I purchased a 2X Kumeyaay sweatshirt for my son. Unfortunately it was too small so I requested to exchange it for a 3X. Within minutes of my request I received an email saying that my order had been sent and to keep the original order or donate it. I will definitely order from them again. No question. No hassle exchanges. Excellent customer service.
I am a returning customer and will be placing more orders in the future. My favorite line is the "Tony Tee_ze" line! I've even shared this site with my Family & Friends. One of the items I got, the print wasn't good, so I let them know with a pic of it and they sent out a replacement (free of charge) that is great customer service! They stand by their customer satisfaction guarantee and that makes me come back more and more.
Ordered 2 tee shirts on June 10th because we are finally having a Granddaughter. One says it has shipped the other one says it should be here july 15th. To late for me. My Granddaughter will be here july 10th. I think 35 says is ridiculous for a tee shirt not to mention 6.99 each for shipping. I will Never order from this company again. Wish I had just stayed with Etsy!
I've never had such a great experience with customer service. I had ordered the wrong size and they sent a correct size at no charge. Not even shipping! The art wirk on the Tee is terrific. I highly recommend if you are on the market for a great buy
I reached out to customer service over email on a Saturday, and they responded to my request and changed my order by the following Monday. I had accidentally ordered two of the same shirt in my order. They refunded the money for the shirt, and resubmitted my order, no problema. The people I emailed with were very friendly and helpful.
Plus, you gotta love the fact that this site sells designs from so many different independent artists. The shirts I ordered online arrived looking exactly like the designs I chose, the sizing was perfect, and the fabric is so comfortable and soft. The shirt designs are so cool. I try to tell a many people about this site as I can, especially when they compliment my shirt.

I ordered a shirt for a birthday present for my boyfriend. I got updates and it arrived when expected. When I opened the package it was the wrong shirt. I followed the instructions on returning it. It was very easy and the correct shirt was sent quickly. The shirt was perfect and my boyfriend loved it. At all times, the customer service stayed involved to make sure I could check on the status and that I was happy with the final product. I would DEFINITELY order from them again!
The kind that you rarely find anymore. I placed an order for a t-shirt. The delivery was very fast and the quality of the product is excellent. I had a size issue and emailed customer service. I received a reply promptly and they resolved my issue without any delay. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TeePublic. I ordered a dozen different shirts after seeing there advert on Youtube. They looked good on video but ended up like cheap Chinese knockoff crap. I talked to Jamie directly and found him to be a BFP. If you need something to clean up spills around the garage, they these are the t-shirts you need.
Weeks go buy, no delivery. They say it shipped, but no shipper tracking info. THen they say it was lost. Then they say they will re-ship. No tracking information. Weeks go by. Nothing. Then they do not respond to emails. Repeat.

I ordered two shirts. One was sent and the other cancelled as they didn't have it. I complained as I paid expedited shipping for two shirts. TeePublic sent a replacement shirt for the cancelled one at no cost.

I ordered a hoodie and t-shirt and was sent the t-shirt in the wrong color. Not only did TeePublic send me another t-shirt without any hassle whatsoever, they also replaced it with a different size and did not even require that I send them back the original shirt, but told me to feel free to keep it. I even offered to send it back and pay for shipping myself, so they could re-sell it, but they insisted I keep it. They replied to all my emails in a timely manner and I'm super impressed with their customer service. It makes me all the more inclined to buy from them again and recommend them to others. I purchased an Oregon Trail "You have died of dysentery" t-shirt, because that's just awesome haha. Anyways, I measured myself and thought I purchased the correct size, but when it arrived, I realized I had ordered one size too small. I contacted the company and requested an exchange to the larger size, thinking I'd have to return the too small shirt. I was mistaken! They emailed me back, telling me that they had already sent the new size and that I should keep the small one and give it to someone else. Wow! Amazing customer service! I will definitely purchase from this company again!

I have ordered from TeePublic a few times and every single time my order was shipped and received in a very fair amount of time. Even during the issues Covid has presented, I have received the same service I did prior to such things. I have ordered well over a dozen shirts from them and have only had 2 that had some flaw. TeePublic was able to help resolve the issue kindly, courteously, and rapidly. Extremely satisfied with the concept, the product, and the company.
I had a shirt in mind that I was looking for and a Google search led me to Teepublic. They had what I was looking for and alot of options as far as type of shirt and colors so I placed my order. I ordered a size I thought would work but it was too small, so I initiated an exchange through their site and received a response the next day that my bigger size was on the way! Really appreciated such a quick turnaround!
This team has amazing customer service! The tee shirt we ordered was too small and without any time passing at all, they sent us a new one and encouraged us to keep the one that was too small to donate. Very friendly and responsive.

I ordered two shirts that when I received them didnt fit as I wanted. I contacted them for an exchange and they responded within 2-3 business days. They sent the sizes I wanted and allowed me to keep the old shirts. I cant ask for anything better. Will definitely buy from them again and will tell others. Oh the shirts are great quality also.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
