I placed my order December 25th. I ordered two tshirts and have not received any information on the order yet. The company took the money out of my account seconds after I submitted order byt still hasn't gotten back to me. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Will never order from this site again and will tell everyone I can about the terrible service this company provides.
I ordered a shirt on May 29th. On June 15th, I finally decided to file a complaint to get a refund. There was 0 information provided on when I would receive the shirt that I ordered. Additionally, customer service was non-existent. They told me that the shirt that I had ordered 3 weeks ago would ship soon but it never shipped. When I asked TeePublic for a refund on my order they went radio silent. After I filed a complaint with PayPal and got my refund that way, I finally received a response from an actual person from TeePublic apologizing for my experience. This company is either a scam or very poorly operated.
I received my tshirt, but it was too snugged. I emailed TeePublic for procedures to do an exchange. I got a reply within an hour asking for the correct size. Not only did they tell me they would ship the correct size, they told me as a courtesy, there was no need to send the original back—they encouraged me to keep, donate, or reuse it. Now that is great customer service!
I ordered some stickers on line whilst New Zealand was in the early stages of level 4 covid lock down was taking place - so i knew there was going to be a delay in processing and posting. I got an immediate response from Tee Public acknowledging my order and then another email saying goods were on the way along with a link to track it. After 2 months i thought id enquire through the tracking link. I found it had gone on a mystery tour of the US states and wasnt expected to arrive in New Zealand until September. I emailed Tee Public who immediately replied and dispatched for free a replacement. Which happily arrived very promptly. Great service from Tee Public ( in fact i am that impressed that when the original package arrives i will contact Tee Public to psy them so they are not out of pocket) not so great service from the US postal service who need to work on their world wide geography.
The quality of the product was excellent, we are really happy with our t shirts. One of the t shirts was the wrong size, the customer service helping to get the new size was first class. Would highly recommend this company.
I was in search of the subtle Red Sox fan t-shirt - with the CITGO sign - and found one on TeePublic's website. At first I ordered a women's medium (way too small), then a women's XL (still too small) and then a men's XL (just right! Big enough to sleep in). I purchased a few Dave Chappell t shirts. 1 of them was a size medium in women instead of men. I messaged Tee Public thinking they would give me a hassle and they didnt at all. The accommodated me and sent me a new shirt in the size I desired. Thanks to the whole team that helped assist me!
I have ordered two 4XL t-tshirts, but when i got them and tried them on, i realized that i had chosen the wrong size.
Then i have written to the customer service to ask for a change, Samuel from their team very quickly respond to me offering to send me two t-shirts with the right size, without asking me to send back the wrongs ones; all that without charges on me.
Excellent, quick and efficient service.

I ordered a Cactuar shirt from the site and accidentally had an old address auto-fill for the shipping information. After tracking the shipment, I realized my mistake and gave them a call. Samantha answered my call and was very helpful. I was able to have another one sent to me with no charge. I was expecting to have to pay for another shipment so it was quite nice they were understanding. The shipment arrived at its expected time and the product was exactly what I was looking for. Overall a good experience for messing up my own order.
I ordered 8 T-shirts during the sale for Christmas gifts. I was beyond happy at the product I received. The art on the shirts was amazing and the shirts are super soft. However, when my two siblings opened their gifts and tried them on, I had the mens too large and the female shirts too small. I sent a message to support letting them know about the sizing issues. To my surprise, they emailed back letting me know that they had replacements on the way and to dispose of or donate the other shirts however I chose. I was very happy. However, on the replacement order, I noticed two of the replacement shirts were put in as the wrong size again. I emailed again and they were so helpful and are replacing those as well. I would rate this customer service as some of the best I have ever encountered. Shipping was timely even without the faster options chosen. I hope to replace all my nerdy Batman t-shirts with T public. I highly recommend them to everyone.
I ordered 3 t-shirts late in the day on November 30th. They arrived quickly or as expected; December 8th (8 days, 6 business days). They run small and the youth sizes were even smaller. I contacted the company via email about an exchange and they responded within minutes! They were very accommodating and went beyond what I expected. I would certainly recommend their business.
I ordered 2 shirts made by a close friend and after I ordered, they pulled her shirt. Then, replied that I would still get them a week later, sent me tracking that shows an error message. I checked with my order confirmation on the website and the same. I was never refunded. She was never paid as an artist and I never received my order. Very very unhappy. I waisted $52.00 during a pandemic. Unacceptable!
I ordered the wrong size in a T-shirt for my granddaughter and ordered a small instead of a medium. I emailed them and they were so helpful! They sent out a new size medium and told me to keep it or give it to someone so I am going to pay it forward and give to our homeless friends in our city.
I ordered a shirt from them on December 14. It is January 30th and I have yet to receive it. I have sent them an email and they told me that there was an issue with their printing company. At this point I am pretty dissapointed and will not buy from them again. I wish I would have checked the reviews before I placed my order.
Buyer Beware! Do not walk, RUN away! I've been waiting almost 2 months for a t-shirt that I could've MADE. I ordered it because I liked the style and the saying, but $#*!, I could've spun the damn cotton and made the shirt myself already. It was SUPPOSED to be here June 12,2020 and it's now July 4,2020. All I want is my damn money back. Keep your shirt! From most of the reviews I've read, it's not gonna be worth the money I paid for it anyway. Process my refund for the FULL amount PLUS shipping!
Was looking everywhere for a Naruto hoodie for a gift and found so many different ones on TeePublic. Unfortunately the one I ordered didn't fit. I emailed them immediately to see about an exchange and they got back to me and got a new order with the size I needed together in about an hour from when I reached out. Will definitely shop with them again!
I ordered a T-shirt and the shipper, not TeePublic, lost it. TeePublic immediately offered to replace it. After I told TeePublic to wait while I inquired with the shipper, TeePublic would check with me to confirm delivery. The moment I told TeePublic that shipper had not come through they replaced my shirt with upgraded shipping at no cost to me. I didn't have to ask or contact them. They took the initiative.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
