Ordered a mask from Teepublic on 11/2/21. By 11/19/21 I gave up on UPS delivery. I contacted teepublic about my problem. They were very helpful when I asked for a refund. Because of their honesty, I will be happy to make other purchases through their company.

I have purchased from this site a few times now and recently had a size issue. TeeRepublic sent me a replacement with no return of the shirt I received already. That was Awesome... All shirts I have purchased have worn great and have been durable. Great Company to work with.

I ordered three shirts after ordering one and being happy with the product. One of the shirts from this order had the same color writing than the shirt so you couldn't see it at all. I wrote them letting them know if I could exchange it cus the writing made the shirt actually, and they responded super quickly! They let me pick a new color shirt and let me keep the one from the first order! They were super nice and understanding, outstanding customer service and products, I will definitely keep telling people about it and shopping from here. Thank you
I ordered a size L for my boyfriend for Christmas and it looks to be a bit on the small side for him (website was accurate I miscalculated his measurements). I contacted customer support for an exchange, fully ready to send the Large I. The mail and wait for an XL. My request was processed right away and I was informed that I can keep the size large and the XL was being shipped out immediately. AMAZING! Love this site, love the vast variety of images and styles available. Overall I will be recommending them to friends and family.
I randomly learned of TeePublic last year and am so glad that I did. I appreciate their support of independent artists and they provide quality products (particularly their expansion to double-pleaded face masks post-COVID) to display that art. I've ordered from them several times without issue, and when my latest order was lost in transit by USPS, their quickly-responsive customer service team re-shipped it to me free of charge, a pleasant surprise which I was not expecting. Nothing but high praise for TeePublic and their team.
I ordered 2 shirts. One I ordered the wrong size in a shirt for a woman. (My fault) Second, they accidentally sent me a XXL instead of an XL. I was super bummed that I was going to have to print off a packing slip, repackage it, shoot it off and then wait up to a week for processing and correct ones shipped back. HOWEVER, Daniel with customer service made this so simple and just sent me two new shirts and told me to keep the ones we got wrong! They will be definitely be getting much more business from me as Christmas gifts for family! This is how you build a loyal customer! 5 STARS
I am going to have to find the shirts i wanted someplace else who is reputable and cares about my business. I have now requested a full refund several times OR i want my items overnighted to me (we know that wont happen) LOL
I ordered 3 T Shirts for a vacation I am going on, August 7th. First the order took forever to process, yes I UNDERSTAND the predicament we are in right now but at this point all companies that want to stay in business should have that figured out and carry on business to keep customers happy. It was then shipped out on June 28th. And been sitting somewhere in shipping purgatory since July 2nd. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I ordered with MORE than enough time to get these shirts for my trip but here we are 3 weeks away about and nothing. No one can help me from USPS or UPS Mail innovations. I am getting slow if any contact from Teepublic support, no phone support IS a deal breaker for me and your email responses are infuriatingly slow. Either refund my money or get me my shirts to me ASAP. I have ordered from other shirt companies and NEVER this experience. Not like these shirts were cheap either. If you care about my business FIX the issue!
Not only are there "commisions" low, when you as an artist start gaining sales, they'll delete your account for no reason in order not to pay you. They'll use the lies of "violating, or breach of contract" to cover their scam. Don't believe me? Look up how many good artists have been shafted like i have. As an artist be prepared to only get paid $1 to $2 per item sold, due to them always having a "sale". You have no control on what you make per tshirt. Stay far away from this place if you really want to make money, TEEPUBLIC is not the place to put your artwork in.
Great customer service and support of artists! Love the selection available. I was looking for something specific to match my medical condition and found the perfect tshirt and matching sticker. I will be purchasing again and have told my friends and family of my experience.
