in 2020.
It was a little bit disappointed the print was a little bit out of position.
But it is no problem! I satisfied with the Tee Public service! Thanks for everyone!
Originally gave them 1 star because I had ordered shirts in May and hadn't heard anything. I was worried I would never get my order but it arrived today july 1st. Changing my review to 3 stars. Customer service did get back to me and they were great and I'm sure they are swamped with emails with delayed orders. 3 stars for shirt quality. They are just ok. I had ordered from tee public couple of years ago and I still have those shirts and they still look good. This order I just received, the quality is not nearly as good. The images are not as vibrant as the pictures online and the shirt themselves dont look or feel very nice. The worst offenders are the child shirts that I ordered, the material feels rough so the shirts look like old shirts after one wash and the images look a little off, like the image was stretched so the font is not as sharp. I think I would order from them again for adult shirts; if they were having a sale and definitely after covid. Stay safe everyone.
Ordered 100$ worth of shirts 1 month ago they still show as printing. Contacted customer service 2 weeks ago and they say that they cant give me a specific date but orders are shipping at a 5 business days delay. Waited 2 more weeks still nothing. Can only contact them through email and by their policy if you email them multiple times you email gets pulled down the queue each time. So it's a waiting game... and by looking at these reviews if I ever get them, they wont be good. Lesson learned wont order again. Gonna try to figure a way to get money back.

I recently purchased 4 t-shirts from their site and sadly three were too big. I reached out to customer service looking to exchange my shirts for a smaller size. Thinking I was going to have to send the originals back... Samuel (and others after) promptly responded back to my email and not only exchanged my shirts for a smaller size, (+ free shipping) but also let me keep the originals free of charge! I think their customer service is beyond phenomenal and I am super impressed with the quality of their shirts. I see a lot of negative comments regarding shipping. Guys, it says right on the site, due to Covid, shipping will be a little crazy. Highly recommended for anyone looking to purchase any of their products!
I've always been leery of ordering clothes on-line, but with the pandemic, it's almost become a must now. After looking at the Teepublic site, I saw many, many rock band T shirts that looked like a must have, many more offered than any other site I could find, and with the sale going on, I figured I'd give them a shot. Even during the pandemic with the post office running with a skeleton crew, and Christmas fast approaching, all 8 of them arrived within 10 days; and they are beautiful. Bright colors, nicely done on the shirts, they are straight and centered (which is harder to find than you might think). It's also really great to be able to choose your color (let's face it, most rock band T shirts are black). Great shirts, great price, great customer service.
As a first time customer I ordered two medium t-shirts. Unfortunately when they arrived they were too small- some brands I wear a large and some brands a medium. With minimal effort I contacted customer service and they sent me two replacement shirts in size large- no questions asked. They were friendly, courteous, quick to respond, and most importantly it required very little of my time and effort. In short, this was an efficient and effort free experience which perfectly met my needs.
I ordered a "tapestry" bearing the logo of my favorite soccer team. I had intended to use it as a throw blanket while watching games. What I received was a ridiculously thin, polyester bed sheet printed on one side! I can clearly see my ceiling lights through this veil when I hold it up! When I informed them that what I received was not a tapestry, and that I would like a refund, they basically sent me a link to a graphic from an Amazon shopping site that said that their tapestries were "lightweight" and "microfiber". Problem is, I didn't get it through Amazon! I got it from THEIR OWN web site! An additional problem is that the use of the team insignia on this product is unlicensed (ILLEGAL). The email I received from them said they do not give refunds, but that they would send me another product! As if I would want another veil!
I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I reached out to customer service for an exchange and they generously told me to keep it and they shipped me the new size. I was able to give 2 dad's "Girl Dad" t-shirts, one of the dads is 86 years old and loved it! It's customer service like this that will make me a repeat customer and tell others about it! Great job!
4 weeks later I got a confirmation UPS shipping... 1 week later the UPS tracking hasn't updated from order processed (aka not picked up) and they send me another UPS tracking number that is not going any where... Super disappointment as they have good shirts..
I ordered my daughter a sweatshirt for her birthday & the shipping was lighting speed! The only downside was it was the wrong color :( I contacted Tee Public and they immediately fixed the issue with a new correct order and even told me to keep the old one. It did take a little longer to ship the 2nd order but I'm just happy my daughter was happy when she received it:)

Ordered tee shirt in wrong size and asked for exchange. Customer service gor right back to me and offered replacement in correct size as well as letting me keep the original which I will gift to another friend or charity... what a fantastic service and company. Would definitely recommend. Grat designs and choice too
Terrible quality, Zero customer service. They will not except returns for any reason. They will respond with "Dear customer, we will happily return..." Nope. That is to make potential customers believe they are not selling junk.

I ordered sizes of shirts that didn't end up working once I received them. I worked with a few members the customer service team and they were so helpful!
They responded quickly and resolved the issue so that i could receive my items in time. Will buy more from them at rhe next opportunity!
I got the wrong size from these guys (my mistake) and I asked if I could exchange it. They said yes, no need to return my old shirt or pay for the exchange. They were so friendly, they have great customer service!
I made a mistake and ordered shirts for my son and husband, all of which I ordered the wrong sizes! Teepublic got in contact with me within a few minutes. They took time to review my order, they let me change all sizes. This is a great company! I will definitely order from them again!
I love the idea of the site, I love the designs! But the prints on clothing are garbage. This isn't from a single purchase either! Three separate items (2 t shirts, 1 hoodie) have all been extremely disappointing. With very minimal use and careful washing, the designs come off very quickly. The hoodie design was completely destroyed after a single wear and wash. It's not worth it!
I ordered four shirts and one had a flaw in printing. I sent a short note on a Sunday morning and a picture of the flaw and within an hour I had confirmation that a replacement was on its way! Amazing customer service, no questions or requests for more information. I'm thrilled and will definitely shop here again! I even had a personal response from a TeePublic staffer. Wow!
So I ordered two t-shirts, and they were so long when I received them, I posted a review stating I could wear them as a short dress! They emailed me right away, told me to keep the two t-shirts, and to pick out two more in a different size!

I ordered three tee shirts fromTeePubic. I used their sizing chart, but perhaps not correctly as the shirts were all too small. They offer to exchange sizes. I requested they go up one size and received a confirmation email I emailed them again to ask the procedure to return the 3 shirts that were too small. To my delighted surprise, they told me to donate them! I'm a life long customer now and think the company's altruistic attitude is amazing.
I can't say enough about how happy I am with my purchase. I got my order today and absolutely love it but it was too small. Great quality, detail, and fabric. I contacted the company right away. I wasn't expecting a reply until tomorrow. Not only did I get a reply but they immediately corrected my purchase and resent the item out today. I haven't gotten this great service from anyone in years. Great to work with and will do business again!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
