I almost never write reviews, however TeePublic impressed me so much by their extraordinary customer service, it made my online shopping experience well worth it!. The way they handled my request for a size exchange that I had to give TeePublic props for cusotmer retention. They made it so easy, were prompt in replying and addressing the issue no questions asked. When I asked about returning for a larger size, as I believe the size I ordered would shrink too much after 1 wash, they said, " that's ok... give it away, donate it, use it". I can see how this could be abused but for a honest consumer what a great way to get repeat business. Worthy of praise and a great review, I will definitely order from TeePublic again while promoting this experience to my family and friends!. Shout out to Caroline and Andreea at TeePublic.
Placed an order May 1st. Money is instantly removed from my account, but I don't even receive a confirmation email. So after a week, I email them to inquire. As with most everyone else leaving reviews- it took days to hear back. When I finally do, I have to answer another question which takes even more time to hear back about. I understand that patience is key with what's going on in the world as of late, so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. But pre covid reviews tell me that this isn't a new way of doing business for them. If my order wasn't scheduled to be delivered today, almost a month and a halF after I placed it, I would cancel it. I love supporting independent artists, but not at risk of having to deal with tee public again.
I received the 'BLESS YOUR HEART' sticker today. I love it! It is going on the back of my phone case. As a Pastor it may not be super appropriate but neither am I at all times. Thank you for sending it in a timely fashion.

I ordered 2 Tee's for a Red hot chili peppers concert I'm going to in Vegas. The reviews recommended ordering a size up, so I did. Tee's came and was way too snug. I sent an email explaining the situ and was offered an exchange for bigger sizes. I then received an email stating that my replacement Tee's were on the way and that I could keep my original one's, all at no extra cost to me. I was not expecting that! All in all the whole thing took less than a week from my first email to receiving my replacements. Now that's great customer service.
I am very aware of inflation, but a small coffee mug shouldn't be priced at $15.00 + shipping... especially since the design/art is only on ONE side of the mug. It was not mentioned in the description and it was wrong for me to assume the design/art would be on both sides. I just assumed it would be for that price. The size and design/art is not worth the price!
I ordered two different t-shirts in two fit styles (one of each) and there was an unexpected issue with one of them. It was my fault, I gambled on an untested fit and I lost. Normally I'd just accept it and move on. But I was really bummed knowing I'd probably never wear that shirt, or only wear it with a jacket to hide the too-short sleeves. So I contacted customer service and they sent me another shirt in the "good" fit, so now I have both shirts in the preferred fit and I can't wait to wear the heck out of them.
I stumbled across some hard to find memorabilia from my military days and jumped on it.
The quality seems good, medium weight tee and hoodie. Not loving the fact the hoodie is made in El Salvador and the tee in Mexico, (Booo) then distributed from GA, USA but I'll give them a pass since the customer service was excellent and the shipping was pretty quick. I was sent the wrong size hoodie, and they did not hesitate to reprint the correct size and resend new item at no charge. They even let me keep the mistaken item to avoid any hassle of returning, which i will happily gift to a family member. It's a pleasure knowing that there are some online companies that do the right thing for their customers and you can buy from them with confidence.
Keep up the good work, and maybe jump on the made in the USA stuff?
This Christmas was the first I've ordered from TeePublic. My order came earlier than expected and the Tee was great! Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size, but getting a replacement exceeded any of my expectations. The service was prompt and there are not enough stars for the kindness. I ordered a sweatshirt for my Son for Christmas. The shipping was quick and It was exactly what I ordered except, it was way to small. The sizing must be a little different or I accidentally ordered a child medium instead of an adult medium. Either way, it was not going to fit. I emailed TeePublic to request an exchange. I was a little sad because I figured I would have to wait for the new one to be ordered after they received the incorrect size I had. It would not make it before Christmas. To my unexpected delight, I received an email the next day confirming my exchange. Not only were they going to honor my exchange but they had already ordered the corrected size and encouraged me to donate the original sweatshirt to someone who it may benefit. The thoughtfulness of being able to pass it along made me feel like people were their priority, not just money. This was not the first shirt I ordered from them and it will defiantly not be the last!
I placed an order, but inadvertently my computer switched the address to an old one just as I entered the next page, and I was unable to retrieve it. I didn't have the order number, so had to contact customer service. Within a quick minute customer service had an answer in my email box. We were back and forth for a couple of minutes until I could figure out how to take care of the problem. You cannot believe how wonderful it was to have cust. Svc rep after cust. Svc rep continue to help me. It was a great relief as I didn't want the order to go to the wrong address. I highly recommend this company. Fantastic people and service.
My 14 year old was buying her younger 9 year old sister two shirts for Xmas and her bday. When the first one came in, it looked great... but by accident we ordered a MENS large, not a youth large. The shirt quality was great... but clearly the wrong size. I contacted teepublic, and they not only are sending me the correct size, but they told me just to keep the men's large (use, donate, recycle)... and it was MY mistake. I truly appreciate their business and will be back.
Ordered (1) t-shirt from them on Dec 9th. It is now Dec 20th and the tracking status still shows as "waiting for item". Was hoping to get this by now but their process/shipping service are below par. Never ordering from them again!