First time customer and I was very pleased with my experience. I ordered a hoodie as a gift for my nephew, but I choose the wrong size (too small). I expected a hassle, I expected to have to purchase a larger size, I expected to have to fuss with returning it, I almost said ‘forget it, just run to the mall and find something else'. But I sent an email anyway and boy was I blown away. The company responded immediately with kindness. I actually felt like they wanted my long- term business and appreciated me as a customer. They told me not to worry about returning the too-small hoodie and they would be sending me the larger size with no additional cost. Wha!?!?! I just purchased a new truck from GM and they made me feel like a burden and couldn't have cared less for my business. General Motors could use a lesson from TeePublic and I've been telling all my family and friends. Exemplary
I ordered a Biden/Harris t shirt the day they announced and received my shirt within a week. Unfortunately the shirt was too small so I emailed to let them know. Catalin responded almost immediately and my exchange size was already on order. I am very happy with the quality of the shirt and the awesome customer service that I received.
I purchased a t-shirt for my daughter's birthday (June Girl), and I had contacted TeePublic that I hadn't received it yet, and they said their records said I had received it. So I checked the parcel box at my apartment and notified them that I had received it. However, on the day of my daughter's birthday, she opened all her presents and the t-shirt wasn't in that package--it was something I had ordered for myself. It was totally my mistake, but I reached out to TeePublic and explained what had happened never expecting what they did next: sent me a new order free of charge! So unexpected and so kind! They take "customer service" seriously. I highly recommend them, and they have such cool unique items, too!
I ordered a tee shirt for my son and it was delivered so fast! Love the quality of the product, too. Unfortunately, it was too small for him. When I contacted customer service for an exchange, they immediately ordered me a second shirt to remedy the situation. I appreciate Catalin for assisting me in such a professional way.
I an writing this review because when customer service is as good as Teepublic it deserves a massive shout out. The order I ordered a hoodie and 4 t shirts as gifts 2 of the t shirts I thought had a fault in the print. I contacted Teepublic customer service. To be honest I didn t expect much as I thought they are such a big company with huge fast turn over so I thought my insignificant order won t be a priority. I am very happy to say I could not have been more wrong. The response to the email was lightening fast considering and even though what I thought was a fault was part of the original design and shown in listing (I m old what can I say) Even though it was entirely my fault not theirs, they very kindly went above and beyond and replaced both t shirts. I have received those replacement s today just a few days after sending my email... To be honest the high standard of Teepublic 's customer service has blown me away THANK YOU SO MUCH
I was so surprised to find a site that actually had axolotl items. There was a darling tee, so I promptly ordered it. Unfortunately when it arrived it was too small. So I decided I would order another one but was again surprised to get a message that I could exchange it. So, of course, I wanted a larger size, same color, and the axolotl design was a must. The reply came back, the tee was available in the size, color and axolotl on the front and would be sent right away. There would be NO CHARGE. And I should keep the smaller tee, give it away or do with it whatever I pleased. Who are these people? This is unheard of service today. I have told everyone of my experience with this company. Thank you. This gift will be the hit of Christmas day!
Paid for items on December 1st. Today is Friday January 3rd. Nothing in todays mail meaning Monday Jan 6th will be earliest I MIGHT receive what I paid for. The UPS station it was being shipped from is 8 hours drive from my house and these were Christmas presents. Do not get tempted to buy from this site.
I received the wrong size T-Shirt and contacted Customer Service about it. I just needed to send some pictures, and they offered to ship me the correct size for free! No return necessary. During the time of COVID. Shipping and service understandably took a while, but it was helpful and I eventually received the correct product.
First time working with TeePublic had to move fast didnt know exactly how fast theyd get to me with the pandemic and all and amazingly enough within hours of notifying there user friendly website they rectified my issue and were extremely helpful definitely ordering from here more offten thanks guys
The Kuromi hoodie I ordered just came and rather quickly (within a week) super cute design, but the quality of the decal is garbage. It looks faded and old! Washed out looking colors! It is like a horrible digital scan! One wash and I'm sure it will fall off. Not worth $35 +$12.99 for shipping. Reading other reviews now and this seems to be the trend. Please put out better products that are wearable and durable! 3 stars for fast shipping around the holidays!

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