I ordered a face mask on May 4.2 months ago! I did receive a facemask on June 19 but it was the wrong one (I ordered an adorable monkey in a fez and I got "pitbull mom." So not even close. It took a full week of emails before they issued a replacement. And rather than expediting the replacement, as they should have, I got a shipping schedule of 10-20 days -- the same as they said for the original mask (which also was delayed on top of that). Sending the wrong mask was their error and the shipping should have been expedited. Before knowing how bad the company sucked I ordered shirts on June 9. They still haven't shipped. Never again.
One thing was to arrive 5 days ago, the other order 2 days ago. I was up charged special shipping of $15 per order to get it on the 13th & 15th. The 17th is here an the order hasn't even gotten close to my state according to UPS. So why charge me extra if you use a $#*! company like UPS that NEVER gets my orders to my house the day I paid for the arrival. Now my Christmas presents will be delivered after we leave town for 2 week's. Hopefully they won't get stolen. Thanks for nothing TeePublic. Never ordering for your company again.
I placed an order as a gift for my dad for a surprise for his b-day. With the event right around the corner I received the shirt and was panicked that it was too small and I wouldn't have time to get it replaced in time. I emailed customer support and they responded back right away. They responded saying they were sending a larger size right out to me. I am so blown away at the amazing helpful customer service. I feel like its not very often these days that a company's customer service goes above and beyond. I wish every company was likeTeepublic. The t-shirt, though too small is a great soft good quality fabric and I'm excited for my dad to get the new one.
I ordered a shirt and received it in a timely manner, but the print was badly off center. I emailed them and received a quick response apologizing for the issue and asked for a photo. Email responses throughout the process were fast and addressed my questions. They allowed me to keep or donate the shirt that was off center and shipped a new one to me within two days, at no cost. The customer service was excellent! Variability can happen, even with good quality work. How a company deals with the error and the customer makes all the difference to me. This was a good experience even though it was not right the first time.
The selection of shirts is awesome. Logos and shirts are high quality. One of the shirts I ordered was too small, so I went thru the exchange process and it was super easy! They responded right away, are sending me a new shirt no charge and let me keep the too small one. Very impressed with product and customer service.
I have placed several orders with TeePublic and love their tees' quality and the huge design selection. I can always find many choices that I love. So, when I received a tee that was less than perfect (the top part of the design was cut off/missing) I was disappointed.
I contacted customer service with a pic of the less than perfect tee, and I was given the option of a replacement or my money refunded. No need to return the tee, which can be a hassle. It was SO easy!

I received a tracking notice that my masks were delivered on June 29th. Today is July 13th and nothing has been received. My CC was charged immediately - not when the order was filled. Now I get emails each week telling me that they are going to reply to my email concern. Would I recommend or buy from this organization again? Would you?

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
